I had to go through a whole process to get back on my google account just to make this review. Better Health Pharmacy has been a life saver for me. I’ve been meaning to make a review on their page because I’ve been so amazed with how well they handle business. I’ll be honest, I’m kind of selfish when it comes to sharing this since the shortage is so bad with a lot of medications but I can say with 100% confidence this by far has been the best and kindest group of pharmacists I have ever used, and I don’t see myself switching pharmacies ever again. Not once have I even had a small complaint. Their prices and brands they offer would make CVS and Walgreens go out of business in the area if people knew. I make the drive now because I’m so impressed with how caring their employees are. They don’t make you wait a ridiculous amount of time to get a refill and they put their returning customers as a priority so you aren’t worrying about running short on supply. I can’t stress it enough, it is absolutely worth calling the and don’t forget to thank the kind folks at the store for doing such an amazing job! 10/5 would recommend

first of all-- I would give them 100 stars if I could. I have never had a more pleasant experience from a pharmacy in my life! I always used big name pharmacies, and I switched over due to a shortage of my medication and I will NEVER go to anyone else. Even though I am moving further away, I am still absolutely willing to drive 45 minutes to this location. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough-- there level of care is absolutely unheard of and unmatched. Alyssa usually answers my call and she is absolutely wonderful! My doctor is sometimes slow at filling my prescriptions and sometimes life can put you on a tight schedule. I called to see if my doc had sent in for a refill of my medication and they hadn't just yet, and she offered to call them for me before they closed. I was so amazed by that! I've never had a pharmacy do that for me. Thank you, better health, for actually caring about your patients! <3

This is Diana Wilkerson. I had the most amazing experience during my visit to the Better Health Pharmacy. I needed a COVID-19 test that I have to use the next morning. It was almost 5:00pm. Before calling them, I was worried that I would not be able to get the test done and that it was too late. I called and they said come will take care of you. The Angel who took care of my request was super kind, supportive, professional, and friendly. From her first greeting, I knew I was in good hands. She took care of my request in no time and gave me three hard copies of the results with exactly what I asked for. She also explained everything to me. I am so happy to know that there are still angels among us!! I highly recommend this pharmacy. I am so grateful; thank you sweet Angel!

Best customer service in town! I went to another pharmacy today, which I will not name, and had nothing but frustration. The other pharmacy refused to give me a flu shot without an appointment. Plus the medication I needed to pick up was over $370. I then remembered Better Health, and they were great. I first got my flu shot with no hassles at all. They also looked up the medication I needed and printed out the manufacturers coupon for me. This saved me around $300. I don't think there is another pharmacy in town that would have given me that wonderful customer care. Highly recommended.

Hands down best pharmacy around! Hard to beat the personalized care and dedication of a small business owned and operated by a professional that it’s devoted to her craft so much. She has put together a like minded team that will always find a way to help you get the prescription you need. Always kind on the phone and in person. An old school atmosphere when you step in with all the essentials available but the core of the place is a pharmacy, not a candy and trinkets store with a pharmacy in the back. Also, a great place to get your vaccinations. Huge fan!

Switch to this pharmacy because it was close to my house 1st prescription went good 2nd prescription Phuy Huynh. Has the nerves to ask if she could call my doctor and ask do I had this condition for my prescription huh what I've been receiving this medication since June 2023 probably the color of my skin PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT PEOPLE WHO DON'T SUPPORT US

Use them!!! I originally went there for my child's covid vaccine. My child had extreme anxiety about this process but they were so sweet and so patient with him. Better health is so accommodating and friendly I swapped all my pharmaceutical needs to them and will NEVER go back to the big store across the street like I used to. They are amazing.

Switched to Better Health from Walgreen. They are the best. They always trying to save you money. They are so friendly it’s nice to get personal with them and actually know them. They call me with reminders and they even deliver to my house when I can’t make it out. I’d give them more stars if I could.

Best pharmacy EVER!!! Rebecca and Pharmacist Thuy are always on top of things. Their service is exceptional; they take a personal interest in their customers and go beyond any expectations we ever had. I’m so glad we moved all of our prescriptions from a large chain drugstore to Better Health!

Very kind and helpful. The lovely lady stayed a bit later to make sure I’d get my medicine since it arrived a little later. Also had a good experience back when I got my covid vaccine overall wonderful people. She also helped save me a loooot of money by helping me find coupons.

We used the big box pharmacy forever until they didn’t have my husbands medicine. Called around and so glad we found them. They have my husbands hard to find medicine and they are always so so so so so nice and kind. I would now drive the extra just to support them.

I love this pharmacy - a much better experience than going to a large chain pharmacy. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I didn’t know switching to a small pharmacy like this would make such a difference but it does!
