It's easy to say the lads at Bondi Bike Shop have been delivering the best customer service experience and bike services, not only in Bondi, but in the entire Sydney Metro Area. I've had my bikes serviced there a few times since they've opened up the shop, and I can't complain about both the bike servicing and how welcome they made me feel when at the shop, amazing time there. This is my new bike shop even though it is not the closest to my home. The guys running it are the most professional and customer service oriented people I have come across after using quite a few bike shops. Unfortunately some bike mechanics seem to lack basic customer service skills but not here. The level of service they deliver is to be commended and you can see from the ratings that they do this consistently. Give the corporate / large stores a miss and come here instead, you will not be disappointed and will be supporting a small local business instead.

Called Yuri (sorry if i spell it wrong) to ask either they can have a look at my rear gear. He said need to have a look first, and if it is heavy job then i need to leave my bike. Went there and yuri check my bike. Made some adjustment and now my bike are better than before. What a brilliant customer service experience I had on Saturday when I dropped off my 2 bike wheels that required some tubes/ valves/ adjustment. These guys welcome you like a friend, ask good questions to find out your needs, advise with clarity /know their stuff and do the job as per the time frame they say with a smile and reasonable fees...no surprises - professional and welcoming. 6 stars would be a good fit if possible !

The team make you feel very welcome since the time you step inside the store, smiling and being friendly, catching your experience, necessity and your bike riding style. Also I must to ment about them explanation around all the bike parts, positive and negative points of each fix or adjust. I came over from Northern Beaches just to put my mountain bike for service and I didn't regret at all. Thank you guys. You did great job.

I rarely had issues with my bike until I started taking it here. Repairs every few months (despite regular services). After my tyre deflated a day after taking it in, I checked the pressure. They had overinflated them...by 20% - likely what caused it to pop. The quotes for a replacement were over double what other local bike shops offer. Buyers beware...good reviews might be too good to be true.

If you are looking for genuine advice and not a hard sell, then these guys are perfect. They really love what they do and it shows in their work. After looking around at a lot of shops and online stores, I decided to buy from them as it’s important to have quality after-sales support. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys and I’m sure you will be as happy as I am.

I’m always so impressed with the guys at the bike shop. They go out of there way to provide excellent service. Most recently I bought my sons bike from them. My son wanted different coloured wheels and handles to what the bike had, they sourced and changed with complete ease and then followed up to see how my son liked his bike for his birthday. After some average experiences around the eastern suburbs I dropped my new Trek Emonda SLR off at the Bondi bike shop to have a couple things fixed. The guys really looked after the bike and have great communication. Was happy with the work and will visit again.
