This was one of my worst shopping experiences ever! I Went in to shop for jeans. They had a special board saying buy one get one 50% off prices from $30.00 -$54.99 ( second item must be of equal or lesser value. discounts allocated across items). I picked out two pairs of jeans one at $54.00 and one at $40.00. Assuming they would honor their sign I would be getting a 50% discount on the $40.00 pair. Cashier said it couldn't be done she called the manager and the manager said that they could not process the transaction because the jeans were different models. I told him that both jeans are on the special offer table. I walked with him to the table for him to see. He still insisted. Then I told him that the sign listed was a lie and that they are confusing consumers with their false advertising! Then another manager came out and was more interested in arguing with me than to solve the issue. I told her that I had a business and that when we do marketing deals for our consumers we are very specific to avoid confusion she then said, " having a small business is not the same as having a multi million dollar company!" I told her, "don't we both have the same consumer? the average middle class American ? " She stayed quite. As a consumer it was extremely embarrassing to have gone through this experience. I have worked in retail for many years what both managers should have done is honor the promotion (over ride it, because they have the power to do it) and send an email to marketing and cc all district managers, regional directors ect. informing about the situation. The people in the field (working the stores) are your main source of feed back because they are dealing with consumers directly. I have been a Old Navy consumer till now. I have spend hundreds of dollars in the company buying clothes for the whole family every year, especially when it is back to school season. FYI I went to Macy's and bought two similar pairs of jeans for the same price I would have paid at your location. Not only you lost my business for that transaction, but for the rude service I received I will no longer shop at your stores.

Nice, open floor plan with great, airy space. While other Old Navy's have similar looks, for some reason this one resonates - it's clean, shelves are impeccably stacked and folded, etc. In my younger years, I was into expensive clothes that only ended up falling apart after 6 months. Now I'm not into labels - just quality and looks - and you'll find it here. As with any other Old Navy, prices are very reasonable and selection is pretty good. Careful, if you sign up for their emails you'll be blasted with up to 3 a day. However, you can find some awesome deals online or, if you're like me, find them online and try them on at the store. I've also ordered online, something hasn't fit, and returned it here. Two negatives, 1: parking is a mess. Try to go on off times to save yourself the hassle of driving around over and over. It once took me 15 minutes to find a space. 2. The lines can be a hassle. It sometimes seems as though they don't prepare for a rush. All in all, a great place to shop for yourself, your kids, or even for a gift. Modern clothing keeps this place going after all of these years.

Everything in this store was HORRIBLE. I could see dust bunnies everywhere. The Fitting Room was Disgusting and Smelly. I could tell right of the bat that the Manager or Assistant Manager (Caucasian Women in Mid 20's) had favorites on the employees. I would ask questions about the clothes and get no respond back from the lady I was talking to that worked there. She kepted looking at me ugly like if I couldn't afford anything in the store. She would also ask me if I wanted to see if another store had my size, but she never came back. I just left and I do not recommend this store to anyone. Try the one at AZ Mills or Fashion Square. Much better service and cleaner floors.

Had my ID and email ready the lady approached us with an attitude and didn’t care to look. Immediately told us that if we want to do curb side pick up again in the future the hours end at 7:30 and for the safety of their employees to park (points in the far distance) over there. The lady then proceeded to walk away without a have a good night or anything. Never again. We parked in handicapped directly in front of the store. Where are you parking when you get off work much later at an unsafe time lol goofy. We obviously wouldn’t have used self pickup if we knew the hours however the website allowed us to proceed so we thought it was fine.

Store is organized well enough with each gender's clothing split between the sides. The store is clean but all this information is irrelevant if I can't find anyone to help me. I went in looking for some gloves and walked out about 5-10 minutes later making two full trips around the circumference of the store. I still don't know if this store even has what I need. I applaud having the line moving quickly with many cashiers but I couldn't even find someone who worked there on the actual floor. This isn't my first bad experience but I feel motivated to write since it is no longer unique to a singular negative experience.

I must say that Old Navy in general has really gone down hill. I remember shopping at ON back in the late 90's when it wasn't a household name. They used to have cool and interesting clothing and for the most part it was well made and well priced. Now the clothing they sell is uninteresting and poorly made with little to no consistency with quality and sizing. This particular store is no better or worse than any other location I've been to as of late. Fair customer service, fair selection and bearable cleanliness; however not void of dust bunnies. I wish this store/company would get its act back together!

Nice selection..Checkout could have been a little quicker, but in all it was a good experience Edit: Updated 7months later. I no longer will come to this store location.. checkout still takes forever!!. the store feels like a big rummage sale with clothes and hangers all over the floor.. clothes of all sizes thrown together even in the non sale rack area. Did not find the size I needed for many things I wanted to try on.VERY difficult to navigate the aisles in this store. This was a stressful shopping experience. I will give one star for friendly floor staff.

Awesome for shopping. They're closed good quality yet very cheaply priced. There's always crazy sales going on in the store. This particular store is very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and very eager to help. Only reason I did not give it five stars is because I am a large person and they did not have clothes my size. I do notice that with the women's section they have tons of plus-size clothing. I wish they would bring in bigger size men's clothing since they have them on their website. Overall a great experience

Since the remodel/reorganization of this location, it is difficult to navigate. The overall flow of racks is disjointed and very tightly organized. Shoppers may purchase more when bombarded with options at every turn, though something as personal as fit and style deserve a little more room. I do not enjoy shopping here as much as I did prior to the change. The centralized fitting rooms are the only improvement I see. Prices are still reasonable and fashions relevant. Have patience before shopping this location.

Crowded. But this time of year that is expected. It's been a while since I have been to Old Navy and it seems to be a little pricier than I remember. With the "sale" signs everywhere and the clothing rummaged through by 100's of people, it can be difficult to know what is actually on sale and what got put on the wrong table. It didn't stop me from buying, but it did make the final bill $20 more than I had calculated. Customer service experience was friendly and professional.

This store was extremely busy and completely disheveled. There were clothes on the floor and it was pretty messy. The line to get out of Old Navy was crazy ling even though every register was open. I feel it's generally a busy area and it's no fault of the staff that people cannot clean up after themselves, there was a ton of staff members diligently working but it was impossible to keep up with the customers.

for me personally. The sizes they have in store other than the dresses are too small and all their sales do not include plus sizes. So you have to pay extra for those sizes online, you can't try them on before you buy them and you either have to spend a certain amount on things you buy for free shipping on clothes you aren't sure will look right or you have to pay shipping and hope for the best.

Everytime I come to old Navy it's a mess in organized. Items are never under the price tag they should be and sale and clearance come up at regular price. Just tried to buy a blouse and it rang up for 39.99 or whatever it was on clearance for 9.99 ...... I let cashier know and she was like WHERE well shoot it must have fallen off she was super rude. And no one really cares whatever rant over

Went in in Saturday got a great deal on matching family pj's and I was helped by the sweetest young lady. She was friendly, knowledgeable, had great customer service as well. Her name Leti. All the other wonderful ladies working that day were also very friendly and helpful when I was looking for all my sizes. Thank you for making my shopping experience exciting, fun,and easy.

I used to just LOVE this Old Navy, however they have rearranged the WHOLE STORE! While its not a large store it is very hard to locate what I wanted. There is NO FLOW to it any longer. I will not be shopping in person any longer. IF I shop at all, it will be on line only with them. 2020 just keeps getting sadder & sadder. Good Bye Old Friend...Old Navy!

This is one of my go to Old Navy stores. All the employees are really nice and are always willing to help me find what i am looking or my size. If they don't have my size then it gets shipped to my house for free. They recently remodeled so it has the current layout. The men's section got bigger and wider variety which is always good.

I did buy some clothes for my kids from this place and I must say the rates were pretty nominal, and the quality too. There were good varieties at least for kids, as this is what I was focused on; can't comment on other categories. Location was very good too as it was surrounded by many other markets with ample parking space.

What a horrible experience. I used to go to this old navy all the time and would occasionally find good deals. Today it was just gross. The floors are dirty and covered with clothes. Some of the employees are rude for no reason. And most infuriating, the sales are deceptively marked. Eff this filthy place.

Stopped by Old Navy today. The store was a damn wreck. Clothes on the floor. Wadded up on the shelves. When I checked out, holy cow, my cashier threw my receipt, clothes and hangers in the bag without folding and thanked me. SO HORRIBLY SLOPPY!! This store has really gone down the gutter than I remember.

Love shopping here. Nearly all their stuff is easy to mix and match. Prices are good too and there's always a sale going on. Pro tip: go into the store, try stuff on. If they don't have your size in the color/pattern you like, have a clerk order it for you online and ships to your house for free.

Usually not the biggest fan because the don't have anything in my style but my kids start kindergarten and we went looking for uniforms. I was able to buy 16 polos and 8 pairs of pants for my twins for only $180 and the clothes is good quality I definitely recommend this place for uniforms!

Very frustrating that the last 3 times I’ve gone to this store the items I’ve wanted have not been available in my size (2-4 or women’s small). No workout tops, no short black dresses, none of the shorts without holes in them. How do you not have size small of newer items in stock?

Karen provided us the most enjoyable experience tonight! She answered all of our questions and she filled us in on how we can get points which we are super excited about! We are so excited to buy more clothes from here in the coming weeks we hope Karen is here every single time!

Don't like this store...clothes look dingy. Don't have that new look. Clothes are not worth the price and the costume jewelry that will fade is not worth the price. Cheap clothes at a high price. *Crowded Floors* ..racks to close to each other can barely look around!

The lines were long but that's to be expected 2 days before Christmas. However, the cashiers we're still friendly and work steadily. There were about 20 people in line ahead of me and the wait was not too bad. Lots of selection very well-organized despite the crowds.

50% off entire purchase lured people in but actual prices of clothes seemed very high. I was specifically looking for child's size 6 and items were extremely limited. 5 of us went shopping together and none of us bought a single thing. Not worth the trip.

Bought a couple of T-shirts. Nothing has really changed with this location over the years, except now they are really pushy with getting you to apply for their credit card and capturing your email address to spam you to death. No thank you.

Saw some cute infant outfits, there was a sale sign, but when I checked the price at the kiosk, it didn't show the discounted price. I didn't see an employee nearby to ask, and didn't want to wait in line at the register so I left

We have been here a couple of times in the last month or so. Karen really makes this store. If you think of the best service you have ever had at a restaurant that is the experience at this store. She covers every detail.

Always able to find something here...although this location seems to be trying to fit too much into the space they have, making it a little cramped and messy. But they always have what I'm looking for and I like old navy

Staff here is wonderful always willing to assist. GM of this location is so awesome, he did a great job of turning my horrible old Navy into one that made my whole day. I will be returning to this location for sure.

I always love the clothes I get at Old Navy, and they recently remodeled so it is beautiful inside. I always find something at Old Navy and as a plus sized woman that isn't always easy. But it all fits great!

This is a good place to buy school uniforms other clothing at wasn't too expensive the workers were great they help me with what I needed to get for my kids I will go back and recommend it to other people

Omg they had my size in everything I wanted. I bought 3 shirts under $70 bucks. My favorite find there was the movie JAWS tank-top for $6.99.. Thank you Old Navy. I had fun shopping.

Place is over stuffed. Can hardly walk around. Always find stuff misplaced or on the floor. Prices are going up. I only shop here IF there is a good sale. Employees are still nice.

Staff are always friendly, often giving discounts and advising about sales and promotions. There is almost always someone ready to assist but not pushy like department stores..

Great selection and prices of pants, shirts, sweats, shorts, jackets for kids. The women's section is not my style and are not figure flattering for curvy girls in my opinion.

It's an Old Navy...not much more can be said. Parking is relatively horrible, but it always is in that shopping center. Go early for the best parking and smaller crowd.

Not a a very big selection for Men's clothes, considering they are exclusively a clothing store. But the prices are consistently lower than some primary competitors.

Needed a pair of sandals for my stylish baby nephew. Only store in the plaza that had any for sale. Fairly decent selection & excellent customer service …

Black friday shopping was not as bad as I was expecting.... they still had lots of stocked item that same evening. Kids section was pretty wiped though.
