i am jyoti sharma,i have visited the dr mahaveer hopstal rani bagh on dated 17th aug 2022 i met with the dr miss jagriti in 103 cabin she is very polite and very humble ..as i wan i line but i was observing that dr jagriti was taking full time with each dr patient it means she was giving satisfactory timing to all patients..It was the first time happening in the same hospital that dr is treating the patient very politely as other dr has even no etiquette how to talk with patient specially in gynaecologist (itna chillati h dr ) and also unko bus 1 minute dena hota h usse jyada nhi ..but dr Jagriti was very polite and very humble.once i reached to the doctor after long waiting time she suggested me to me in such a way that i become so happy because it was first time happening in same hospital.It was great experience with her and also i felt that some govt Dr are also good not all... i want to say thank you to Dr. Jagriti in skin department.

used to go to this hospital a few years ago for the treatment of my late elderly father who was a cghs beneficiary and it was required to visit this govt hospital which has specialists of various disciplines. generally found the hospital very crowded and was difficult to get priority treatment to an elderly patient above eighty years of age. wheel chairs were in a bad shape. however the medical and dy medical superintendent when approached were helpful. doctors were nice but were not able to do justice to individual patients due to very high number of patients. unani medicine department was relatively less crowded. both the treatment and medicines were easily available. i think not many patients are aware of the unani department and therefore do not take advantage of the good unani doctors and medicines ! good parking facility is there but it is a paid parking.

Most disgusting or i should say pathetic experience in my life the staff was very rood with the patient and with his attended also registaion counter was not aware about the dr nd the specialist for the pregnant lady they denied that the pregnancy case was not for the gynaecologist they only now the room no. And the security staff has no manner to talk to the patient and also with the attended they are not allowing a single attended with the patient if our patient has any problem or god knows their could be a mishappning with our patient who will responsible for that that security staff RAJKUMARI who was posted on 2nd floor outside the room no. 209 if my complaint has been ignored i definitely tweet on every social networking side i will post on Twitter also they have to understand that they have no rights to talk to ous like that.

कोई भी स्टाफ हो ऊपर से लेकर नीचे तक आप से अच्छा व्यवहार नहीं करता. और लोगों को ऐसे समझता जाता है कि यह जानवर हे. सरकार ने बिल्डिंग तो बहुत अच्छी बनाई है साफ सफाई भी बहुत अच्छी जो देखने में बहुत अच्छी लगती, पर इसके साथ साथ जो भी स्टाफ है चाहे वह डॉक्टर हो नर्स हो N O स्टाफ हो सिक्योरिटी गार्ड हो या कोई और हो, उन सभी को बोलने की बात करने की और अच्छा व्यवहार करने की ट्रेनिंग दी जाए प्लीज.... डॉक्टर से मरीज या मरीज के साथ जो होता है वह डॉक्टर से बात ही नहीं कर सकता । डॉक्टर उन लोगों को कुछ नही बताते , डॉक्टर ऐसे अनसुनी करते हैं जैसे आप उनके लिए हो ही नहीं या फिर वह हम पर कोई एहसान कर रहे हैं। अस्पताल के स्टाफ को सैलरी लोगों की मदद के लिए मिलती है उनकी समस्याओं के निवारण के लिए मिलते हैं ना कि गंदे व्यवहार के लिऐ। पता नहीं दिल्ली सरकार इस पर कार्य क्यों नहीं करती।

Very good government hospital and the most impressive thing is the doctors present here great and highly experienced. But the most sad part is that the staff working here specially the opd staffs are worse I ever seen, they don't even know how to talk to a patient. Everybody comes hospital with the hope of getting better health facilities and treatment from the best doctors but the staff present in the hospitals think themselves as they are the owner of the hospital and behaves rudly with the patients and their families which spread negativity in the heart and mind of the patients which decreases their motivation to recover quickly. I hope in future hospital management might get aware of that and take actions according to that....

My mom visits this hospital last few days in room no. 278 all the time security guard miss behavior. My mom all ready complaints to a doctor but no buddy take any action, 0n 1st Jun my Mom visits in hospital at 7:30 am room no. 278 but there no one available. Security guard come at 8 :00 am people are waiting a room no. 278 but he make line in remp area and give a no. Patient my Mom not able to walk properly for stomach problems and pain. And he say it's not my problem it's your problems and he saying don't come to hospital if you not able to walks ,An till my My mom not reached Ramp area he not given patient no., he have not any kind of sympathy for any patients.

This was my second visit on dated 30-11/2022 with DR.JAGRITI in skin department in 103 Cabin for skin specialist. She is one of the best doctor she suggested me face wash that is amazing and also suggested me other skin ruteen also for my acne , also discussed with her regarding my hair fall and dryness she suggested to me shampoo and other multivitamin tab for same.that all are effectively working All I want to say thank you to DR. JAGRITI I seriously recommend Dr. Jagriti to everyone who have acne problem and other skin issues.

Parking is available here which is good. Absence of cctv camera in doctor's room,due to which a doctor has been found taking benefit of it.Better to go to clinic especially in case of skin department.Out of two male counter, one male counter is closed many times and in the other male counter, women are standing and taking medicine and forms. There are two counters reserved for female but security guard don't ask female to go to their counter and counter staff also give them medicine and form.

Most of the staffs behaviour is so so so rude from doctors to even wardboy or girl everyone has worst behaviour towards their patients they shout on patients for not understanding something or asking something twice Doctors who are meant to be good towards their patients but no this hospital doctors are the worst ever we went for a injection 5 mont old baby's injection and a doct started shouting for not understanding the process MY HUMBLE REQUEST DO NOT GO FOR THIS HOSPITAL AND DOCTORS

Very helpful, very clean, bheed bhi bahut kam rehti hai. Timing bhi thik hai doctor ki pehle me sanjay Gandhi hospital jata tha usme doctor 10 baje se pehle nhi aate. Or yaha mahavir me Maine 9 baje jakar doctor se checkup krwaya hai. Doctor bhi full support krte hai. Hospital ka sabse badi problem rehti hai medicine lene or opd ki. Lekin yaha aisi koi problem nhi hoti. Medicine ke liye 4 lines hai opd ki 5 lines hai esi wajah se koi bheed nhi rehti. Tooo good yaar.

It is the worst hospital of my life. I had an appointment for vaccination at 3 and i directly came for my appointment. I reached here before 3 and they said they needed minimum 10 members and just another lady came after us. We came from so far and waited there for so long but they didn't give us a dose just because they said there were not 10 members.

They have worst doctor who doesn't check carefully to the patients and also their staff who gives glucose doesn't have knowledge, last I went and when doctor asked for giving me glucose there was air in pipe that i informed but he ignored however they are not aware it may kill a person and air can go into heart, lungs and brain. I'm giving stars basis my experience of Covid 19 vaccination. They didn't have any idea of how to maintain queue and also didn't bother to start the process on time. I got vaccinated after waiting in line for 4 hrs. Initially they did not had vaccine. Basically it was chaos. In this hot weather no proper arrangements were made by the Administration.

Bhagavan mahavir hospital is delhi govt hospital. Many patients are getting benifit of this hospital. All medicine are provided free in this hospital to all patients. All other tests are also provided free to all. R.T.P.C.R. and rapid test is also provided here. X Ray and all blood test are also provided here. All doctors are very good.

Neither they provide paracetamol pills nor water bottle and not even the parking to those who come here for the vaccination, Also they don't have spirit on cotton after vaccinated. Not seperate queues for offline and online registration of vaccination. Never recommended, especially for vaccination

Excellent experience it took 1 hour for registration consultation and getting medicine all included. Best part is everything is free and if you don't get any Medicine from counter just call 1031 and medicine will be provided.
