I am visiting from canada and had the opportunity to meet a lovely young woman named Stacey Rose at Bloomingdale's at fashion valley when I took my best friend of 45 years to get her mother of the bride dress fitted last week. It was last minute because my friend has terminal breast cancer and hasnt had the energy to go, we forged forward last week. Unfortunately my friend ended up in hospital over the weekend and only returned home on Monday, however her condition has deteriorated to a point that she may not make it to the wedding this weekend. Monday evening Stacey Rosecalled me on her dinner break to tell me that the wonderful seamstress had made the alterations and the dress was ready 3 days early. I picked the dress up Tuesday afternoon, to my surprise, this lovely, busy, young woman recognized me immediately as I entered the dress department, I was very grateful and she stated she had the dress in the back and to follow. Not only had the seamstress rushed the alterations this beautiful soul Stacey Rose had gone ahead and purchased a lovely box of Honolulu cookies for me and the most lovely card for my dear friend with a hand written heartfelt message. I am so truly grateful for this selfless loving compassionate gesture that I am compelled to share this story and give this hard working young woman the shout out that she deserves for going above and beyond to make my friends and my experience a pleasant unforgettable one that I will continue to share he during my visit with all her friends, and she has plenty, and in Canada when I return. Thank you Stacey Rose for your kindness.
The sales girl who worked the Bloomingdales evening gown area on the second floor made me feel bad about my body and my age. I found a floor length teal satin slip dress from French Connection that I really liked and she seemed horrified. She told me it wasn’t wedding attire, and when I said I liked it she told me it was from the juniors section, and “it’s really younger girls that buy that for vacation.” I didn’t know what to do. I was deciding between three different choices (since the teal one made me feel self conscious) and she insisted she keep the dresses and wouldn’t let me walk around with them and browse more. I made a loop and I came back to the desk and she said “ oh.. you’re back?” I felt on the verge of tears at that point. She had put the dresses back and had to get the one I chose. During the transaction she wouldn’t take my rewards number, and would only print me a receipt that said “department only. Not valid for exchanges or refunds”. I felt so uncomfortable after spending $350 on a dress that wasn’t my first choice, and with the odd receipt, and the last straw was seeing her puncture it with a security tag that I had never seen before. A silk gown. And I was supposed to rip off myself at home. I had to return it right there. If you’re young and buying a prom dress, you might have a better experience than I did.
The sales associates at this Bloomingdales act as though they are the clientele, not the sales clerks that they are. It is doubtful that any of the associates make much more than a Walmart attendee. To be as snooty, as they are, proves that they don't know their station in life. They are not high in the economic or social stratum just because they work as simple clerks at a Bloomingdale’s, I am talking about three sales clerks on the second floor of this establishment. They miss directed me to the restroom when I really had to get to one quickly due to a neurological condition. After using the restroom I was directed to, I found a closer one to where I made my enquiry in the restaurant. At that point, I knew what they were doing. My wife and I saw them chuckling when we walked by. We were thinking of buying some items, but their lack of congeniality and professional behavior caused us to reconsider our transaction. To the management of Bloomingdale’s, this is the front line of your marketing department. Please hire people who act accordingly. I do not normally make comments about businesses, but this one was so bad, I needed to say something.
So I have some feedback for Women's Fragrances section. I've been there on different days and different times. And noticed a pattern that confuses me. Sometimes the fragrances are all put back in the shelves, and you have very limited testing bottles. I can see the testing bottles back on the shelves as well. Every time I ask for the same fragrances they're always "sold out, but we'll get a delivery soon." I come back another week and I'm told the same thing. "I just sold my last bottle on Saturday but come back in a couple weeks. You can purchase online". Well I don't want to buy without sampling first. It's my conclusion at this point that you are holding them back as a sales strategy to use on customers, so that we assume it's an "exclusive" highly sold product. When I go to your website the fragrance isn't sold out. Well, why don't you have the supply in your store so you can let people test and buy it? It doesn't make any sense. Frustrating, and I found many samples available for practically free online fragrance vendors. I won't be going back to your store anymore.
I want to give negative stars to the staff working in Sandro/Maje. I went to Bloomingdale's for return the other day. The staff was super rude to me. At first she refused to make returns for me because I didn't apply for returns online. But earlier when I did that another staff told me I can't return in store if I applied online. Who should I trust? So I told her I never heard of that I can't make returns in store and even if I didn't apply in advance it's super easy to do on their side. Just click through the computer and I don't know is it that hard? Is it something that hurt your arm or what? She said like nobody told you but I'm telling you now! OMG if you had that time why don't help me with it at all? She helped with the return after I begged. After I left I heard she laughed with her co-worker very loudly. They were laughing at my accent and my words obviously. Can they be even more mean?
So SHOCKED and DISAPPOINTED that a big name and company like BLOOMINGDALES does that! I’ve never had an experience WORST than this! I interviewed over the phone for a SEASONAL SALES ASSOCIATE position, got the offer and accepted it. Got my orientation day scheduled on Dec.7th. So I was so excited to work at Bloomingdales the store that I shop from and I want to start a career with! And then what happened is!!! I go to the store and I meet the Human Resources manager saying that I have my orientation today, she answered that I don’t have anyone scheduled for today and then she remembered that oh sorry this position was filled and the hiring team gave you the offer by mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So SHOCKED and DISAPPOINTED from such an UNPROFESSIONAL hiring process and manager that DISRESPECT people’s time.
For being a high-end department store I was disappointed at the employee's behavior on my last visit. I witnessed 4 employees (in different departments) looking at their smart phones and sending texts. There has to be some type of policy against this practice in retail, especially at a company that is suppose to be reputable like Bloomingdale's. Could the management not care? Instead of being assisted by one of the associates, they were busy on their phone. When I asked an employee in accessories where the hosiery department was she just gave me this blank stare. I had to describe what you would fine in the department. The she said "maybe" it was on the second floor. Wrong lady- it was not there at all. Do they not get orientation to the store layout? I will not be returning to this store.
OK, the whole world has been doing online ordering for a few years now. Why Bloomingdale’s can’t figure it out, who knows. I ordered and item online to be picked up at their fashion valley store. after the order was placed I noticed that it is being shipped to an address that I don’t live at. I tried to correct things online but noticed that I can only make changes by phone. I called the phone number listed and after being on hold for quite some time, was told that any changes needed to be made within 30 minutes (it had been 40 minutes), and there was no way to change anything at this point. So now, I have to no gift and I am out $70 with no way to retrieve the item I paid for. What a horrible way to do business. Will not be shopping here again.
I watched an employee yell at another employee for not closing the doors on customers as they were trying to enter the store minutes after they closed. (The rest of the mall closes an hour later) the customers had just been shopping there and were trying to walk back to their car parked right outside the entrance. This employee yelled at the other employee, “Why are you letting people in! Make them walk around!” And she didn’t even address the customers directly, although we were all close enough to hear her. The fitting rooms were really dirty and old. The retail reps were hard to find when we needed assistance. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other store - I’ll stick with Nordstrom and I won’t be returning here.
I love this store! Unfortunately, I am not able to go in person anymore but I must give a huge recommendation to Frank in the bed/bath department. He is just awesome. Not only was he able to help me find the perfect towels (Matouk) for my bathroom, but he has gone above and beyond in every way. He made the decision making process a breeze when it came to ensuring the quality of the towels, the availability and color choice to match. When the shipment arrived (from another store) and one towel was a different brand/same color, he made sure it was corrected and processed for a quick exchange in a couple days. The customer service is outstanding and hands-down, the best I've ever experienced. This is why I always shop here.
We purchased multiple birthday gifts from this store because they said they do gift wrapping. Once we purchased items cashier told there is gift wrapping section on the way out and they will do the wrapping. We went there and the lady told “its gonna take a while” and i asked “how long” she thought and replied “couple hours probably”, (we just have 3 new born baby stuff) i asked why and she said “well we have so much orders to wrap” that is a lie…. She had been playing her phone while we were there. And we did wrapping by ourselve in the store. 30 minutes later she was still standing without doing anything… this store’s manager probably doesnt care at all what the employees are doing… its a shame
What can I say Bloomi's is the 5 Star experience. Every employee greated me as I walked through the store but never imposed or insisted to help me find something. When I had selected my purchase and was seen standing at the register behind 1 other customer two employees came to take care of me at another register almost instantly. They also reminded me of the two discounts I was going to get even though it wasn't redlined on the price tag before ringing it up or my having to ask if the item was on sale. I always feel special when I shop here regardless of how much I spend or which department I shop in. One of the last customer service oriented department stores.
Love Love Love Bloomingdales for many reason, EXCEPT for their policy to allow non-service dogs in the store. While shopping I almost tripped over a dog lease and then listened to another customer who states she has allergies to pet hair. She expressed that many times she is unable to continue shopping due to pets being allowed into the dressing rooms (and other confined spaces). Hope Bloomindales will consider a only TRUE service animal only policy. I love our pets but there are many places that are just not appropriate to take our precious pets when we consider the health and safety of others.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Rodrigo Lopez at Bloomingdale's, and I must say, he made my shopping experience truly exceptional. Rodrigo's expertise in helping me choose the perfect cologne was remarkable. His friendly and warm demeanor, along with his constant smile, created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel valued as a customer. Rodrigo is undoubtedly one of the best employees Bloomingdale's could have, and I highly recommend seeking his assistance for an outstanding shopping experience. Kudos to Rodrigo for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent selection. High quality, well curated brands. Good layout, very useful and easy to browse arrangement. Customer service is always top notch. If you need help they get you what you need and are very responsive provide great suggestions. But they aren't helicopter staff; if you just want to browse solo and take your time everyone will leave you alone until you're ready to purchase. Returns have never been an issue whether it's from the store or from online. There's a reason Bloomingdale's gas the reputation it does. It earned it.
The customer service Manager Tina refused to honor a refund for damaged clothing. I was with my friend on his birthday and he decided to get a cashmere sweater as a gift to himself. After speaking with the same guy that sold him the damaged merchandise (2 hrs later) my friend was accused of switching the tags?? Security came and everything. He couldn’t stop talking about how upset he was all night. Some birthday alright. She needs a different job that suits her incompetence. This business should not be one you risk dealing with. I know I will not, EVER. Serious shame.
I came to your store to Learn about Bobbie Brown Products... Brianna O'Brien Listened to my needs for evening out the skin color on my face without being thick. She answered All my Questions about the Differences of the products. She is so good at applying makeup... The whole time she documented the items I liked and she recommended with prices... So when I was ready to purchase I have all info I need. I Love that there was no High Pressure Pushy Rush Sales Attitude. I will definitely be back for a Facial and purchase the products I like...
Today I went in to exchange a pair of earrings I was going to wear in my wedding. The clasp broke removing them from the packaging so I figured it would be no issue to take them in and swap them out. The customer service was poor — they refused the exchange because they were no longer in “resellable condition”. I literally could not believe I went it with broken merchandise in hand and they refused to help me. Your money and customer satisfaction is a waste at this high-end store that denies customers their rights as a buyer.
I'm from out of town and was here briefly for holidays. The service in store was as good as can be expected... So why the 2 star? Well, I'd wanted to order something in, but am only on town for a limited number of days...I asked, will it be here on time, paid extra for fastest shipping. But somehow, they took a whole day to ship it, and then only in the evening, meaning I won't get the thing at all... And had to cancel the order
My jacket was fixed very quickly and to the right fit. I was a bit perplexed when utterly snooty employee wanted to cahrge me several hundreds of dollars even after I have presented a purchase receipt from Chicago. I allowed that employee to lecture me about what he thought it was appropriate to charge me for the entertainment purposes only. He was a ridiculously funny guy. Shoes care was excellet or even better show!
Terrible condition of fitting rooms ( photo below). For a high-end store having fitting rooms so dirty is unacceptable. When you’re about to spend $500 on a dress and can’t even take your shoes off in the waiting room to try it on… wow.. just left. Associates mainly on their phones and talking to each other. With only a few customers around, I don’t know how this place can stay afloat with this kind of attitude
Extremely easy to pick up an online order in store. I had originally done curbside pick up and waiting a few minutes at the front of the store where it indicated, however no one came. I then decided to just go inside for pick up. Must make sure to have the bar code provided (sent in the email confirmation) in order for the cashier to scan. All that is required is a signature and you’ll be on your way.
I have always have had a great experience here. Especially in the men's casual wear. George is top notch. Always very helpful with sizes and styles and will go out of his way if they don't have what i want in stock. Their return policy is awesome as well. Returned a pair of jeans recently that happened to rip the first time I wore them and they took them back no questions asked. Highly recommend!
I received excellent customer service yesterday from Lorena V in Men’s Fragrances. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable and I trusted her taste and recommendations completely. She made me some samples to take home and try as fragrances tend to change throughout the day so I’m very happy with the service I received I’d highly recommend going to her for any of your fragrance needs.
I had an online order pick up at B-helpful and the girl at the counter was pretty rude. I obviously had an order to pick up because I received an email that it was ready and she kept asking. She treated the customer in front of me a lot better and it was pretty upsetting. Definitely not doing online pick up anymore. It’s uncomfortable how employees only help who they prefer.
Estina and Carmen in the women's department were so helpful, attentive, friendly, and really went above and beyond to assist me with my shopping needs. They are great at what they do. I hope management recognizes their hard work and expertise. It's always a breath of fresh air walking into Bloomingdales- organized, neat, and not a hot mess like some other department stores.
i had a similar experience with two representatives Ana and Alisia in return department , i was returning a day old gift i bought which it didnt fit my friend and they gave me hard time, so i just dispute it with credit company. i advise not to go to this store, there are alternatives like Nordstrom and macys with much better customer service and they actually respect you.
The clothes and accessories of Ted Baker in Bloomingdales 1F are perfect. Staff are not. My boyfriend and I went to shop for wedding outfits. Asked to try on a pair of pants, they pointed to a fitting room, said go ahead and never checked back. The staff’s attitude was so bad and she answered questions with no eye contact. Makes me wonder if they even want to be there.
I will never go there again! I went to get coffee refills for my Nesspresso and I was treated like some vagrant trying to get a free cup of coffee! Can you say SNOBBY? I can spell it, BLOOMINGDALES! Just because you have enough money to shop there does not mean you are better than anyone else, only that you are more fortunate financially than many. Get a clue!
I guess it's weird going shopping while on vacation at a department store that may also have a branch in your hometown, but go figure. But we did, and here we are. Looks and feels like any other Bloomingdale's I've been to. High end, expensive. Some of the sales people are snootier though and were there when you don't need them quite yet and not when you do.
Great product selection, but poor sales associate. He forgot to mention tailored items cannot be returned under any circumstance. Now I'm stuck with a piece of clothing I'll likely never wear and can't return. I haven't worn the jacket either. When you buy a $1000+ item everything about the item along with the return policy should be gone over with you.
Located in Fashion Valley Mall, it is one of theblarge anchor stores. There is a large parking structure right next to the sore and there is a walkway directly into to the store on the second floor. The store has a large variety of higher end items. Not a place recommended for anyone on a fixed budget The store is clean and the staff is friendly.
I was looking for a tie that was sold out online. Chatted with many different Bloomingdale's associates but ALEX S. was the one who mentioned and gave me an idea to check outlet stores for a discontinued tie. It's because of Alex S., that I was able to find the tie I was looking for. That is excellent customer service. His actions speak volumes.
I went to Bloomingdales for nipple stickers for a formal dress and was immediately helped by a nice woman named Emily who worked on the second floor bra and panty area. This experience was much nicer that the one I had Macy’s at the same mall, and the covers were good material that can be reused. I will be coming back real soon thanks to Emily!
Selection at this store is slim pickins'!! Wow, I had not been to this particular Bloomies in a while and man, has it paired down on what they offer in store. I recommend you shop online and save yourself the wasted trip down to this store. Also, the lady who rang me up at the beauty counter was zero helpful and aloof. Not shopping here again.
It's bloomingdale's. You know what to expect. Lots of nice merchandise with great service from staff. There's three levels with women's on the second floor and men's and children stuff on the third floor. Their product is organized and sorted which makes shopping pleasing to the eye. Washrooms are clean and kept up. Happy to shop here.
The store looked great and had an amazing selection. Christian helped us pick it an amazing bag and we will definitely go bag for the service. Would have been 5 stars but you have to buy your own champagne and couldn't walk around with it. Not used to that but I guess it's cool they still had am option for drinks.
I agree that Nordstrom is better. I am not going to spend my money in a store that hires little girls with bad attitudes that tell me I don’t know how to read. Not only rude but just plain mean and uncalled for. I’m talking about the little girl with the shaved head that they hired for seasonal. Not my scene!!
Astonishingly poor service. Ordered online, no show after 9 days. Called, and an hour and a half later was promised overnight delivery. No show after three days. Called again, ignored for 3 hours. Went into store, talked to Executive office. Items still lost, maybe maybe FedEx overnight after 13 days late.
As a man who generally abhors 'shopping' and defaults to online, I found a recent visit to the FV Bloomingdales to be refreshing: clean, relaxed, well-organized men's section. Nice selection of apparel ranging from the casual to higher end designer goods. Really like the organization of the men's section.
Went for fitting it was done expertly by Jessica and the sales expert there. I'm sorry, I don't remember her name. I wore it home. It is so comfortable, I usually take off my bra as soon as I can. But I can stay in it all night! That's how comfortable it is. I love it and the "girls" never felt happier.
Zaramina and EriKa Arroyo whom is a Estée Lauder Beauty Advisor is just lovely. I visited Bloomingdale’s in Fashion Valley and Zaramina and Erika matched my make up perfect. She is amazing and so sweet. She remembered my name during my second visit which left me astonished. She is fabulous! Go see her!
Vert clean and light shopping floor. Pretty pricy for most of items. Employees are nice and friendly. Public restrooms and family room (second floor) available. Credit cards accepted. Located at the first floor of Fashion Valley shopping center. Free parking lots nearby in short walking distance.
Fav fav fav location. Great staff amazing selection. Got my husband's tag watch and 3 pairs of my favorite chanel sunglasses. Makeup department could use some help considering they sold me the wrong perfume when I told them exactly which one I wanted. How do you get that wrong?? Lol …
I go here mostly when I need to refill my Nespresso Supply.. the last time I was in it smelled so horrible as I walked in it was like the employees had a perfume war with each other from the men's and women's departments.. it was pretty bad! Aside from that they have many nice things...
I enjoy visiting Bloomingdales during all seasons. This mall does not charge to park unlike Century City's. It's cool to come to fashion valley. Save gas by getting here on the trolley. Lots of cool events besides shopping outdoors, an open mall that has many classy designer stores.
Bloomingdale’s Fashion valley mall 3rd floor kitchen/home decor Really disgruntled assistant not sure how to describe- in her 50s or 60s very unhappy looking at 7.30 on July 25, 2023 Was rude and seemed to be a very bad representative of Bloomingdale’s Not nice to me or others!
Shout out to Crisvelle (i’m sure my spelling is wrong, sorry!) in the kids department! I had a not so easy exchange and two wild babies with me aka stressful for me. She made the process so quick and easy! I really appreciate her great customer service, please recognize her!
Really good trip shopping today. We were able to find 2 evening dresses that look fabulous for a great price. The associate was helpful but not annoying. They had guys stuff too. Would go back again in the future. Close to freeway, other shops, and restaurants.
Beautifully presented store and engaging staff make for a great experience in every visit. A large number of clothing, accessory and makeup lines have something for nearly everyone, if you have the budget, or a are looking to invest in better quality purchases.
Best customer service, wish I could remember the gentlemen's name in the watch department he was the greatest I collect high end watches he showed me exactly what I wanted , great suggestions and sized my watch for me on the spot... Was a great day Thank you!
Very nice place to shop and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Very helpful. May not be the lowest priced place but I am sure if you ask them about their sale dates, you can find better prices on all their items. Good perfume choices and make up choices.
Felt like one employee followed us inside the store and thought we were robbers! We are poor our only Mistake but I’ve got excellent credit score. Italian name the guy had I forgot. He’s ok but the store policy is bad. Racism at its best - hates the poor
I had a great experience and i’m very grateful for Pamela in the home decor section, she was so helpful and patient in helping me find the perfect gift for my partners mother! Thank you Bloomingdales for always having the perfect gifts and team members!
This 5-star A+ review is for Ramil in the men’s department who was incredibly helpful, super knowledgeable on available options/styles, and just fantastic all around. I had the most enjoyable jeans-shopping experience I’ve ever had thanks to him!
7E2A26: Great store with very good and high quality brand names. Ambiance very nice and attractive. The service staff is the most polite, attentive and friendly. There is always one their, when you need them. You can also find some good bargains.
I really like this store. I feel like Bloomingdale's and N Marcus are the only good quality othing stores left in the mid to expensive range category in San Diego. The store is spacious, clean and has a nice selection of brands and apparel.
This place is good but there was a lady yesterday (12/17/20) and she literally didn’t know what she was doing. We just wanted to buy some Christmas presents and she took around an hour just to pay for a couple of shirts and some chocolate.
The sales people here are hit or miss. Unfortunately, we brought in a really nice watch that was purchased at this location with its proof of purchase and certificate, for service. The gentleman working the watch area around 10:30 a.m. on
I’m a huge fan of good merchandising and great service - those go a long way in my book when I’m shopping. The Bloomingdale's in San Diego has these qualities, which make for a really fantastic shopping experience. The merchandise is a
A few months ago I was followed by security everywhere I went in the store. It was totally uncalled for and highly disrespectful being that I spent allot of money in that store. I complained to management and they never got back to me.
Fitting room easy access, tried on so many items and was not bothered. Very courteous sales staff, spoke as if they knew me. Super friendly. Great clearance "final offer" area. Lots of great finds. Bought 2 items. Not stuffy at all.
Great experience! The lady at the men's fragrance counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking to purchasing an item from acqua di parma. I'm coming back for 3 or 4 items later in the week! Loved the experience!
The place has a great feeling, either inside or patio which are dividedby the open bar for both ways, the food is good and fair prices overall. Could have more staff working tables to have the best service possible, but not bad.
order the item online for in stock items but failed to deliver it for a black friday deal which led me to miss the opportunity for buying it at other store. Will never buy anything from bloomingdale! The customer service sucks!
I shop here for my skin care. The Sisley counter is 5 star. Their products are high quality and they do fabulous facials monthly. I find that shopping for clothing is difficult and disjointed. I can't find anything for me.
The lady in the home department Corey is very unprofessional and rude. I was being helped by another sweet lady and Corey jumps in to try and help I was overwhelmed at that point and felt like Corey was being too pushy.
Go to the third floor and check out kitchen where they are having a good sale on fancy coffee machines if you are interested, 25% off all machines and you get two complimentary Nespresso coffee sleeves if you buy 5
Great atmosphere and selection. I purchased the new RAW jeans collection. Love the style and fit. Plus, try the new fragrance by BVLGARI Man, Wood Essence. Very lightweight fragrance. I like fragrance for everyday.
I was shopping for my son’s wedding and associate Michelle Faitelson at intimates was very helpful. She is patient and good listener to understand what you precisely need. I never do any shooing without her help.
Well, they never disappoint! Always doing their best to perform the highest level of customer service they can, in any situation they come across. I'm always broke when I leave so you know they do their job well.
Salesman was very nice, professional and helpful. I couldn't find exactly what i was looking for but was willing to take the time to show me other items i would like. I actually did find something I liked …
Bloomingdale's was just outstanding amazing and wonderful they also received five stars just based on their customer service the Ambiance of the store and the beauty of it definitely check them out in San Diego
The girl around the counter just not professional at all . Tried to exchange and return the dresses ordered from online. She just seems like not even know about their brand very well . Acts like not very smart
its sad how my favorite store changed to literally the worth store i ever visited because of this representative named Ana or sth in the return department. its just sad i wont spend a penny there ever again.
Guy started following us near the gucci shades. Uncomfortable, maybe cause were darker than what he is used to seeing. Went straight yo Gucci and bought my stuff there. A lot friendlier, better experience!
Very nice looking, ultra high end store with a lot of perfumes, colons and makeup. Like a upscale Macy's. Dress to impress or you will feel out of place and you may get some strange looks from employees.
No one ever greets or asks if I need help.Every time I'm in this store I'm looking to buy something.I say to my self if they dont greet me I'm off to macys. They always greet customers. Several times.
Great assortment of things to purchase. There is always a new sale rack. Wonderful employees! Definitely recommend David Tran in the women’s shoes wing if you have any questions or concerns...
Nice place, we went there to the Nespresso boutique that's inside bloomingdales... So I will say that the Nespresso folks were very nice and gave us a free tasting of coffee. Always a plus!
High end but great value if you shop around. The men's skincare section has always been my favorite and Bouchra always takes great care of me. She's very knowledgeable and professional.
Lovely department store. Beautiful decor. Signs are not visible enough for exits and restrooms. Need a restroom in the 1st floor. Only restroom in 2nd floor. Very clean and up to date.
Look how beautiful this dress is! Bloomingdale's is incredible and not nearly as high priced as I'd imagined. This location is a wonderful store with excellent service and selections.
One of my favs! Great reward program, stunning clothes and I love their Home Department! Nice cafe too. One of the last truly classy department stores. Friendly customer service too
Beautiful store & the best service. Erika with Estee Lauder & Clare with NARS and that wonderful Irish accent & beautiful read hair go above & beyond to make the experience 5 stars.
As always, shopping here is an absolute pleasure! Octavio, in the men's department, is the most help and a very nice sales person. As for Bloomingdale's, the store is top notch!
They had Honolulu Cookie Company cookies. Not a big selection, but I was able to purchase several boxes as Christmas gifts! Katherine was very helpful in the Gift Department!
If looking for very special upscale gifts, this is a great place. Everyone is very helpful and patient. Except for the lady at the Sandro clothes section. Terrible service!
Always an enjoyable meal. High quality ingredients with a highly attentive staff is a good thing. Plus you can dine where you shop and how that be anything but wonderful.
I love this store!!! If you want to look sharp and easy to find your outfit then you have to ask for Kevin. He is great, and will find the perfect piece for you!!!
Was in a a huge rush for a wedding and Gianni gave me some of the best service I’ve ever had. Got me in and out quickly, and looking great. Thanks a ton Gianni!
This Bloomingdale's has it all, parking is a but hectic in middle of fashion. I would rate 5 stars. However, their online ordering should be easier to manage
Lousy they had the colgne I wanted but they could not sell it to me because it was not in there system but they had 3 on shelf. Waste of time Goto Macys
Owned by Macy's but oh so much better than that. They staff goes out of their way to help customers find what they need. Lots of space and easy to shop.
Good shopping spot. The second floor is a bit better because the designer clothes are downstairs. Theres something for everybody. Great shopping mall.
Only ones who have my perfume...Jo Malone Red Roses...I adore smelling beautiful and this is the freshest, sexiest perfume to me!!!
Diana at the Bobbi Brown counter helped us with our Jo Malone purchase. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, and a very kind person!
Best experience I've had in a long time. Deann Phillips was very helpful and a genuinely nice lady. She deserves a raise ❤
Bought a dress for my sister, but it didn't fit. 2 days later I asked for a refund and they delivered no questions asked.
Had a wonderful experience in the Sunglasses department with Willie. I recommend him for his outstanding customer care!
