Broadway Book Warehouse Many times driving by, I am attracted by the eye-catching book warehouse signs, especially the books placed on the window and the shelf outside the door How can book warehouse business be so ostentatious? In my impression, the place where I wandered a lot when I was young is the Bookstore, so every time I go to a city and see a bookstore, I feel a sense of intimacy. Times have changed, and the book paper industry has been greatly impacted. However, books, especially bookstores, are still a good memory for people of any era and a cultural symbol of a city. The outstanding book warehouse This book warehouse owned by the company Black Bond Books, was founded in 1963 The founders are Madeleine Neill, Black and Bond, the names of Neil's mother and aunt respectively The current owner of the company is Caitlin Jesson, Neil's granddaughter Jesson purchased the Black and Bond from her grandma Neil, not inheritance She is awesome !

Whenever I want to pick up a new poetry book by a poet I don't know, I usually come here. Their poetry section I feel is thoughtfully curated, or maybe not! I love reading Canadian writers and local writers and Book Warehouse has them. The tags around the store with recommendations and reviews is also helpful when you come in not knowing what you want. It's even better because they are written by people that work there. There are many sections throughout the store to suit all tastes and I think one of the most important things, friendly staff and good customer service! In an ever increasing digital book world, I still prefer to stay "analog" and Book Warehouse tends to have what I need and more often, what I just plain want!

This is the place people need to support rather than Chapters! They offer great books at a decent price. Also, outside the store they always have wicked deals on books by the stacks and the rows. I don't always find what I want, but I usually end up leaving with something else to read. The workers that run the place are also super helpful. They really knew their stuff! I'm definitely going back the moment I'm in the area. Oh, but its hard to park, so its better to go on foot.

By far one of the best bookstores in the city… very personal and warm. The store’s selection is bast and if you want something specific they will get it for you. The bookstore is very organized with the warm feeling of a place where they love books. The service is excellent and.. their Manga selection is quite good… not massive but with perfectly selected titles. By far our favourite bookstore.

I walked in not knowing what book I was looking for. Nessa (?) luckily came up to me and asked me if I needed help. She asked only a couple of questions and was able to recommend three books within five minutes! I’ve never received this kind of service at a bookstore before. Thank you Nessa! You saved me so much time and aggravation. I cannot wait to get into the book you recommended.

Helpful staff. Pleasant store. Store is clean and tidy, organized. A nice and happy bookstore. If you want something that is not on the shelf, they can order it. If price comparable, better to support local business than getting on Amazon! Have great "savings" for customers - such as the 1) stamp card and 2) monthly email e-coupon and 3) gift card promotions!

Great bookstore! The workers are so nice and they want you to get the best deal possible. My friend got a paperback and they told her that the hardcover is cheaper instead. They have nicely organized sections with handwritten reviews. 10/10 would recommend!

Very nice independent bookstore. Well-labelled sections that are small and easy to find. A good variety of them, too. I found a couple of interesting ones in the science section. Seemed like quite a few staff on hand to help find anything you might need.

There is an 80% discount on the bookmark, but after checking out and returning home, I found out that there is no discount at all. It is really a very confusing shopping experience.
