good racket with the PCNs for bus lanes, maybe if the city centre would not be in construction 24/7, roads not closed and drivers would be able to reach their destination without constant obstructions and delays, drivers would be able to avoid bus lanes

Went to visit Birmingham to go to a concert and was left with a £120 penalty notice for the clean air zone. I'll never set foot in your city ever again and I'll tell everybody I know not to either. Disgrace
