I’ve been going here for a few years since we moved in the area and I have had consistently horrible customer service. Interesting to see how perceived “low income” people get treated. A few weeks ago I had to get a vaccine for work and I got to listen while the woman giving me my shot complained LOUDLY about how she didn’t feel like it and how tired she was and just the overall burden it would out on her day. I then waited 35 minutes with no one ahead of me for her to eventually wander back over and coldly administer my vaccine. The pharmacy techs at the window are so short and rude 8/10 you go through that drive through. I’ve worked in corporate healthcare for over a decade and I’ve never seen such total lack for patient care, satisfaction, or safety (I don’t have the time to discuss the physical condition of this location inside and out). I HATE that this is the nearest CVS to me.

I was doing business with this place to , until I found out someone there was stealing my pills out of my medicine when I came to get them filled. One time I missed 30 pills, next time it was 3 pills this time it's one pill , I spoke with pharmacist there first time he gave me back my 30 pills So I let it go but the second time they didn't want to give me back my 3 pills after standing there watching me count them at the pharmacy. He said from then on he would count them right in front of me or my caregiver well sad to say that didn't happen and someone there stole 1 pill out of my medicine & they didn't want to replace it . But each time they stole from me I reported to my doctor so my doctor know they stole them to. Doctor said not to get anything fill there anymore. COUNT YOUR MEDICINE EVERY TIME BEFORE YOU GO OUT THE DOOR .

The best pharmacy ever! They're friendly. They say, "hello", to everyone that walks in. They always call me by name. This sweet, little, family owned business is # 1 in my book! I always feel safe, important and well taken care of. They are quick to fill your prescription. They even do next day delivery for free. Every pharmacy should take a lesson from Meadowbrook! They make me feel like family. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new home pharmacy!

A weird place. It's much better to go to the pharmacy in the CVS across the street. There's never a line, here, so you might have a faster experience, but it's perhaps not as professional. What really turned me off, about this place, was I saw this 666 cough syrup, there, once, and it just seemed like a really bizarre thing to put on your shelves. Maybe it was a gag gift, I dunno, but I thought it was really inappropriate.

They really make sure You understand everything about the medications that have been prescribed to You, and they take the time to address all of Your concerns about any of the medications You are taking, and they have always done that in a very courteous manner, my whole family's choice, REAL professionals, a great choice.

They’re extremely rude and WILL steal your medication, they also will give you fake or off brand pills that won’t be effective..so be aware.. count all of your medication ..I’ve learned a huge lesson dealing with them.. you’re better off going across the street.

Truly awesome people who work here; they're always so helpful, caring, and when needed, flexible/practical. I've got a Walgreens right next to my home, but I drive out of the way to get my medicine here because they've always treated me right. Thanks guys!

I switched over from the cvs right beside them and can I say it was so so worth it! They have always been so nice and sweet with a smile on there face. Ive never had issues with prescriptions . They always have what I need and perform in a fast manner!

Love this pharmacy! The staff is helpful and always have a great attitude. I receive notifications via text and a courtesy call whenever my medications are ready. The wait time is not long either which is a plus.

Horrible wait time seeing they are doing drive thru only. You come out better using Walmart, CVS, WALGREENS or any other pharmacy. Screw using small businesses I'll stick with the big names.
