I recently went for the Good Hour spa treatment and was looked after by Laura, who made my experience so magical! She talked me through the process in a calm and friendly manner and explained the inspiration behind the treatment. She was very skilled in administering such a lovely and relaxing massage, where I left feeling lighter than ever and much less sore, particularly in my back and neck. I also enjoyed the tea and biscuit she prepared for me at the end! I also want to extend my thanks to Pav, who very kindly took me around the store afterwards. They gave me some excellent advice for skincare, preparing me a slate of products to try to formulate a routine that would cater to my skin type. They had such an extensive knowledge of the inspirations behind some of the perfume scents and of the ingredients used in every product that I took an interest in. Overall, my experience in the Leeds Lush store was a magical one, so a big thank you to Laura and Pav for making it so special! xx

Went there recently to get a presents for my friends. I didn't know what I wanna get for them so I just wanted to browse around. I realized that the staff are usually trying to be very friendly and helpful but I just think it's annoying. But I am writing this review because it didn't happen the last time I went there and I loved it! I spent ages in this store just browsing around and picking the best present and just once when I was weirdly standing with one product trying to find a description when one lady came to me and asked me if I need help which was really helpful this time. I don't even actually mind to talk with the staff about Lush sometimes but many times I was asked personal questions about my job and other things which I wouldn't speak about with strangers. I really hope for more experience like I had last time! It wouldn't definitely make me go to Lush more often.

I usually go to lush for shopping but today I went to try their spa! I was very impressed with the interior and how it is very quiet although it is inside the store itself. I had my massage with Aijte "I'm not sure of the name though" She was very welcoming and she explained everything from A to Z. I had a 30 minute massage and I really wished I could stay there more than that! She was very careful with the massage and I really loved how low her voice was during the massage so it does not ruin the moment. After finishing the treatment she explained to me what areas she felt the tension and how can I reduce that. I was served tea and biscuit with detox water after the treatment. It was such a relaxing day and I would definitely go back again for a longer treatment

Great store. Went in today and was greeted by a lovely lad at the door - smiling and friendly and could tell he would be there if needed but not pushy, just let me get on with it. At the till (lady with the cool big gold hoop earrings) was lovely and friendly. I has bought quite a lot of things (Christmas presents) and remarked that I nearly bought snow fairy for myself but had restrained myself and she didn’t try to upsell and convince me otherwise . Really appreciate this . In all seriousness this is very professional and shows care for the customer. Read the situation - I’d spent £50 so she was not going to try to rinse me for more money. Great job Leeds Lush I will be back. Oh and I decided to order snow fairy on the train home anyway.

I just had a Hard Days Night and a Tangled and feel so relaxed and peaceful. I really struggle to switch off, and this is the longest I've been able to just let go and relax in a long time. Both treatments were amazing, Hard Days Night is great if your body needs a good stretch (as mine does), my muscles haven't felt this good in ages, and Tangled is a really nice add on to another treatment or if you just need a refresh after a hard week. The cold stones and temple balm were amazing, I do wish the temple balm was given out as a nice extra though, like Golden Slumbers is with Hard Days night. My spa therapist was lovely, I felt really welcomed and can't wait to come back!

I really didn't know what to expect for a spa experience in the centre of Leeds, but it was absolutely lovely. The whole set up has a lovely country vibe and you wouldn't know you are in a city centre, it was so peaceful. The treatments were very immersive and I thought it was a great experience overall, they didn't dock your treatment time for intro/getting changed etc, that was time on time of the treatment. This made it a relaxing experience with thought and care into the experience as a whole. Would recommend. Thank you for a lovely afternoon!

My visit was for The Spell treatment and it was everything the Lush staff described it would be. Megan was wonderful. Very accommodating, friendly and all around lovely. I particularly enjoyed the talk through all the products, the head massage with the heated stones and all the products used on my feet. Megan was very knowledgable in explaining how you can read people through feet using the reflexology inspired treatment. I am already recommending this treatment to everyone I talk to! Wasn’t always the biggest fan of Lush but having bought a gift for a friend, I’ve developed a bit of a problem with the lovely smelly shops. The Leeds city centre store is no different. I’m terrible with names but Shauna and her other colleagues have given me such a lovely experience today :) above and beyond what i’d expect from a shop, felt very welcomed and my preferences were remembered too :) really appreciate the warm welcomes and chats, looking forward to being back again, ty everyone :)

Just had the Hard Days Night treatment and even though I hate The Beatles with a fiery Italian passion, the hatred I carry for Paul, John, Ringo and George was left at the door. This is my 2nd time with Jody and again, she made me feel super relaxed and eased any anxiety I was feeling. Took a group of my 10 friends to Lush Leeds For a hen party and I was absolutely delighted by the service, the hospitality and the friendliness of the staff on the evening , we made 2 products and had a lovely mini foot pamper and hand/arm massage! 10/10 Would recommend to anyone as it was £25 PP and was so worth it ! Thankyou to the Team at Lush Leeds for an absolutely amazing night , and Thankyou Bex for the phone calls and communication before hand !

My spa therapist was Megan and she was absolutely amazing! I would describe The hard days night treatment like having a chiropractic session after I'd eaten some magic mushrooms. Such an out of this world, magical experience and this is now my favourite treatment that I will definitely buy again. After my treatment it didn't feel like I had a body, there was no tension in it whatsoever. Thank you so much for my fabulous treatment. I'll be back soon xx

Came to have my The Good Hour treatment and was blown away! The spa itself was stunning; loved the English cottage theme, such a peaceful oasis. Meg was fantastic - gave me a warm, friendly introduction to the spa, asked questions to understand what I needed most from the treatment (where to focus on, etc) and made me feel so rejuvenated! I never felt rushed, I was invited to relax and take my time after the treatment. I'll be back very soon!

I had another incredible trip to the Leeds LUSH spa today. I’m very lucky to have been before and as usual, was very well looked after. I feel thoroughly de-tangled physically and mentally after a brilliant ‘Good Hour’. Stress always manifests in my back and the expertise of the therapists, combined with the extra time to focus on target areas makes this the perfect massage! You won’t find better therapists or treatments- Highly recommended!

Just had an amazing spa treatment today. I had The Good Hour, as it was a Christmas Gift from my Daughter. The welcome was friendly from all the staff, and especially from Aiste who did my treatment. I had the choice of massage bar, and the room was so tranquil. I felt great at the end, sat with my refreshments too! Went in expecting to just look around and maybe buy a gift for my dad. Spent about 5 minutes looking around alone for some herbal-y mint bath supplies but once a member of staff asked what I was looking for she recommended 3 different products, showed me how they look and work and was genuinely so kind and helpful I had to buy everything she recommended, they were all just perfect! Such an easy and lovely experience!

First time at the Lush Spa, and it was fantastic. My therapist Daisy was lovely, explaining everything, and making me feel completely at ease. The Comforter treatment was the perfect choice at this time of year, indulgent, fun, uplifting as well as cosy and warm! Visited with my (adult) daughter who also had the Comforter as well as the Validation Facial, and we both had a fantastic experience.

Went in here today to get some snow fairy shower gel as it's not around for long after xmas. Went to pay the cashier said I couldn't pay cash but I unfortunately didn't have my card on me. A lovely lady behind offered to pay on her card and I was about to swap the cash when the cashier said she'd be even lovelier and I could have it for free! Such a kind gesture, thank you so much

The Good Hour with Jody was fantastic, really worked out the tension I was carrying through strong massage techniques and gentle but firm manipulation. If you're considering a massage, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Lovely soothing atmosphere. And as someone who can feel a quite anxious about my body, I was surprised at how I felt incredibly welcome and comfortable at the spa.

I had the Karma treatment and it was very very special. Jodie and Megan are absolutely incredible at their job in the Leeds Spa and they really did help me to fully relax and have some time for myself. This is my favourite treatment so far! I smell gorgeous and my skin is left feeling so soft. Leeds is my favourite spa thanks to these guys for the unforgettable experience! ❤️

Fantastic experience. I was bought the Tailor Made experience as a gift and it was an amazing gift to receive. I felt so pampered and relaxed. It really is tailor made, choosing my massage bar, to having all the tension taken out of my bank, to the lovely cup of tea and biscuit after. If your thinking of getting someone a gift or pampering yourself, I would highly recommend!

Lush Spa - Tales of Bath treatment (while in 3rd trimester). This was an amazing experience, the level of detail and the synergy of the treatment was impressive. You wouldn't realise this haven of tranquility is underneath the lush retail shop. I'd highly recommend, even if not pregnant. I look forward to going through the entire menu of spa treatments here.

Had an amazing hour experience of the comforter!! Smells amazing, the therapist ellie was lovely and the massage felt amazing… I am so relaxed!! Not to mention the candy floss mock tail at the end was gorgeous!! First time I’ve had a massage from lush and was really impressed would definitely come again for other treatments!!! The best ever spa experience ever! I loved the story my treatment was based upon. So relaxing from start to finish! Tale of bath treatment was worth every penny! Also I can’t thank daisy enough she was so calming throughout the whole treatment and gave the best massages I have ever had! the rooms are also so stunning! 1000% will be coming again!

My experience with Lush Spa Leeds has been great throughout. I was kept informed when looking to book initially that the rosters had not been released. The email exchange to book was pleasant and easy, and the synthanesia massage was incredible. Left feeling like I was on a cloud and gutted I cannot experience that regularly.

The Lush Spa never fails to disappoint but I had one of my new favourite treatments today. I had tales of bath with spa therapist Daisy who was absolutely wonderful. I would throughly recommend the treatment as it was calming and whimsical and daisy was fantastic! Will definitely return for future treatments, what a treat!!

The treatment was exactly as it says on the tin I chose mind cleanse and calm and that's exactly how I felt throughout and after. Megan was very good at her job and her voice was very soothing and calming. She was very friendly and easy to relax around. It's one of those treatments that you have to experience for yourself.

Wonderful Fresh Facial by Aiste! Made me feel very relaxed beforehand and discussed the treatment with me. Beautiful facial with hand massage included. The synesthesia spa experience lives up to its name and reputation. I saw colours and shapes dancing to the soundtrack. The whole experience was amazing. I didn't want it to end. From the moment I stepped into the spa the experience started, the therapist was amazing and guided me through the wonderful journey.

Meg and daisy did a validation facial and Good hour for me on the 17th, they were so kind and gentle. Daisy was an so educated and professional and the massage relieved alot of pain just in time for Christmas. Meg was so knowledgeable and made me feel so safe and calm. We will definitely be back!!

An amazing experience having a sound bath, the most relaxing and peaceful face / head massage I’ve ever had. The sounds that were introduced allowed a whole other level of peace. It really felt like my whole body has been reset. Thank you! Will definitely be booking in again for another treatment.

Amazing staff and an overall great experience! The staff aren't pushy with you and never hover around you. Everything is always stocked up with not a single empty shelf in sight. It's always a delight walking in the store being welcomed at the door and asked if you need a basket.

My husband travelled 35 miles to purchase advo balls, written down on a list, which he gave to staff member. What they gave him was green but had a pink centre that made the bath brown with an awful scent. I emailed 3 times over Christmas to complain & have been ignored.

My experience here is always good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The cosmetic are not tested on animals which is great and they use organic products to make it. Visit it and you will never be disappointed.
