Here is my review of these guys. I left details on their website and got an estimate right away within a week. The quotes from 3 were all pretty consistent as my roof was nothing special, but I really like the automated software they use for quotations. Then as I was comparing quotes I got a gentle reminder that they are ready to go anytime. Unfortunately, I was not ready as I was dealing with insurance for hail damage. Two months later the insurance finally green lit the replacement and I called them right away to see if I could get my roof done. The fellow who called me told me that they would get it done as soon as he could squeeze me in. I figured maybe 4 - 5 weeks. 5 days later, they showed and and it was like a whirlwind, these guys don't mess around. Bin in, old roof out, new roof in, bin out. They were delayed a few days due to the heat wave we received. I walked around afterwards and there were a few bits of paper left to pick up but no big deal, really great job with clean up as I was worried about nails. Definitely recommend these guys. My neighbor even commented on how fast they were and how great it looked. Good job guys. I especially like the software they use for quotes and billing, it was transparent and clear.

Marty stopped by one Friday night and spoke to me about re shingling my roof. I have bad credit and had been turned down by other companies because of it. But Marty took a chance with me and works with a lending company that approved me for a loan to re do my roof. It was in dire need of redoing. Marty said they would drop off all materials on Monday and would do the roof on Tuesday and Wednesday the next week. I did not believe that I would get financed and what contractor ever comes when they say they will!!!! I was VERY surprised when Monday morning the workers were there as he said and by Wed afternoon my roof was done. The yard was cleaned up beautifully and I could not even find any nails laying around. The roof looks fantastic!!! The loan company has been great and easy to work with as well. Over all I would DEFINITELY recommend using this company for work on your home.

Best Top Roofing replaced my roof a little over 2 years ago. And they did a good job with the roof. Two years later, my skylights started leaking. After weeks of calling Best Top and begging them to take a look, they finally came and immediately said "oh your skylights should have been replaced when we replaced your roof, but we don't do skylights". Wait, what? You knew the skylights should have been replaced and didn't advise me out of fear of losing the job? Had you been upfront I would have given you the job anyway and brought in someone to do the skylights. Now, I have to do the skylights as well as repair the ceiling and hardwood flooring from the leaks. I can't fault you for the leaking skylights. But I can fault you for not advising me appropriately. It's unprofessional and bordering on unethical.

During our most recent windstorm, my roof was damaged as the shingles were lifting and I wasn't sure the extent of the damage. I called them and the same day, I had someone at my home to complete the roof inspection. They assessed the damage and took pictures for me before completing the work. Prices were extremely reasonable and they took all forms of payments, which I appreciated. Everything was done electronically, which I also appreciated - the pictures of the damages and the repairs were sent to my cell phone and the invoice was sent to my email. The owner, Harry communicated with me throughout the day as well to let me know when the roofers would be arriving and when they were done the work. You also get 5 years warranty on workmanship. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I used this company in the summer of 2015 to re-shingle my duplex. Dealt with the owner Harry, he was excellent, he was very professional, and he took great pride in ensuring a good and proper job. Above all, he was very honest and very fair to deal with. The request for a quote was done quickly and the pricing was good, plus he was able to do the job right away. His foreman Ian was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the job and he too seemed to take great pride in his work. You got the sense this company would stand by their work if there was a problem (I didn't have any) and fix or repair anything that was faulty. I'd have no problem using them again or recommending them for a job.

Fabulous job! I called a few days after a wind storm blew some of my shingles off the roof. There happened to be a technician in the area who could come out the same day. The technician was polite, clean, took before, during, and after photos and sent them to my cell phone for my records, and took all of the debris and broken shingles with him when he left. It took him about an hour. Payment was made to Harry the owner, not the technician so I didn''t have to have any contact with anyone Payment was easy and could be done several different ways. The roof looks like nothing ever happened. Very pleased and would recommend this company for roof repairs!

My call was returned within 3 minutes of leaving it by Harry. He told me Ian would call for more info which he promptly did. We spoke and Ian gave me the information I needed to proceed with my low slope mobile home roof as many companies do not do low slope. He offered advise as to who I needed to call for my renovation as I needed the roof redone not just shingles. I had other roofers give me some estimates but for just roof at $6-10,000.00. We first had Best Top work on our roof about 7 years ago and could not have been happier ! I got a very reasonable quote, with no upselling or pushiness like some of the others I got. The work was being done within a week of booking, delayed a few days due to weather conditions (which made me happy, as I didnt want my brand new shingles getting ripped off before they had properly been set). Asked for a quote for shingles on my rental property and within a few hours I had one. The price was noticeably better than 5 or 6 other places I shopped around for. I happen to live next door to neighbor who had his roof done by this company. What they don't tell you is the mess left in my yard from their roofing job. Nails everywhere, shingles in yard, paper and liner in yard and pond. Everyday they where on the roof once they left I had to do a cleanup, my pavers are still full of the shingle grit.

Ian, and his crew started off with a couple little hickups, but finished the job in one day and did a good job! They made sure everything was clean and that I was happy with everything that was done!
