Terrible recent experience, booked via Treatwell. When I arrived at the venue I spoken to very badly, belittled and made to feel unwelcome just for being 5 minutes late through no fault of my own. The way in which I was spoken to was unacceptable and it was an unsettling experience, especially as I was looking forward to a treatment which had been kindly purchased for me by my family as a present. Owner refused to apologise or even acknowledge the poor experience and refused to offer a refund, keeping the money without having had the treatment.

I purchased a groupon voucher for my mother to have a back, neck & arm massage and facial as a surprise gift not knowing she had been to this place previously for the women to refuse her the massage unless she pays an additional £20 because she has been for a massage before, the groupon voucher is apparently for new customers only but if I am purchasing it as a gift and paying for it as a new customer it shouldn't matter that my mother am has been before!! disgraceful

I would definately recommend Lori at Bodyline above any other beauty salons I have been to and over the years there has been many different ones. Exceptional treatments and tailored specifically to your needs. My skin has never looked as good as it does now. my last visit was a dermabrasion. My skin was so smooth and looked so much brighter and youthful. Lori is a therapist so looks at what your skin needs and uses the best products to achieve amazing results...

I received a facial gift voucher as a birthday treat and what a treat it was! Lori was friendly and professional from start to finish. She did a thorough consultation before starting the treatment and gave me advice before I left. The treatment itself was wonderfully relaxing but as Lori promised, the results really showed the following day. My skin as promised was hydrated, plump and silky smooth. I think this will be a regular treat for me moving forwards!

I originally went for a facial & massage using a groupon voucher that I had purchased & had found Lori was a very helpful, highly knowledgeable & skilled therapist. Felt I got a very personal & tailored session. I went in August & have been going back for more facials since. A very lovely lady who I highly recommend. I keep going back as I think she’s best!

Wow! Lori, the lady with the magic hands and lilting, soothing voice. Very pleased with the results and the massages are to die for, not to mention very effective. Am now going to order a: 'save up to visit Lori' piggybank. So much better than your average 'spa day' and recommended if you want to see a real benefit from your facial.

I would throughly recomend Lori I had a facial bought as a gift for me. Lori was friendly,, professional and had the most delicate touch. Which was very relaxing. My face felt wonderful soft The next day I could see the difference in my skin it was brighter and hydrated . I would definitely go back.

Just been for a pamper session (massage, scrub, facial, eyebrows and pamper manicure) with my best friend. Lori is such a lovely lady and the treatments we had were fabulous. She really cares about you and takes the time to tailor the treatments to suit your skin. Would definitely recommend.
