My husband and I did an emergency tree removal on August 27th 2023 on a Sunday for Mr. Sanders. When we told him we were 15 mins from being done and would need payment he said to follow him to a gas station and he would pay us there. Told us to meet him at the Exxon at the corner and never showed. We waited for him and called him several times over the next two hours with no return phone call or text. Today is August 30 2023 and we have yet to hear or receive a call or text. We did this because he had a service the following Monday morning.

From the start we were guided through the process of preparing our father for his home going celebration. We received daily calls, texts and updates on where we stood and what needed to be completed by the designated service date. You wont find a better funeral home in the San Antonio area.
