had such a lovely meal at bills!!! I had the tuna and avocado "tacos" to start but they where more like loaded natchos then tacos only issue was there was only 4 pieces of tune could have done with a couple of extra slices but the flavour was amazing, my partner had the chicken dumplings and they where so yummy I had food envy!! for the main I had truffle chicken 2 ways I found the mash under seasoned and there was no truffle shavings or even a flavour of truffle, the waitress advised that there was truffle infused cream in the mash but I failed to identify the taste considering that truffle has a very strong earthy flavor however the red wine jus was amazing and the fried chicken was good and aoli was nice, my partner had the burger cooked medium again I had food envy as that looked and tasted amazing with the rosemary and sult fries for dessert i had the Passion fruit cheesecake flower pot which was visually amazing and tasted out of this world so it is safe to say I made the right dessert choice!! I would definitely recommend it!! my partner had the doughnuts with a chocolate sauce and dulce de leche, this was very rich and extremely indulgent but very tasty to say the least.

We had dinner at Bill's after a long day at work - with work still to do that evening. We were short of time and had our office dog with us. But Eliza couldn't have been more courteous, responsiveness and energising! She welcomed us. No, really welcomed us - gave us a big smile, whisked us out of the rain, showed us to the ideal table to give us peace of mind that our little dog was comfortable and not underfoot for any other diners. She also brought him water - even before serving us. Way to a dog lover's heart! He relaxed, we relaxed. She knew that. Then she highly commended mixing it up by sharing Chicken Three Ways and the most incredibly generous walnut, watermelon and feta salad (I think Bill's take on a Greek Salad!). The food was fast, fresh and absolutely delicious. The service was attentive, there before you knew you needed it and around just long enough to satisfy. Knowing we needed to get back to work, Eliza was quick with the bill and helped us gather all our kit to get on our way. We left, feeling a bit treated - and actually cared for. Odd in today's rush and noise to say that: but Eliza actually seems to care that her customers leave happier than they came in! We certainly did.

Average to poor experience. The menu was vast and promising but my fried chicken burger was tasteless. It started raining but no staff could be bothered to come outside and put umbrellas up on the tables so everyone and everything got soaked. Blankets and cushions included. A miss. Food 2. Service 1. Atmosphere 1. That was 5 months ago. We've recently visited Bill's on a break from work one evening - and were blown away by what was a welcoming and generous experience. Thanks to our server Eliza! She greeted us at the door on a rainy evening, got our little office-dog a treat and bowl of water while we dried off, recommended Chicken Three Ways and Bill's take on a Greek Salad ... then was attentive, responsive, caring and super-efficient while never seeming to rush us, getting us out in time to get on with our work. 'Caring'. An odd word to use in the rush and noise of walk-in restaurants. But it really did seem that Eliza cares that her Customers walk out happier than they walked in. She's an asset to Bill's - every bit as valuable as the Chef, whose take on the Greek Salad is addictive! I've now altered my ratings as above.

We had a great experience at Bill’s Hammersmith the past Sunday. We’ve been there with our friends for my husband’s birthday dinner. Our experience started even before the dinner, we had a reservation for 10 people and had to add additional seats for more people, we had asked the staff to add few extra chairs and they had no issue with that at all. The restaurant’s interior space is very cosy for winter gatherings. It is family and children friendly. The food was perfectly hot and delicious. The staff were super friendly and very polite. The service was so quick and accurate. The restaurant closes at 10pm, the staff extended 40mins for us without any complain unlike other UK restaurants. The restaurant is located right next to Hammersmith station. All in all we highly recommend this restaurant for big or small gatherings.

Lovely friendly restaurant, perfect for a Sunday breakfast. We were a party of 2 at 9:30sm and were seated right away by a friendly host. He explained a few details about the menu and took our drink order. She had Avocado Eggs Florentine with bacon and I had Bill's Traditional Breakfast with eggs, sausage, mushrooms, bacon, tomato, blood pudding, toast and potatoes. They served our drinks right away, tea and the best coffee, and brought our food in about 15 minutes. Every bite was delicious and the staff could not have been more welcoming. Next table over had a pile of pancakes I will try next time. Can't wait to come back!

Where do I start?! From the moment I walk through the doors, I’m greeted with a lovely warm welcome (usually by Chelsea) into an inviting well form space. I came here with my mum as a quick pit stop for some food whilst we were shopping. Arjith was incredibly hospitable and welcomed us instantly with a big smile. He was very accommodating to our needs and sat us on the table that we wanted, despite not having a booking. He was very patient whilst we chose our food and was constantly cheerful and energetic which made us feel appreciated! I would recommend anyone to eat here, not only is the food delicious but it’s fairly inexpensive and there are loads of options for vegan, vegetarian and even gluten-free diet. 3* overall experience. I arrived to the resturant on a weekday for bottomless pancakes as I have read good reviews. The pancakes were OK but more on the thick side and hard to chew after a while. I was charged extra for the bacon as I asked for it to be on the side and for extra banana which came up as extra fruit on the receipt but the amount of toppings were unsatisfactory in comparsion to other diners photographs. Based on this I wouldn't visit again as the 7.50 price tag is misleading and I ended up paying around 15 quid.

Great atmosphere, service, and quality dishes just a few paces away from Hammersmith Station. We had the Labneh & Flatbread as a starter, the sauce was excellent. Flatbread was okay, not plentiful. I had the lobster & seafood linguini for my main. Prawns, calamari, were ample and delicious. The lobster was more implied. Sauce was spot on with a touch of chili heat. Amazing place! We went for tea and scones late in the afternoon, and everything was so good that we needed to come back. Next morning we went for oatmeal with some donuts and coffee, and it was even better than the first day! It was so lovely. The food, the service, everything. It was a huge amount of food too. Very well presented and prepared. Beautiful ambience in the restaurant too. The only thing I did not like very much was the gap between the tables was so narrow we could hear the conversation from the next table and the glasses were dirty, which many people returned.

We were so happy to dine in and were accepted right before the kitchen closed. We had the classic burger with cheese and bacon and the chicken cooked two ways as well as a bottle of wine. Both meals were extremely tasty and the wine was nice and fresh. Customer service was great and the ambiance of the restaurant was also lovely (excellent playlist!).
