I asked about our gutter screen guards that we had installed years ago, and we really liked them. They told us without hesitation they would tear them all up and we would have to buy more, which would have been a hefty added expense. Well, due to the great care that Willie, Edgar, & Jolly did, we still have our screens and a beautiful new roof. The original screens look as good as they did from day one. Don Kennedy Roofing replaced our roof and we had an Excellent experience throughout the process! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Our roof was not in good shape and we knew that we needed to have it completely redone. Additionally, we needed to have our chimney stack taken down (not associated with Don Kennedy Roofing) and would need to arrange the roof replacement after the fireplace/stack project had been completed. I met with Shane who was very professional and experienced in roof inspection, roof repair and working with customers who are completely inexperienced in roof replacement. Shane was very patient, provided comprehensive information throughout the planning phases of our roof replacement and assured us that we would be very happy with the new roof. Thankfully, working with Don Kennedy Roofing was very easy because our chimney stack project did not go well (was not associated with Don Kennedy Roofing) and delays were encountered. When the day came for the new roof, the Don Kennedy Roofing Crew came as promised at 7am and the work began. Throughout the day, we were updated with their progress. I could not believe how efficient they were and I was absolutely amazed that they were able to complete the entire roof in 1 day...including immaculate cleanup! Don Kennedy Roofing recently completed a semi major repair on our roof. These people are very good to work with. The sales person/estimator, Shane Taylor was very thorough and meticulous in his assessment and appraisal of our problem. He spent over 30 minutes looking at the issue, went to his truck and printed out an estimate including pictures of the problem areas. Very personable individual to work with. Their office emailed us to schedule our work and we were a month out for the job. They actually were able to complete the work about 10 days ahead of that. This our second time using them and would not hesitate to do so again. The crew of 2 they sent to do our work were also very good. Ronnie Baker was the lead person and a very good individual to work with as well. He takes the time to explain what's going on with the repair in great detail. This person is obviously very conscientious, diligent, hard working and well spoken. He takes pride in what he does and instills confidence in me that the job is done properly.

First, let me say that the results were great. We had our roof and siding washed and my shop re-roofed. The shop roofing installation was quick and professionally done. The washing of the house roof and siding came out really nicely; however, despite the crew spraying our flowers and shrubs with plenty of water, our shrubs were damaged and the three, huge, prize hydrangeas we’ve been fussing over for 20 years lost all their flowers and half their leaves--all burned and shriveled. Don Kennedy and his son Donnie came out a few days later to check the damage, were genuinely surprised by it, were very apologetic, and Don asked me what he could do to make it right. I appreciated that even though I'm not the type to take advantage of an employee's mistake. So, while I wish our shrubs and hydrangeas hadn't been damaged, you really can't beat Don Kennedy Roofing's customer service and their willingness to make things right.

I am blown away by the integrity of Don Kennedy Roofing. My husband and I purchased gutters and a guard system from them about 8 years ago with a "lifetime warranty". We had a couple small issues with a leak that caused some wood damage. I had my doubts that they would actually honor their word (no one does anymore) but not only did they honor their word, Danny came out and not only did he ajust the gutters, he replaced the wood that was damaged. He spent a couple hours measuring, cutting, adjusting. Then he cleaned up, blew out the area and cleaned everything. He was wonderful and he also came out on a Saturday because it was raining Friday and we had someone coming to string lights Monday. If you are considering purchasing a roof or gutter system, consider a locally owned business like Don Kennedy who sticks to their word, and goes above and beyond and employs people like Danny. I could not be happier with the work performed by Don Kennedy Roofing when I needed my gutters replaced. I literally had things growing in my gutters, and on top of that, they were badly bent and in terrible shape. The salesman explained to me exactly what they were going to do when he came out to give me the estimate, and the work was done in a timely manner. They did not leave any mess in my yard. I came home that afternoon, and my house looked so much better!! Now my gutters finally drain properly, and I won't have to worry about leaves clogging them up any more. A couple of years ago I contacted them to clean some valley areas on my roof and inspect it. They did a great job for a fair price. A few weeks we had very strong winds that took off several shingles. I called them again and, as I knew they were very busy with other roof damage, Damian came out in a couple of days. He inspected the damage and put a temporary covering over the areas. We discussed various options and I decided to just have the roof fixed as the bid was less than my deductible. They told me that my repair was almost 3 weeks out but showed up in half the time and did a great job. They are a good, local company and I highly recommend them.

Our whole experience with Don Kennedy Roofing was five stars and beyond. from the initial contact at the 2017 Home Show through installation was one of the best experiences with vendors we have ever had. Our first meeting was with a Project Manager who came out and conducted a survey of our roof and presented several options and provided pricing. The installation of the roof and gutters was completed in two work days. One day for old roof removal and new roof installation and one day for gutter replacement. This was the second time Don Kennedy Roofing provided service for me. The first time was to repair flashing and they did an excellent job. This time was to repair a leak around my chimney and also repair some flashing. They arrived on time and were professional. The job took a little longer than expected (two days), but was completed successfully. In removing the flashing this time, some shingles on the side of my house were damaged. They repaired the shingles and I just have to repaint them. I recommend Don Kennedy Roofing and will continue to employ them for my roofing repairs.

First contact was excellent. They came immediately and assess the damage. From there onwards, the service quality went down..Rescheduled the original allotted time, but that was fine. However, the day of installation, there were no update and no one showed up and couple of days after received an invoice saying the work is done. During the day, No one showed up at home to fix (may be we didn't notice), no information on what they are going to fix ,How they fixed, No confirmation or images shared on how they fixed and no update on warranty. Absolutely no contact or communication.

We recently had our roof replaced by Don Kennedy and we were so pleased with the process. We were able to quickly get an estimate and selected the roof type we wanted. We had our new roof installed in about 6 weeks after the estimate was provided. In the 2022 world of delays in everything went perfectly. I called about fixing a few missing shingles after a recent storm. They promptly returned my call, set a time for the repair, and came exactly when they said they would. They assured me they could get it done before the next forecasted rain and were more worried about getting it fixed to avoid leaks than I was. And the price was more than fair. Everyone I interacted with was attentive, courteous, and professional, from the receptionist to the guy that put on the new shingles. 100% recommend.

Great communication and showed up on time. Work was accomplished quickly. Main complaint is that I was not advised of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Now I have a bill of over $500. Would have appreciated the opportunity of getting a second evaluation. Also, if they had let me know that shingles needed replacing, I could have provided them with ones that match. Now I have a section with much lighter shingles. Luckily it's on the back side of the house.

Don Kennedy roofing did an excellent job on my new roof with a roof vent and I am extremely pleased with the work they did on the roof and the clean up they did afterwards. They've done such a great job that I have kept their sign in my yard for a month after the work has been done and it's still there. I have received many compliments from my neighbors regarding my roof. I have had them come back to clean out the gutters then install gutter screens.

We've had a leak around the pipe/chimney for a wood burning stove for a year or so. The roof is a fairly new metal standing-seam roof. The original roofer built it so the chimney came through the roof where there is a seam, which made it susceptible to leaks. Don Kennedy sent a couple people out to look over the problem and determine the best solution. They arrived on time and were very professional. And as best I can tell, the leak is fixed!

Don Kennedy Exterior Cleaning did an outstanding job on the cleaning of my roof, driveway and walkway. I never realized just how dirty it was until I asked them to clean it. I’ve used Don Kennedy Roofing for roof repairs at three residences. The most recent one was due to storm damage that affected many homes. I was expecting to wait 4 weeks for repairs. I have dealt with Don Kennedy Roofing for many years and have always had great service. They do shingle repairs which I understand some companies will not do. Tommy and Thomas are great with the repairs. I specifically trust them and their work. When it rained on Friday and interrupted their work they called me on Saturday and then came that day to finish the repairs. I was very pleased with them.

They "repaired" a leak but created two new ones. They billed me but when I told them about the new leaks, many times, they continued to remind me of my bill payment being late. Finally, after 4 months, they sent out Earl, who repaired the new leaks and confessed that the original repair was done incorrectly. Only use this company if they promise Earl will do the repairs.

Connor and his team came out and did an amazing job cleaning my gutters and soft washing the roof to prolong its life. No more mildew or miss! AND they even pressure washed and sealed all my brick patio spaces. My outdoor areas look AMAZING!!! They guys were all so nice and worked so efficiently. Don Kennedy company did a pressure wash on my sidewalks and driveway. The house is 60 years old and the sidewalk and driveway look brand new. I could not be more pleased!
