Car park always full. Being a parent you need a car park spot closer to laundry Example if u have blankets or heavy quilts. Today I been there can’t find spot to pick up my quilts which already washed and sitting in machine and young kids were with me. So I parked in no parking and I know m not allowed to park there but no choice and people looking at me n I feel so embarrassed. Will not go here again. Should be reserved car park for laundry counter and all shops so people can see and park accordingly bcz of today experience not recommended this laundry

If the coins get stuck on the machine just call the number on signs. Mine did but apparently the issue can be rectified. Apologies Adam, it’s just making calls to score back a few dollars seemed inconvenient and time consuming. I am a small business owner myself so I do apologise for the quick negative review - I assumed it’s some franchise issue. Thanks for replying though!

Great options of sizes, up to 40kgs, did a bunch of clothes, sheets, linen (2 washing machines, 2 dryers), and paid just over $50 for the washes and a 60min drying! There's also change machine on sight, as well as soap and fabric softener vending machines. TV entertainment while you wait too! Gold coins or card available for payment.

There seems to be a commercial cleaner using this facility, went to use W/M and Dryer only to be told by other patrons waiting that these people were hogging all the machines. Please get this sorted with signage informing these folks to move on or use a commercial laundry business.

Really clean and airy place. Comfortable to wait for wash/ dry to be done. Easy to use machines and credit card payment was an added bonus, though 30 cents surcharge per use I found a bit steep. Otherwise overall, good first experience and will come back (with more coins!) :)

Thank you for your immediate response. I have changed my rating and review due to not knowing that the phone line was down. Blue hippo Point Cook is always very clean and I usually have minimal problems here.

This laundry is quite new and is currently clean and well maintained, with reasonable pricing. About half of the washers and dryers accept card payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Although it's my first time using blue hippo in point cook, to wash my Super king dunas i found that it's well accessible to all kinds, clean, plenty of machines.. im definitely going back …

More expensive than most laundry stores and no air - con working when we visited. 40c inside whilst 30c outside. That's the reason I gave 3 stars.

went there today 28/01/2023 to do some drying and the place was spotless!! The cleaner has done a amazing job!

Pretty clean and tidy laundry with latest washers and dryers. Washing big loads is extremely easy.

Modern clean machines, reasonable price, got four loads washed and fully dried in about 2 hours.

one of the nicest and cleanest facilities out there , had no issues with my laundry.
