Very fiendly staff, nice and quiet to concentrate on work or reading. Great selection of books and allowance to use their up to date computers for more than an hour at a time if it's not busy or bring your own laptop as there are great workspaces or desks for work. Beautiful plants inside and outside of library with beautiful garden in the back outside and library is close to lake for a nice walk there after. You can even drink liquids if they close well in spill proof bottles or mugs and it's safe. I walk away from laptop and come back to find it's still there because usually good people at the library, descent human beings staff and patrons. Highly recommend...better than the Pointe-Claire library.

Elina elana stero typically profiled me because she had nothing better to.. I was trying to print my at local libary for my project like I do everytime for the past 2 years but elina or elana the only elina there had a shift there today so I couldn't use the local printer for 20 cents and she wasnt friendly telling me shes only trying to tell me.. no you can only tell me to leave the libary.... so cause of elina tuesday may 21st dorval doesnt profit off my printing

Great little library, nested in a cozy part of Dorval, with nice views of a park, fountains, and usual Dorval facilities all steps away from the Lac St. Louis waterfront. You can read, relax, use the wifi, play some games, get audio books etc... Be advised however, that the library hours are reduced during the summer months and the library is basically closed on the weekends.

However it is a beautiful and nice and clean library, unfortunately I see some discrimination here. It is like a senior house. Now I can see why it’s not crowded. The staffs aren’t very friendly. I believe it’s better to add some young and open minded to the staffs.they are looking for some excuses to get you out of the library. Very unfortunate!

Large modern library with everything you need to read, study and research. Lovely staff who are always willing to help. Usually calm when the high school students aren't inside. Also, you can have a beautiful view of the nature park and a bit of water. Definitely recommend visiting!

A jewel in the city! Awesome facility and staff. Interlibrary loans. Access to Hoopla and Libby. Great selection in both / several languages. Good computer access and fun programs. Love the library! Also... the children's library is excellent.

Gorgeous library and probably the best and nicest library in whole west-island. Everything is modern and vibes are really positive and good. I wish they would have this nice library everywhere in mtl. It would be be a gem

Overall very nice. Staff stays away unless you need them. Only oddity is, children seem to roam freely in area clearly marked adult. Of course we all love the little dears , now get them on there own side of the library.

The gazebo needs comfy seating about the room like it did before. Now it is set up with 2 workstations and uncomfortable narrow chairs where you can't enjoy reading and looking outdoors. Missed opportunity here.

Superbe bibliothèque! Très tranquille, idéal pour la lecture et pour étudier. Superbe aménagement extérieur, propice au calme. Infiniment mieux que la bibliothèque Saul-Bellow de Lachine!

Very good library. Easy to arrange inter-library loans. Solid mystery section, great collection of DVDs and CDs. Quiet, Wifi, carrels and study rooms which may be booked.

This place is gorgeous in the summer. Grab a few book and head outside to their outdoor reading area with a beautiful stone walkway and water fountain. Very relaxing.
