Do not go here! I left the shop with one short eyebrow and one long. The longer eyebrow was almost a straight line and the short one looked like a moon. Very, Very Disappointed. I kept mentioning to the lady that was threading my eyebrows that my eyebrows are uneven, and that one did not have an Arch and she made it super thin she said it looks good. Her name starts with an “H”. I am embarrassed, I just pray my brows grow back and grow back fast! Not to mention she tried to charge me $30 for eyebrows threading. I told her you just charged the two ladies 8$ for eyebrows, why are mines $30. She say oh “ I meant $8 and laughed. She was trying to keep the rest for herself. I would recommend going to another shop, where your business would be appreciated. I saw a few just west of Devon ave. I do not recommend Bibya for eyebrows.

Love love love Zara! She has hands of magic. Always does such a beautiful job on my eyebrows. Zara will have you leaving fresh and loving yourself even more every time . Myself and my family have been going to her for 20+ years for eye brows, waxing , henna etc. I just had a full Brazilian wax for my second time in life (1st at euro wax horrible never again!) 2nd time with zara and my experience was comfortable, relaxed and very gentle which made me want to come back and continue getting Brazilian waxes. Zara is very friendly and the environment is very welcoming.

I always went to European wax center and got my Brazillian until one day I was talking to Zara about it and she told me to just give her a try once and that I would be paying 3 times less then what I pay at EWC so I decided to try her out and my oh my it was an absolute amazing experience the service was amazing from cleanliness to feeling comfortable highly highly recommend I’ve been also getting my eyebrows done from her since I was a teenager it’s been 15 years and I still don’t trust anyone with my services highly recommend Zara she’s amazing!!!!

The staff is nice. But omg the place is so dirty. Especially the private room where they do the waxing nothing is sanitized, so it was no surprise when I developed follicultis after my visit and receiving services to the area. It’s not worth it. Edit: it was room number 3. I added pictures too. This was taken when I first came in and you can see a stick on top of the wax from the previous person left. I stayed with my friend after as she got her eyebrows done and no one ever went after in the room either to clean up.

I came here for the first time three years ago on a Groupon to get waxed. The place is gross for waxing, I don’t recommend it unless they upgrade their sanitary procedures. I do recommend you come here for EYEBROW threading. They really know their eyebrows and they will have my business for eyebrow threading. I have thin eyebrows and none of them have messed me up in the last three years and they are really quick too. Sorry to start with the negative but honesty is important and I hope they improve.

When the place I usually go for eyebrow threading lost the woman who’d been threading my eyebrows so perfectly for years, I had to find a new spot. I tried a few different places but none was as good as Bibya hair design. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for eyebrow threading. I’ve also never had to wait very long when I’ve visited so that’s a plus as well. There is a $2 fee for using cards so bring cash if you can.

Zara is amazing!!! She does an amazing job on brows!! Obviously very experienced! BUT the way she does a brazilian/bikini wax is the BEST! I’ve been getting waxed for almost 10 years and I’ve never come across someone who does it better!! It’s practically painless!!!! I dont know how she does it!! and such reasonable pricing!!!! You have to go to her for your bikini wax!!

I’ve been getting my eye brows threaded by Zara for over a decade now, I refuse to go anywhere else. She’s very quick, light and precise. It’s never painful. She has a very sweet personality as well and makes you feel like family. I bring my friends and family to her and everyone is hooked. I highly recommend Bibya salon for all services provided.

Huma is amazing. Went in for a haircut and eyebrows and was very well pleased. Had previously gotten a hair dye there and was very disappointed, but after coming a second time and giving it another chance I was amazed. The ladies in there are all so nice and the prices are very reasonable. Best place to do eyebrows.

Zehra is the best go to person for anything. She does the best waxing and eyebrows by far! She will ask you how you like your eyebrows to be done before anything to make sure it’s how you want it! The eyebrow work she does is top notch, I recommend her all the time!

Zaara is the best!!! When I go to get my eyebrows done there is usually a little wait to see her specifically because she is that good. Over the decades of seeing her, we’ve become friends because she is that nice. I always feel and look better after seeing her.

I love Bibya salon. I moved to Miami and make it a point to visit Zaara every time because she's the only person I trust to thread my brows. I joke with my friends that she's getting an invite to my wedding because that's how important she is to me! Lol

Zaara waxes my face and threads my eyebrows. You can't beat the price considering she does a much better job than the more expensive places. It's reasonable, I've never had to wait long to be seen, conveniently close to me and the service is fantastic.
