Bought a new Nissan Navara in February 2022. The sales people were fantastic. When it came to the service department that was a different story. We had electric breaks installed ready to use the car for towing our caravan. When we connected our caravan to the car the lights didn’t work on the caravan. We then tried our other car which is a pathfinder and the lights worked fine so we new it was the car not the caravan. We took it back to Nissan Yarra valley and they looked at it and said it was a harness wire and we had to wait 4 weeks for the part to come in from Japan. 5 weeks later I hadn’t herd anything so I called and funny enough the harness had just arrived that day. So they had it for a couple of days and said it was all fixed. Attached the caravan to the car and still not working. I took the car back and showed them video that I have taken with the caravan on the Navara and the caravan on the pathfinder so they can see the difference. They said bring it back. They then sent me a health check video with a vehicle light checker saying everything is fine. But clearly it’s not. We then used a multi media to check the voltage it was coming up with 7 volts when is should of been 12. I then rang Nissan Yarra valley and said if I took it to a auto electrician would you reimburse us the money they said no. Basically not there problem. Took it to the auto electrician and they said the trailer plug earth was fixed to chassis, chassis earth was not connected body or battery. It now works fine.
My husband and I recently bought an X Trail here and we cannot fault the service we received. I was initially looking at buying a Holden and was struggling to get a return phone call from them so decided to look elsewhere. I called up to ask for a bit of information about models etc and was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service (we initially spoke to Nick who was fantastic). We came in the next morning and spoke to Michael who showed us around the different models. Super informative, non-pushy, happy to answer all of our questions. We had a think about it, test drove a car and then put a deposit down. Fast forward a few days and we’re now driving around in our brand new X Trail and absolutely loving it. I would highly recommend Yarra Valley Nissan to anyone who wants to buy a car and get a great deal. From start to finish the process was quick, easy and stress free! I would also suggest the dealerships in the area take notes on how nissan run their business and treat customers!
Went in today to look at potentially purchasing the new Nissan patrol. We were greeted very promptly by a sales agent named Michael. He was extremely helpful going through the specs, differences and features of the vehicle. He had a huge source of information and spoke considerately to both my husband and myself. I found in the past purchasing cars that I’ve often been quickly dismissed by the salesperson who will only deal with my husband. This was certainly not the case. He was very knowledgeable vehicles and took us quickly through all its features and benefits . He Readily ranged a test drive of a vehicle but unfortunately we had to leave Due to a family emergency. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle or get information on Nissans range of vehicles to speak with Michael .
I have just experienced possibly some of the best customer service from Nissan Australia and Nissan Lilydale. A few weeks ago, my car broke down which is out of warranty and l had it towed to Lilydale Nissan Who to my surprise looked at the car straight away and started the problem solving process. In the end it was looking like a very large bill, but Lilydale Nissan contacted Nissan Australia and they come to an agreement to help us out with the cost. l really have to add they made this arrangement off their own back with Nissan Australia. Looks like old fashion values are still around today and l cannot thank Nissan Lilydale and Nissan Australia enough as l don’t know what l would have done without their help.

This is where I go for my service on my new(ish) Xtrail. I trust this place, the staff are really friendly, great at communicating and very respectful of my car and how precious it is to me. They leave it clean, costs are explained well and ahead of the service, no suprises, and love the customer service, especially remembering their clients even though they only come in once a year. I've never had any damage to my car from this place, and I look everytime I park my car anywhere. Once I went to another dealership across town for a service and had a terrible experience, this place keeps me at ease. Can't recommmened enough.
Desperately disappointed...Car broke down Dec 23, RACV said it was mobilizer. Trouble shoot with lady over the phone who was VERY helpful, but no good. Google search revealed likely and common steering wheel lock issue. Had it towed after Xmas (of course!). Confirmed it was common issue. Part was $1000! Total cost, $1450. As I went to leave, man says "by the way, your air bag alert is flashing on the dashboard and you have no horn. It's nothing we did. The part is $380, we can do it next week." (Ahh no thanks!) And when I finally get my now unroadworthy car home, discover my reversing camera is also now NOT working. Grrrrr
This is my second experience with purchasing a vehicle from Yarra Valley Nissan Lilydale, The last time was in 2010 and we felt like we were treated with near distain on delivery. Not to mention the (lemon Navara D22) that was handed over, I swore that I would never buy a Nissan again (bloody disappointed) Fast Forward to 2019' Nick and he's team gave us a far superior experience. Delivery was totally different, we were treated very well. The D23 that we have purchased is a far better beast compared to the D22. A well balanced vehicle, comfort and versatility. I'm glad I gave them a second shot, so far so good
Staff here are super friendly. After reserving a z online they called to catch up and sign some paperwork. In person they were all super friendly and helpful. My little one was playing with a 1/32 model in the show room and they told him he could have it . (He has enough at home) but it was the gesture and warmth that stuck with us. Also let me take one of the Nissan Z's they had in stock out for a drive in the countryside. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. Regarding car delivery times that's out of the hands of the dealers so that won't really sway my review. Thanks again for the pleasant experience.

From walking into the showroom to check out options for a new car I approached by Michael who was professional relatable and informative, he addressed what I was looking and answer all my questions and a few good tips! Quick chat with Charles in finance made me feel comfortable I was in the right hands. Absolutely the best Nissan service I’ve received! I went into YV Nissan to get an unusual sound coming from my wheels checked (after a very recent service at another close by Nissan dealership) and they took it into the workshop to check it. Shockingly, my pads were gone and the discs were wearing. They knew it was unsafe to drive so fixed it immediately for me and offered a loan car. I’m so incredibly grateful that they were able to rectify this, so as I could drive myself and my children around safely. Thank you guys. Keep up the fantastic work!
I was impressed with the cleanliness and the attention to observe distance regulations at Lilydale Nissan. As l waited for my vehicle to be serviced, the service receptionists checked regularly on my comfort and offered beverages. I was kept up to date with the status of my vehicle and when completed my keys were sanitised before returning and my vehicle had also been sanitised. I asked if they could look at a small cosmetic issue, not only did they fix that, they adjusted my clock to the correct time without me asking them to AND gave my car a wash! I am a new Nissan car owner. It was such a pleasure to deal with a service centre that was friendly and customer focused. They were able to accommodate me at short notice after my own mixup. I was running late to collect my car, but they took that in their stride. I feel more positive about this experience than I have with previous service centres for other car companies.

Walked into the show room. 2 male staff chatting. They walked through the showroom and walked out. One looked back as he went through the door so definitely saw we were there. Waited 15 minutes in the show room for them to return but then gave up. Very disappointing indeed. Certainly wont be buying from them.

Booked in for 4 tyres to be fitted an appointment was made for the next morning . They were fitted whilst I waited and they also cleaned the car inside and outside no extra charge. Comfortable waiting area, friendly efficient staff an all round great experience- thoroughly recommend.
I always get my car serviced at Lilydale Nissan where we purchased this X Trail and the previous one. I am very happy with all the staff and mechanics. This time my car was dirty when I took it in and they gave it a good wash and even blackened the tyres. It looks like a new car!!
Had my new tyres fitted at Yarra valley Nissan. When booking I was told to allow for 1.5hrs, a little long but “oh well” I thought. After 3hrs they were able to fit 4tyres I’m glad I’m not paying per hr for this service, Would highly recommend looking else where for tyre fitting.
