Went in this afternoon to buy some knee-high boots and wasn’t very sure at first as to what style or colour to get. The lovely Siobhan was so helpful from the beginning greeting me, making me feel welcomed and taking the time to ensure she listened to what I was after and was able to make suitable recommendations. She also looked for alternatives when some boots did not come in my size. Ended up getting some beautiful beige ones with wide wedge style platform so they provide more support. Overall a great experience

Customer service has always been a positive experience. Two little mishaps though: after trying on a certain style in wide fit and being told only the other colour was available, I was sold the standard fit - I had to return to exchange. The same salesperson then ordered me a certain style from the warehouse, but in the wrong size. Great attitude and positive atmosphere, just a little frustrating when on a time crunch.
