Bone Dry Roofing is phenomenal! I purchased a home in Nashville over the summer and needed the gutters repaired. It was so easy to schedule an appointment to have someone come out and take a look. Penn was awesome! I was worried the job was gonna be a big headache but Penn and his crew made it so easy. They completed the job on time and price could not be beat. Penn took the time to make sure the new gutters matched the existing gutters perfectly. I was so impressed! Recently I noticed that the new gutters needed cleaning so I contacted Bone Dry Roofing because they did such a fabulous job the first time. Penn and Wes came out the very next day and assessed the situation. The gutters are VERY high up and there is A LOT of overhanging limbs so Penn suggested investing in gutter screens to help prevent the gutters from getting clogged. Penn and Wes explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Bone Dry Roofing and Penn and Wes. I was very impressed with everyone at BDR that was involved in my roof installation. Charles did a great job with the initial consultation and was very responsive to questions I had along the way. (This was absolutely not the case with other roofers I called first.) The customer service representative did a great job also well, and were quick to respond about my questions for scheduling and weather concerns. Paul and his installation crew absolutely hustled and did I great job! I received a message from him about thirty minutes before he arrived and he was already going to work around 7am. His crew removed the old and replaced the new roof all in one day. Paul sent me multiple photos and updates on their progress throughout the day. They also did a great cleanup job. They hauled off all the old debris and I saw them several times going over the ground with magnets to get old nails and also blow off the driveway with leaf blowers. Great job by the whole team and I would certainly recommend them! .

I contacted Bone Dry to get a second quote for a roof installation. The process was very seamless from start to finish. Penn came by and demonstrated the entire process to me, showing me the exact materials used, before giving me my quote. I thought it would be super expensive because of the amount of upgrades I was getting, but the price was very competitive. Workers were on time, respectful of property, and finished in one day. I really enjoyed getting photos of the work as it was being done; that allowed me to relax and took away any worry. I am pleased and would use Bone Dry again for future projects.

I needed some minor repairs done to my roof and contacted Bone Dry to handle this for me. Dustin Sullivan came to my house a couple of days later and thoroughly inspected my roof and provided me with photos of issues that needed immediate attention and photos of things that might cause problems later. About a week or so after meeting with Dustin, my roof was repaired to my satisfaction and I was provided with before, during, and after photos of the work. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of work completed by Bone Dry Roofing and I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Incredible service by the team at Bone Dry. I called because I realized my house had no attic vents & with this heat wave it was 82 in my house even with a brand new a/c & ductwork. They were able to come out quickly (within 1-2 days) to provide a quote for a ridge vent. Two guys came out the following week & fully installed the vent in 2hrs. The very next day the house stayed at temp! I also waited a few weeks to provide a review to make sure there were no issues & so far there haven’t been any! Thanks for the great work!

Reece was quick to tarp our damaged roof and give us an estimate for repairs after the tornado in March. He helped us through the insurance claim process, was always quick to respond, provided all paperwork required by our insurance and mortgage companies, and explained upgrade options but was never pushy. The crew was on site promptly when we expected them. They completed the work in one long day and did a great job of cleaning debris. The new roof looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend Bone Dry.

Our Experience with Bone Dry Roofing, and especially Dustin Sullivan, was great! Dustin communicated throughout the whole process, and our new roof looks great. During the quoting process, Dustin was extremely honest and even advised us that we could hold off getting a new roof. He also looked at another roof for us, and gave an honest opinion that the roof did not need to be replaced where another roofer said it was needed. We definitely recommend them for a repair, replacement, or honest assessment!

When they called to see what I needed, they responded immediately to get a tarp on my roof to cease the water leak in roof. Had lots of rain, Bone Dry roofing showed up as soon as possible and repaired my roof. I was impressed how quickly and cleaning up their trash. I cannot say about price, I have nothing to compare. They made an otherwise stressful situation a pleasant experience. Everyone from the crew to the office personnel were excellent. The crew were very friendly, respectful, fast and efficient. They completed a full roof replacement in one day with frequent updates and photos throughout the whole project. The office personnel were also very friendly and accommodating to our specific needs. They provided multiple pictures and videos during the process and let me know of any issues that came up. The finished product looks fantastic and their pricing was extremely competitive. The gentleman who came and gave us a quote was very helpful. And everything was done in a timely manner. Our issue was after the installation. It's been maybe six months and we are still finding garbage and rusty nails all over our property. One of our vehicles had two punctures because of all the nails. I found a pile of rusty nails in one of our gutters. This alone is enough to infuriate us and not recommend their services.

These guys have been great! Awesome customer service. Communication has been fabulous. They have been thorough and patient while explaining what and why repairs needed to be done. They were VERY careful around our pool which was a major concern! They did not leave a mess and cleaned up as they worked. I hope I will not need their services again but if we do we will definitely be using them!

John Miller and his team were fantastic. Their service and communication throughout the whole roof installation process were superb. We actually got texts from them every 45 mins letting us know how things were going and how far along they were in the process. They cleaned up meticulously when they were done.
