My experience didn't match the other reviewers. When you go in, you may notice signs posted everywhere about the 10 minute time limit to raise any issues. That should have been a warning! I went for a massage 5pm on a Sunday, after a busy day, and my masseuse was clearly tired. He started with a brief stand on my legs, then went straight into twin elbows either side of my back for 20 mins. That's a great technique when executed well, but it was like he had seen someone do it, but without understanding the underlying muscles. When he moved on to my arm, it was clear I was going to get more if the same, so I asked the massage to stop. Lovely guy - but little English, so stressful for him, and then the whole business got involved. Quite the pantomime - but at this stage everyone got worked up and I just wanted out. To their credit, they offered a full refund which was unnecessary and generous, but as the other reviewers noted, they charge above the odds for the area, so disappointing they didn't live up to the hype.

Paid for an hours massage & only received 45 mins. It was also a below average massage & wasnt worth $95 at all. Complained to the receptionist & they just argued with me, no offer of refund for the extra 15 I paid for & never received. Considering I have had a good experience a few months ago, this has turned me completely off. I wont be back. Disappointed. I also provided my contact details so the owner could call me to discuss, but as you can see from the generic response below, they couldn't care less. I haven't received a call or email. This place is a scam

Absolutely amazing. I go there alone, and sometimes take my girlfriend. We always have the hot oil massage, and it's simply brilliant. Hot oil inc a foot wash, 1 hr massage inc hot oil AND hot stones, and a refreshing tea. The male and female massage team are all equally amazing, and each one has their own special techniques. I've tried most massage places in Neutral Bay, and this is prob the best, and the best value. Always go back. And when you pay for a 1hr massage, you get a 1hr massage. They don't pad the time with foot washes and a cuppa. LOVE IT.

Amazing service! The setting and atmosphere of the spa is beautiful, definitely takes you to Thailand. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating; the ladies that took care of us were very kind. We did the 90 min package for $149, great deal! The treatment ended with a thorough foot massage and ginger honey tea. Would come here again and bring more friends.

Best thai massage in the area! I’ve been coming here for years for thai & deep tissue massages and this place has never let me down. Therapists are skilled and the venue is clean. Treatment starts with a quick foot soak and you get a complimentary tea and chocolate at the end of the massage. Rates are slightly cheaper if you pay by cash.

My husband booked a one hour remedial massage for the two of us. We both had an amazing experience. Our masseuses were highly skilled and experienced. We got rid of all the pain from our workouts and knots from our tech-necks. Definitely going back again for more sessions. Highly recommend their services.

Not the cheapest place to get a massage locally, but it is one of the only places where the street noise is minimised by the wall between reception and the massage area. The service is always excellent with the team really listening to what you need and applying the right pressure

First time at the massage spa, and boy! After a reformer workout and a very tense shoulder. Asked the therapist to focus on my shoulders, and she did just that. I’m really impressed with the professionalism and service. Highly recommend this spa. Their service is soo good.

Every single time I come here, I think it's the best massage I've ever had. It's so consistent and the massages are consistently great. The honey and ginger tea is also very warming and delicious. 5 star experience every time, wouldn't go anywhere else in NB.

I have been going here for 4 years as a local. It is the best thai massage in the area. The price is higher than others but the quality of deep tissue massage is worth the bit extra. Doesn't matter who you book with, the quality is the same.

Just amazing. Got a foot massage and have to say it was the best one I've ever got!!! They are not the cheapest thai massage salon - $40 for 30 mins (if you pay cash, $44 otherwise), but OMG they are good. I'll be definitely back. Worth it!

I bought a remedial massage price of $115 but the therapist doesn't really know what he's doing. The place is crowded and you can hear people snoring loud behind the curtain. Just like a Bali style but paying top dollars …

I had today an excellent hard deep tissue massage and reflexology with Sara she was so firm and strong trying her best in get rid of my "rocks" in my shoulders and neck very clean and peaceful relaxing place! I will be back THANKS

Every time I come here I have the best massage! Thai, remedial, hot oil they’re all fantastic and all masseuses are wonderful. I enjoy how they start with the feet soak and wash, massage then finish with a tea or water.

I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday. We both got massages after i had noticed there was 50$ cash missing from my a wallet making it an even more overpriced experience. Not worth it for the price !!!!
