Well, I just went out this massage place, my experience was terrible. I’ve been regular customers for more than 8 years at baulkham hills, not just at this shop but also canna as well as Thai village, and I have never had any bad experiences until today, to this shop, to this receptionist, 3:30pm,18/11-2023( if the boss will see this message, u need to address this issue) What’s happened today? I called them today and been told only can get 45 minutes massage, which is fine to me so I said yes. I went to the room, after 5 minutes later, the receptionist run into the room without knocking doors and said would you like to extend ur massage to 1 hour? I was half naked and kinda feeling uncomfortable out there and reluctantly said yes, let’s do it, cuz u know to me, it’s not a big deal to pay extra 15 dollars so I mode my head and said sure. After the massage finished, I realised the lady didn’t apply any oil to me so I asked why, she said it’s not included in 45minutes package, then I checked the clock it is only 45minutes, so I assume the either the lady or the receptionist misunderstood somewhere. I put on my clothes and went out, asked why only 45 minutes? As u ran into my room and agreed 1 hour and left and what still have 45 minutes? She said I said No, and then I explained to her and said it’s okay, and I was joking said u need to improve ur language as I definitely said sure, cuz there is a bigger difference between No and sure! Then she started to being very rude, and said she has lives in Australia for 25 years and bla bla, i said come on, I don’t want argument, only message I want to give is I did say yes, and I wasn’t comfortable u ran into my room while I’m half naked, it’s so rude. And now, u start to make augment against ur client, what a shame! I’ll never go back to this shop, and I suggest anyone try canna massage or Thai village, they are much better.

My husband and I have been going to Bhutra Thai for many years. The experience has always been fantastic, and just recently, even more so. After a rotator cuff injury, and many, many sessions with both my chiro and physio, I was told I had developed a frozen shoulder, and nothing could be done, it would simply resolve itself.... after a few years!!! I was dismayed as it was very painful and really impacted my ability to do even simple things. A visit to Winnie (the angel from heaven) at Bhutra Thai changed everything. She knew exactly what to do. After only four sessions with her, I have full, pain free movement back in my shoulder! This speaks volumes about the skill and expertise of the team at Bhutra Thai in Baulkham Hills. 1000% recommend!

I really don’t know what I’d do without Bhutra Thai. I’ve visited them for years because I’ve never had anything less than a fantastic experience and they are the absolute best for help with muscle pain and stress relief. The staff are all very caring, extremely experienced and intuitive to your needs -so you can completely relax and enjoy every moment knowing you are in expert hands. Every staff member is superb. Prices are more than reasonable and they are open late for an after work massage. Don’t go to a fancy expensive spa for a massage. See the staff at Bhutra and get your moneys worth.

We loved our visit!! We did a couples massage. There were heaps of rooms available for two people to be massaged side by side. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by some really lovely women. Everyone was so beautiful and kind, it helped us feel at ease right away. They asked heaps of questions beforehand so they could make sure the therapists shaped the experience to suit your needs. I loved the friendliness most of all. The smiles, the giggles when we made a joke. We'll be back for sure!

THIS WAS EASILY THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Since becoming a qualified massage therapist over 20 years ago, I have been disappointed by the lack of quality therapists. Suda at Bhutra Spa is well trained and experienced at doing remedial massage. She had me relaxed and trusting in her skills and had great communication. Not only was the massage amazing, so were the rooms and service. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality massage experience.

Me and few of my mates found this great place when we came to Sydney for a rugby match I’ve had massages before but this place is really professional and the staff is very kind and nice will definitely come back thank you so much guys for doing a great job we feel so much better after the treatment and Belinda is a great masseur she knows what she’s doing anyways good luck with everything stay blessed guys

Had my experience few days ago.. massage itself was good but she was using cold towel and cold oil and hand s in a rainy day … and at the end didn’t even wiped the oil off my skin so I put on my cloth in oily skin… you would expect a better service when you are paying $97

Great massage and service. I am 20 weeks pregnant and Suda was amazing. Gave me extra pillows, massaged me on my side, and perfect pressure. She even fit me in which I really appreciated as I didn't give much notice. Highly recommended this place

I’ve been attending here for the last year or so, they are amazing best Thai massage I have tried in Sydney so far. I fall asleep almost every-time and feel so relaxed and good every-time I leave. Would highly recommend going here.

Very pleasant service. I had a 90 min remedial massage . Excellent masseuse. Rooms decorated very nicely. Was served green tea afterwards. Plenty parking at the back. Will definitely be back. Gift vouchers would make a lovely gift

did a deep tissue massage, it was great, hurt a bit as some muscles were so tight but that is what I wanted and needed, she stopped when I needed her to, but worked out the knots, feels a lot better now, will be back soon.
