My 11 year old daughter spent $30 of her birthday money on a onsie in this store. After 4 wears in as many days we took it back as it was falling apart. Clearly poor quality. They would not exchange or refund because it had been worn. I understand it was worn but it shouldnt be falling apart in 4 days. I was more horrified that they would deprive an 11 year old of birthday money/ present than return her $30. Shameful adult. I would never shop here again or recommend anyone else to do so. The customer service is appalling!!

I appreciate having this gift and homewares store in the centre. Love browsing the items especially during the holiday season. We come here for birthday cards, gift wrapping & party supplies, hair accessories, pet items and the random gifts here and there. They also have helium balloons to purchase and can inflate instore which is handy.

My wife recently whent to this store. An item sitting on the edge of the shelf that had obviously been knocked off several times that had damage all over it already fell as she walked passed. They forced her to pay for it. We will never return and recommend everyone to stay away from this shop. There products are overpriced junk.

Terrible shop! Walked to the counter to ask if they had an item. My 4yo knocked an item placed on the edge of a very low shelf right near the counter. She asked me to pay for it. Terrible place to place breakables, wonder if there there on purpose, she seemed well rehearsed in explaining we needed to pay.

Was looking for Christmas decor and stumbled across this store, where I found a lot of unique and affordable pieces that look amazing in our home! Staff were friendly and helpful in assisting me with picking out items. Overall, an enjoyable shopping experience

Came in looking for something that I didn’t know the name of, but staff member on duty was friendly and helpful. Great local find and so close to home too! Very convenient and good range at bargain prices. Will definitely be back!

Plenty of nice little things in shop, candles and diffusers are amazing, kids and adults hair accessories are so pretty! Helium balloons for party or events are also available in shop!

Nice shop for hobbies, specifically fairy garden figurines. Cheaper than other online stores (fairy garden)
