Absolutely untrustworthy. Went to buy shirts on 03/09/2023, tried on one white shirt (Giza variety), liked it, and asked the guy to pack two of the same. Paid for it and realized it only the next day that he packed two whites of different styles (only one is Giza and the other a different type). Cant be a honest mistake - I checked the bill and clearly two different shirt types were billed. Why would you take consumers for a ride ? I'm otherwise a fan of the brand but never visiting this store again and definitely warn others against visiting.

Collections: Okay Service : Disappointed Visited this store for my engagement dress purchase. While purchasing I've requested the manger to steam iron my newly bought shirt and pant without any crease and clearly told him that I didn't have enough time later for this work. That time he agreed for every request. But on the time of delivery he didn't do anything what he promised. Please keep up the commitment to earn the trust of a customer.

I felt so confused in buying due to one sales man (Old, seems owner or tore manager), forcing for buying expensive products, not helping on what we are asking for. Moreover at the time of billing, he seems very rude as we did not purchase expensive what he was asking to buy and had kept the wrong size of one of the product out of 3 and good that I saw and got the correct size billed. Very disappointed to visit such store.

Night at around 9:45pm I just came to check out blazer and ended up purchasing 2 blazers. Amazing energy and spirit shown by Vikram Sharma (guess store manager) and Esmile (store staff) in the store. Rarely such an amazing shopping experience I've got in Bangalore
