After being told to give them 1 hour to replace my old tyres and rims with new ones, I go back an hour and a half later, as I had no phone call, to see my car still sitting in the exact car spot I left it in, with my old wheels still on. I go in to find out what’s going on to be told ‘there was a bit of a complication and yours won’t take too much longer’ I wait a further 2 HOURS and still have received no phone call. I walk back over to investigate again and get told once again ‘not too much longer’ this time I am told to wait in the waiting room. A further 40 minutes go by and my car is finally ready. So what was supposed to be a 1 hour wait, turned into 3 hours and 40 minutes. If I had known it would take this long, I would have arranged plans and somebody to pick me up, rather than waste my day off work sitting at the shops. I am absolutely appalled with the customer service at Bob Jane chirnside park and will not be returning, nor will I be recommending them to any one else. Don’t waste your time and money. On top of this, as I spent my 40 minute wait in the waiting room, I am left to hear the staff behaving like 10 year olds out the back, throwing things, laughing and screaming, carrying on like children, very unprofessional behaviour for customers to be hearing. Once my car was ready it was driven up to me, but not before bashing my brand new $1,600 tyres on the curb right in front of me! Again Bob Jane in chirnside park are absolutely unprofessional and customer service there is disgusting. Very disappointed with them and again will not be going back.

Paid $75 for a wheel alignment to be done (no issue with that), I asked that the wheel alignment adjustments be kept with the invoice. Picked up car, no invoice or wheel alignment adjustments were kept. I asked if the invoice could be emailed, never received a copy of the invoice. The wheel alignment was not done correctly, it was pulling badly to the left. I have no confidence in Bob Jane Chirnside Park. I decided to take car down to Bob Jane Ringwood to have the wheel alignment done correctly. Visited B/J Chirnside Park on Saturday 31/5 - spoke with Tony - Tony gave me a full refund on the wheel alignment. Asked me if i still had any concern with the wheel alignment, yes i did. Tony said he would have someone look at the car free of charge. Outcome, at the moment the car is driving striaght ahead, with no other issues. Thanks Tony

Excellent and outstanding service from Tony, he looked after me from start to finish. He had one hell of a tricky one from me and my BMW and was kind enough to spend all day finding the best solution for me, he even lent me some wheels so I could get home while waiting for my rims to arrive from SA. I cannot recommend Tony and the team enough. I really appreciate everything you did for me Tony, as a woman I find these things really challenging but you made the process it so easy for me and guided me the whole way though. My daughter drove my car to her horse riding lesson in Wonga Park this afternoon. She called me let me know that one of the rear tyres had a slow leak. I was home in St Kilda East so I called Bob Jane Tyres Chirnside Park and spoke to Tony. He was super helpful. My daughter drove the car there and Tony and his team did the rest. Definitely recommend. We had new tyres fitted in February, unfortunately yesterday I picked up a construction nail in my back tyre. I work in disability support and needed this repaired asap. Tony had it repaired and back on the road very quickly and I know it would be done properly. We have been more than Happy with the service from this Bob Jane outlet. Tony was incredibly gracious fitting me in for an emergency which turned out with me needing two new tyres. I had been swamped with bills and Tony was so understanding and helped me as much as he could. Very happy with service. Had puncture in tyre of week old car.roadside assist put on spare but could only go up to 50kph, 80klm. Travel home burwood highway so I would be a nuisance. Phoned prior as closed at 4.00pm. Arrived at 3.30 & helped straight away.very courteous

I went here to have a tyre puncture repaired and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They recognized I would struggle with the door as I had a pram so they rushed ahead to open the door. The repair was very quick and the price was very good
