Just picked up a brand new 2018 Xtrail Ti today, by trading my old car through Stefan from Used Car Department. Process was very easy and friendly, no stress or pressure. Bit busy at the end of finance, but understandable. Lot of good deals here. So before stepping my feet to Nissan Blackburn, I had setup my car ads on Carsales clearly (with fair price, Carfacts & Redbook valuation) then contacted some dealership. Most of dealership that I had been through are so lame, irresponsive, and taking so much effort to deal with. They wanted me to come to their dealership in prior, so they could lock me up on the spot until I agree to their price. Also 99% of them would not look at all on Redbook as a proper guidance for trading and therefore trading my old car became so frustrating. Ignore this kind of dealership and trust me, don’t even get bother to come either!!! After looking at good deal of Xtrail on Carsales, I SMS Nissan Blackburn and it went through Stefan. Fortunately, it didn’t take hours. Stefan replied my SMS promptly and he said if the boss agreed on my trading value without any issue/delay. In next hour, I went to Nissan Blackburn and met Stefan. After inspecting my old car and the brand new 2018 Xtrail Ti, we settled to do the sales. In addition, trading value is precise as I was told at first reply. I would like to big thank to Stefan. He has been very responsive, friendly, respectful and willing to hear all my requests, in order to do the business. Also Stefan has been updating me all matters promptly until now. All in all, doing the purchase at Nissan Blackburn has been a very easy, smooth process and no stress. Looking forward to see how the car drives and my 10k kms service. Wish all the warranty’ matter and after sales service would be excellent as I have put my faith buying a car at Nissan Blackburn. Once again massive thank you and see you soon. Best Regards Vivid
Worst service and cheaters. Do not trust Scott at the reception he is a liar and not trust worthy. I would recommend all to test cars before making a payment. Paid $794 for a mechanical fault picked up car and tested. Problem was not resolved and tax invoice claimed re-checked all ok. I called Service center and they told me I will have to pay extra $405 to get it re-tested and resolved. Dropped my car again and when I went to pick up car I told Scott I want to test drive it before making payment as I had a bad experience. He replied can't do that without making a payment. I told him I am not making a payment without testing it, and then finally tested it and it was resolved this time. I asked Scott how long is the warranty for the drive shaft they replaced, and he didn't know and told me he will call me next day to let me know never received a call. And then I called again asked for manager to lodge a complaint and he was not available (as expected) the lady dropped an email requesting a call back. It's been 2 days still waiting to know how long is the warranty. And did I mention I had to call them 9 times for follow up on status despite Scott claiming to call me and let me know. Was without car for 3 days despite them suggesting it will be done in a day. My kids car seats were in the car and I repeatedly asked them if it will be ready and if not let me know so that I can get the car seats but unfortunately like Scott being Scott always a lie and false hopes. Hoping I get a call after this review to at least inform me about the warranty of the parts and job.
We bought Nissan Xtrail ST last week from Blackburn Nissan and felt lucky we been to this dealer. From entrance to exit we had such a special treatment. All the staff is so nice and being so helpful. They listen patiently, understand your needs, budget and what we really want. Sushant in Blackburn Nissan went his way out to give us the best deal and we are so happy with it. Even after the sale he went extra mile to give us a follow up call twice in first week itself asking if we are happy or having any issue with the car or understanding the features. Marta and the team in Blackburn sourced my new Nissan Navara Pro4-X and had it to me within the month of first ordering. Very impressed with the service I got when I arrived, including the receptionist and Finance Manager. Dealing with Marta was easy. Although I went in knowing what I wanted, her knowledge, honesty (on car arrival date) and professionalism steered me toward this particular dealership. Definitely a 5 star experience for me at Blackburn Nissan, I will do business at that dealership again. I'm generally not one to do reviews for everything, but my experience at Blackburn Nissan and in particular Marta warrants a review! 10/10. Oh, and the car choice was perfect as well, travelling across the outback towing a van in hot and dry weather less than a week after taking delivery. No regrets at all!
Booked in for a roadworthy, having had both my Nissans serviced by Blackburn Nissan for years. I arrived and they told me that they staff member who had the licence for issuing road worthy certificates was off sick. Fair enough, but they could have called me and let me know in the morning before I drove 20 mins to get there. I had to take a leave day from work for this and arranging that was a nightmare. Now I have to find someone else to do the roadworthy and take another leave day. On another note, the Blackburn Nissan waiting area is a disgrace, grotty and basic. I also have a Mazda and when I get it serviced, the waiting area is modern, clean, with a big table so you can set up a laptop and work, as well as providing a good quality coffee machine, and complimentary drinks and snacks.
I just recently purchased a used vehicle from blackburn Nissan and all I can say is their service and attention to detail is outstanding. I dealt with a salesperson by the name of Stefan. Remember his name if you are thinking of purchasing or even just want some advice on a future purchase. Stefan's professionalism was top notch from start to finish. He made me feel comfortable from the get go, never made me feel I had to buy "that" car and his understanding of my needs were met. So best advice as a confused car buyer!! I have recently bought a new Nissan x-trail car and I am very pleased with how smooth the service was! I am very grateful to Susanth who was so friendly and fantastic! He made sure we were comfortable and happy with the car we were buying and went outside his duties to get the car delivered on time. They usually don’t make the car delivery on a Saturday but made an exception for me because I was not able to come in during the week and for that I am over the moon! The manager and other staff were all so welcoming and nice! Definitely recommend this place for the amazing service.
The parts department are completely useless. We ordered our service parts at half 9 and they turned up at 5 past 5. That's after we close. We had an irate customer because of your incompetence. Never again. Following on from this review, your totally inept parts department redelivered the order at midday the next day. We explained to the less than intelligent delivery driver that we had already returned the parts the previous day due to the fact that you couldn't deliver on time. He was really confused by the simple conversation. Like I said before, never again.
I would like to tell a massive thank you to Sam, who made our experience much brighter and carried all burden of questions, decisions and preparation related to the vehicle, which was supposed to be done by his manager (who actually requires more communicative skills to deal with customers in a proper manner). Sam definitely deserves much appreciation in the company, as he is a fantastic customer service representative. Thank you a lot and wish you only growth and promotion. Big thank you to Michael too for having such a great worker in a salon.
We are very pleased with the outcome of our purchase of Nissan Qashqai STL Year model 2021 in Blackburn Nissan. Sales person Sam Cham was so amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. He was accommodating and upfront went even deliver the car personally in our house by travelling 45kms away from his home. That alone is what we call great customer experience. We would personally recommend this dealership as they do great service and they know they’re stuff.
This is the 2nd car we have bought from Blackburn Nissan, and we have been very happy with their service. A special thanks to Stefan, who went all the way to get the price as close to our budget as possible. Many times we had contemplated walking away and going to another dealer, because the price was beyond our budget (car was great though). But Stefan followed up with us and his manager, and in the end, got a price we were all happy with. I must also add that Stefan was never pushy throughout the process. He was very professional.
It was a real pleasure to purchase our Nissan LEAF with the excellent service provided by Sam and the other members of the Nissan Blackburn team. I've never been moved to highly recommend a sales representative before, but in Sam's case this is well justified. He carefully explained aspects of the new technology; we felt completely at ease and very much appreciated his cheerful, open approach. Bad customer service, they fed me some story which was against consumer law and wanted to charge me to replace a faulty item. They said they were trying to help me, yet still wanted to charge me. I went to Nissan Australia who then agreed to replace it free of charge. Blackburn Nissan should have done this in the first place. I wonder if they would have treated me differently if I was a male. They really tried to pull the wool over my eyes, very unsuccessfully I might add

We didn't buy a new car from this dealership. We did however go in and want to look at a vehicle type which we had purchased second hand from another place. The new car sales consultant, a young lady was outstanding. Despite stating that we had already purchased a vehicle elsewhere she allowed us to sit in and inspect a similar vehicle. She was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I would highly recommend her and this dealership for any vehicle purchase.

We just bought a Nissan Qashqai from Nissan Blackburn today. We were very lucky to meet Susanth as the salesperson. He served us very well, very friendly, and gave us a very good deal on the car. On top of that, we met Ross (the manager of the dealer), he was very friendly and gave us a special bonus. We will definitely come back for servicing our car and come back to buy another cars in the future. Really recommend this dealer.
Very disappointed with this dealership, I bought my til patrol from them in November 2015 and always had it serviced by them. As soon as a problem started (a diff whine in 2021) they told me as it’s out of warranty we can not help you. The car has only done 140k and never been off road. (Really fit for purpose fragile car) Never had this problem or attitude from other brand car dealerships.
I had a great experience at Blackburn Nissan. Just bought a Used Nissan Qashqai with the help of the Salesman Keiran. I first came in on a super busy Saturday and Keiran made time to help me out. When I picked up the car he took the time to show me all the different functions and connectivity. Highly recommend Keiran and the friendly staff at Blackburn Nissan.
Very poor customer service. I emphasized that I was only interested in test driving a car if I could get the car within a particular price point. The sale person encouraged me to test drive saying that "price was the easy part". After the test drive he did not agree to the specified price. We wasted time there and got frustrated with how we were treated.
Managed to get a really tidy, used VW Tiguan in great condition for a great price. Matt and Cheng made the buying process quick and easy and were very personable. They also addressed a minor issue with the car after purchasing, resolving quickly and providing a courtesy car in the interim. Would definitely buy a car from them again in the future

The used-car sale advisor was a licensed robber, that's how we feel. He was an absolute liar. He told us that all the services have been done and log book is up to date. We trusted him, which later cost us $825 to do the major service that should have already been done. Don't trust them.

The price of the service was extremely competitive. What cheesed me off is the exorbitant prices oo other components such as navigation upgrades as they are astronomically high. It became beneficial to use my google on a high quality dash mount phone holder.
