Had bought a drone as a Christmas gift but didn't work. So I went to another location to exchange it for another one. It had the same issue and I wanted a full return at this point. I believe that the employees knew those items had defects and decided to sell it me anyways. Waisted my time and money. Got a better drone at Walmart.

Found exactly what I wanted at a great price without having to walk into a big box store, as soon as I walked in they asked what I was looking for and walked me to the correct area. The water sipping backpacks were all high quality and I found a great one in my budget of under $20 . I would recommend this store to everyone.

Systems were down when we got there. The manager on duty let us shop around anyways. We got shoes for the whole family. They saved them from the side until their systems were back up and then they gave us a discount on them for our inconvenience. Great people good product outstanding service, love this store.

Came in yesterday for some women's steeled toe boots.the salesman showed me some said they where steeled toed boots, they were not steeled toe!!! He dissapeared never offered me any assistance after giving me wrong information. Took my money and went to Walmart. Found exactly what I was looking for!

Found nice cleats for my son for football, but didn't have the money at the time, however, the store was able to put them on layaway for one week with no money deposit. That's what I call service. Not to mention the helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this store for your sporting good needs.

There was customer service was at every corner I turned. One of the sale reps even Google some merchandise because he even thought the Big 5 price was a too much...turns out big 5 was 20% less than all others...and he made it a easy game day decision to buy it right then and now.

The young Hispanic gentleman that helped me with purchasing work boots was very polite and more than helpful. Plus he could carry on a conversation about a wide variety of topics that he showed knowledge about. Gave me faith that not all of his generation are listless.

Very calm sports store. Privacy was respected and the gun counter was knowledgable. Staff were friendly and respectful during time spent and time leaving. It is alittle over crowded with product but this is my go to Big 5 branch and have yet to have an issue. Thank you

They have a good selection of shoes but not enough wide width choices. They should have cotton socks for sale but they only have them for men. Overall it is a good store with a friendly and helpful staff.

Tire tubes in stocks after walmart had not a single tire tube on the shelves. Thank you big five for your inventory in stocks and very reasonably priced. 8.49 cents a 26inch tube. I bought three.

No one wanted to sell anything and granted I came in with tore up shoes to a shoe store. I was not good enough to a younger black dude and a purple hair guy.

Went in for some ammo they had on sale. Was a very good price. But wanted to get some different sizes and the selection was very limited. And pricey.
