I am a VA VA Housekeeping Supervisor, I wash my work clothing and other garment that I have that need to be washed but (my fine clothing always go to the dry cleaners not the issue here) I found the laundrymat because my laundrymat on MEDICAL DR. received damage from a fire, Bigs is clean all the way around it have TV's and seating with a couple of vending machines and also there are restaurants and my neighborhood store HEB is in walking distance...give Big's big respect I like the please very much and I know you will to, so peace out much love and respect to ALL!! ❣❗

I won't be coming back I will go to the one down street. Both times the employees have hh incredibly rude the machines or over priced. The female that is working seemed to bothered that I had a question. Then I asked about chang for a five was told I'd have to get it all in quarters fine whatever. Then 10 mins later another customer asked the same question they were told no they didn't have change but they could next door and that they were pretty cool about hooking it with change. So now I'm stuck with five dollars in quarters. So if u like over priced machines and rude employees then this place was great

So I don't believe the price of the machines are over priced. if you want a clean job done and you don't want to hassle with extra rinse, then it is appropriately priced. The dryers actually dry with just the first deposit and the employees keep to themselves but will answer any questions you may have. I have been here maybe going on an hour and I've already seen the employees sweep up 3 times. If you are rude to others then naturally you will receive attitude but I have not had a single issue. Over all a pretty clean, quiet, and efficient place to do your laundry and go home.

Been here a few times before with no problems. Now the big washer for $6 50 is not soaping up!!!! The employee, Ruben, is here and I tell him and he says there is nothing he can do about it. He clearly sees no soap coming out and is doing absolutely nothing about it. I ask him for my money back and he says he can't! Then he tells me it's rinsing that's why the soap is not coming out...I try to explain to him it wasn't coming out during the main wash either and he cuts me off and just walks away...No customer service whatsoever

This is a coin laundry. Nothing exciting, nothing bad. Several TV sets, on different channels. No place to charge a phone. Electrolux coin washers and dryers, very modern LCD display. An attendant on duty. Very clean, plenty of laundry carts. For a coin laundry, it is OK. I am not interested in TV. A power strip for charging phones, and WiFi access would be nicer. But perhaps this is not desired from a business standpoint.

If you are gonna wash here only come in the morning. that's the only time its mildly fresh inside. the a/c is out and if you come in the afternoon its horrible inside. Literally fresher outside than inside (even when its 100 outside) Theres a few fans but unless you are sitting I'm front of it prepare to sweat. I figured they'd get it fixed quickly but nope. They're gonna lose alot of business with this heat in here

I've been going here since Dec..MY WASHER BROKE DOWN.. I like it. I go early. Use big washers. DRY AT HOME ..best deal..fewer loads. Price fair . ALWAY CLEAN..SOMEONE ONE ALWAYS ON DUTY FRIENDLY. ..WILL KEEP GOING. Weekly cost..8.00 to wash 2 big load....3 loads when washing sheets and blankets...dryers are great .. we needed a new laundry mat in this area...thanks BIG

Wash clothes here a handful of times a little bit more expensive then I usually pay but washers and dryer works really well and fast also have 4 TVs soap and watch TV while waiting for your clothes to wash and dry vending machines are always feel also have a crane machine and to arcade game very big and spacious lots of parking also has wash and fold service.

I can't express how much I like this place. I have a washer and dryer but it would take too long to do the laundry at home. Instead, I come here use 5 or 6 big giant washers. I just got out of the hospital, and I am very weak. The person working here asked if I needed any help. He helped me with the wash and drying. I am so grateful, best service ever.

Followed the instructions on their machines, yet no visible soap while machine washing. Informed employee, asked for refund and she wouldn't refund my money. Embarrassingly, that happened more than once, another there person doing laundry had same experience. I do not recommend this laundromat, new machines but they do not work properly

A little over priced, usually the gentleman are always cleaning and being friendly. Today there was a Hispanic woman. Lazy was sat down the whole time I was there. Lol you suck lady. She also looks like she's a hoodrat and didn't finish HS. This was on 4/13/18 at 4-5pm. So management if you see this you know who your lazy employee is

Extremely rude not worth the money false hours! Pulled up at 10:31pm and was told by the guy in the picture; very rude that he was closed. I asked why the hours said till midnight 12 he just waved his hand over his neck and kept yelling with anger that they were closed. On top of that this place is very pricey. Save your money!

BUSY. Lots of working machines and someone is always on staff when I go during the day. This is a large location but, due to COVID guidelines, you may find that you will have to wait outside in your vehicle. Bring some entertainment, warm clothes and something to drink for yourself so you don't get bored and fall asleep.

There's a guy that cleans extensively and efficiently, place always looks and smells clean. There's also a woman, chief warden lol, she makes sure everyone wears their masks and if you're not doing laundry, the boot, you're gone, no homeless unless they're doing laundry. My new spot for laundry now.

They kicked me out at 11 on a Wednesday told me to fold my clothes at home when in fact they're advertising being open till 12 but telling me they close at 1030 I told him sign outside said 12 he said thats for Saturday then saw the sign for himself nevergoi g back no matter how convenient it is.

Great place but too hot need to put the a/c on this place .. ..ask the lady to turn a/c on but she has no control of it won't be coming back soon... it's sad also the girl that works here brought her fan from her house cause people we're complaining it was hot.....3/28/2018...on a Sunday

There is always an Indian man running the place, along another Indian lady. They're alright, if you ask them for help. People over exaggerate when they speak of their experiences here because I wash here once a week and have witnessed no problems.

Clean but not enough water running through the soap lines and I notice they weren't running water to the correct one it tells you to put the soap in so my clothes did not come out smelling like tide but it was nice and cool in there

My washer literally started leaking water everywhere an young kid that's here was no help had repay again for another washer when it should've been there responsibility to fix issue the place is dirty now previous owners were better

This place is huge but alot of machines weren't working. But I was able to wash my laundry and place was clean with plenty of TV's to entertain you.$1.75 was the cost for washing. I dried my laundry at home, my washer acting up!

When this laundry mat first opened up it was nice. I went today’s Sunday, May 31 @ 11am and the laundry mat was dirty. The floors are filthy the machines are dirty. Dry soap all over the machines. Just filthy!!

driers get overheated towards the end of the day. other then that its clean and they have a great selection of snakes and drinks in the vending machines. plus a coin pusher game and men and women restrooms

This place just recently opened up and I love it it clean well priced and even has vending machines so you can get a snack and soda while you do your laundry and they are now adding arcade games love it ♥️

There was eight 1.50 wash machine out of order plus staff that works there are not professional and I went to Dollar Tree down the road someone took my washer and washed there cloths

This laundromat is nice clean and the restroom were open and clean. I've been to some laundromat the restroom would be lock some would be dingy unkempt. But this one was super CLEAN

It's a clean atmosphere. All the washers work most of the time if not always. The dryers are really good. It's less expensive that many laundromats that are in bad condition.

Loved this spot. The owner let me stop and charge for a minute so I would make it back to the courtyard safely. The facilities are clean and nice place to do your laundry.

not a lot of people washing on mondays. the washers and dryers are brand new. A dollar for 30 minutes I was able to dry a king size comforter very good

Prices went up a bit. Lady there wasn't doing much just sitting on her phone. Usually the gentleman are cleaning and we've been offered popcorn before.

Lots of washing machines 3 different sizes and lots of dryers in 2 sizes, money changer, vending machines, TV's, music, very clean, attendant on hand.

Everything's brand new and clean and has 3 television's.. Just a lot of bums and drug addicts that hang out around there to try to use the restroom

Hours are great! Six load washers, A/C, television, snack machine, clean, restrooms work so do water fountains & change machine. Free Wi-Fi!

Wish people would follow rules and regulations about wearing a mask and employee should inform people couldn't get out of there fast enough

Horrible over priced. 6.50 for their biggest machine while other places have it for 3.75. Also the machine doesn't dispense the detergent!

I like this place. There is a notice that says NO MASK NO SERVICE and there were several person without. I think they do not how to read.

Water not even close to coming out warm when it was set on hot, went to tell the attendant who barely spoke English.

Google said this place is open till 11:00pm walked in at 10:00 and the lady working said they closed at 9:30pm.
