If you want to come to this take away restaurant, just don’t line up, they only serve their friends first, won’t serve you until finishing serving all of their friends. We have been waiting there for long time, their staff only focused on cleaning the hot box and moving the bowls and noodles to other place, totally ignoring us just like air, then their friend came and the staff served them straight away. So if you are not their friend, they just gonna to let you wait for endless time. I am not recommend you to come here, lots of choices around this suburb, I have never expect the customer service from take away restaurant, at least they should follow the rules: first come, first serve! not just serving your friends first! They need to train their staff for knowing common sense.

The line was so long but only because there is barely anything to eat at Knox new food court. I came here because I love Chinese food and thoroughly enjoy it. I saw an older worker heating cooked fried rice in the microwave.. about a 8-10L tub of fried rice, for 2-3 minutes. She then took it out and put it in a dish into what seems to be the hotwell. Anyway, I order a large meal. I did get a huge portion but for some reason it seems to be my partner did not? We did get served by different workers. It cost $32 and both of us had barely even warm food. I have been so unwell after eating the meal. I am definitely not returning here. Go to Chadstone and you will receive hot, fresh Chinese food. Not here.

I got the large for $15.9 which comes with rice and 3 dishes of your choice. I got the vegetables, mongolian beef and sweet & sour pork. They were pretty decent but the flavours aren’t as strong as i’d like. But overall it’s still pretty tasty and affordable.

The food here is so good. This is mine and my partners go to when we are at Westfield Knox. There are so many delicious options, and the size variants are all great at such a reasonable price too! Definitely recommend going there when in Knox.

Very bad, worst in the entire westfield. Over charged, portion is way too small. We opt for +$2 for dish only, (skipping rice), turned out we had just similar portion of dish, and staff are rude to address that. Food, taste wise, just normal. Will never come again and will never recommend frds to try.

Very silly to have only 2 staff working on customer service during lunch time peak hour and have 2 staff busy at the back washing dishes and in preparation. The queue for lunch is now close to the exit near the toilets. Roughly 25 of us in line. I was around the front middle of the queue.

An amazing place for people with large appetites (me) especially when I forget to take my Concerta lol. The portion sizes are very big for what you pay. Personally recommend the stir-fried vegetables, curry chicken, and something new.

Initially ordered dim sum, spring roll and sesame prawn, they said they only had spring roll, so ordered 2, turned out to be prawn wrapped. Tasted good so went back and ordered small chicken curry and sweet and sour pork with noodles, large plate full but the pork was stone cold.

Over expected! 17 dollars for each dish, and it looks quite empty. I'll prefer buy from somewhere else. Sweet n sour pork teastes good but too much stash! Teriyaki chicken, the chicken is mostly like a decoration! Mopo dofu is just a soy source bean curd! Over all ok and so so.

Hot fresh food, the honey chicken hasn’t let me down. Our favourite place to get food in Westfield Knox!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our dinner here. We ordered two small meals (a small meal = rice/noodles + two dishes). Though it's called "small", the portion sizes were quite generous. The dishes were tasty. Affordable prices too.
