Me and my friend nearly ran 30 minutes late due to loadshedding and traffic robots being down. But regardless of that, Charmaine was friendly and greeted us with a very warm welcome. She made this a truly memorable experience and went over and beyond to incorporate your taste and ideas... To the point of adding different sleeves and layers to a dress if you prefer something more bright and sparkly. What ever your vision is, she will do her best to bring it to life. I would truly say she is the heart and backbone of the business, and would advise anyone come to Fynbos to make sure you secure your fitting with her. I did observe another lady who worked there (and she was a bit more impatient and rushed) so take my advise and make sure you book with Charmaine. Ordered a few dresses and was really impressed with the professionalism of Kayla and her quick response to my questions. The quality of the dresses are great and true to size (when using their sizing guides). The package was beautifully wrapped and arrived within 2 days of ordering. Highly recommend!
