I wanted to thank Skyla from Greensborough and Anna from Broadmeadows, for sorting out my white/ silver Elsa leather sneakers where I purchased them along with the Elsa black from Plenty valley. the left inner zip was faulty on the white shoe and kept unzipping . I returned 3 x to plenty valley where the staff re-threaded my laces, unfortunately the zip was faulty and both Skyla and Anna organised my exchange for new pair, The black shoes are perfect, love the inner sole as it's a tan leather with an inserted arch like an orthodic arch, absolutely perfect for my flat feet, thankyou again Skyla & Anna. Shocking. I bought some dress shoes here for my office job and within 2 months one of the shoes had developed a hole right through the sole. Obviously dissatisfied with such a defect so early on with these shoes I took them back only to be told this was "normal wear and tear" and it was a result of "how I wore the shoes". This is terrible customer service. I had owned many shoes over the years and can say I have never had any last as little as 2 months. If they think this is normal they they really need to re-evaluate the quality of their products. I definitely wouldn't shop here again. Avoid.

Best customer experience at a Betts store, ever! Cenna was so helpful & resourceful. We had a less than ideal experience, where we placed an order with the warehouse but they wanted to refund us for the 50% off item as it somehow went out of stock. Despite the customer support staff not being helpful over email, Cenna understood our issue and got it all sorted for us over the phone. We still got our shoes at the discounted price without a hassle. You are a gem, we'll be back at this Betts whenever we need new shoes. Thank you again! This is how you look after customers, take notes y'all :)
