"I live here for over ten years, this place NEVER changes how they do their services"
Very slow and bad service, I am aware the Covid-19 is slowing down the whole process, but on top of that they decided to close the pharmacy between 1pm and 2pm. Been waiting for 35 minutes to service only 3 people in front of me, they realised they lost a prescription they received 3 days ago.
I went in today to get some private prescriptions, as I did for the last ten years. Expecting to be served with respect and discretion. In this occasion the service was not discrete, but instead I got an discourteous and rude chemists with a terrible attitude!!! I am never going there again
I come in here regularly to pick up my medications. There are 2 very kind and professional female pharmacists that stand out for me. They always have my medications ready, and are very kind and polite. Always a delight going in there I trust them very much with my medicines etc …
This is literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of living close to. Never ever have anything in stock it’s shocking. The people are often quite rude also. Wish they’d just focus on getting the right sort of stock in otherwise it’s essentially a pointless pharmacy!!
I live here for over ten years, this place NEVER changes how they do their services. Prescription are NEVER ready, each time its always owing because its never in stock or make you wait. Awful customer services and they NEVER pick up their phone. It is really frustrating.
The store is tiny, that's why it often gets overcrowded, however it has a good range of essential products. The service is not spectacularly good, but once you get familiar with the staff they usually treat you better. It is handy to have a Boots near home :-)
Terribly slow. It’s 15 minutes before anyone will even acknowledge you’re there. Then another half an hour for them to fill the prescription. And that’s if they even have it in stock, which they often don’t. Much better off literally anywhere else.
Really poor service. Despite there being 6 staff in the pharmacy it took ages for anyone to acknowledge anyone was waiting. They only allow 2 people in at 1 time and while 2 of us waited for our flu jab appointments for over 20 minutes they
My partner and I had our flu jabs here last weekend. Although the appointments had been booked months ago, and no one was in the store when we arrived, we were left waiting for some time. There seemed to be several members of staff working
I do not blame the staff in this store as they are obviously poorly supported by the big cheeses further up the food chain. I had a click and collect order due on 2nd December, almost a week later it has not arrived. I can get no response
Shockingly badly run Covid operation.. I had to go to another chemist because in their infinite wisdom anyone who goes in there with a prescription plonks their backside down inside while their prescription is being processed.... In this
Had repeat prescriptions for 5 years at Boots in Warren St, but since moving my repeat prescription here in Nov 19 has been nothing but shambolic. The prescriptions are never ready when they say, they never text when they say they will &
Entered the premises, and it was dirty, and there was a horrible foul smell that had both my son and me retching, 15 minutes to get served, while other people were waiting hopelessly as well, no privacy whatsoever. The best part was the
Since the old staff left a few months ago, this place has gone DOWNHILL. I’ve never had any issues in 10 years until this change of staff. I have had a handful of problems the last few months but this is the most recent issue. I have a
It is handy having this small local boots across the road. If you need to pick up your medication then i guess its good to go to. So many times when I have been they can take forever to get your medication at times I have waited up to
This is not a Boots chemist anymore it is some independent or other, they have an unhelpful and rude attitude, and really expensive prices which must be a rip off, I needed something quickly or would have left and gone somewhere else.
Unbelievable how long the wait was 3 members of staff only two people allowed in at a time, understandable because of COVID m, but the thing is some people were waiting a good 20+ minutes for their prescriptions, surely they can wait
Have been 3 times in past month and on every occasion store was shut when it was meant to be open. Shutters down, no note or explanation as to why it was closed. Very disappointing and not what you expect from a chain as big as Boots.
Have had to give up on this place. While the staff are mostly friendly the service here is really poor. Nothing ever seems ready or in stock and even when it is you have to wait and always a massive queue.
It feels like a store in the middle of refurbishment or something (no signage to this effect) because shelves were empty or with very stock. The pharmacy is up and running and staff were friendly though.
Community pharmacy, friendly and relaxed vibe, were flexible and went out of their way to assist me. Will be trekking from further afield to get here, rather than closer pharmacies to me.
A small but very busy chemist with limited items and shelves with regular items e.g plasters, day and night nurse out of stock. Extra serving position and 1 extra staff member required.
I had to wait a quite a while to pick up my click and collect. The branch is tiny and they were also administering vaccines in the branch, so it was a little confusing as to who is
Terrible costumer service. They do not reply to phone calls, they close earlier than their official opening hours leaving people stranded without much needed medicine.
Very helpful staff in boot, when I cannot get hold of my medication which is so annoying at times from my doctors useless surgery .
Small, but they had my ordered delivered. Took a little while since there is only 1 cashier station for the pharmacy.
felt very safe with the way they keep shop safe with distance and only 2 people allowed in the shop at anytime
Just picking up meds for a friend whose bang in trouble with sciatica, I know how she feels. …
I got the No7 antiaging cream. I have started getting compliments about my youthful skin …
Staff are nice service is very slow and they never answer the phone which is very frustrating
Staff were rude and made me feel embarrassed. One of them literally kissed her teeth at me
I like them. They've been very helpful and sorting out, correcting and missed medications.
When you want to look after yourself, you can trust you find at Boots
So helpful. Best boots in town. Cos of who worked in there.love it.
One point, followed covid guidelines, helpful and attentive …
Bought migraine tablets here, helpful staff, very understanding
No one is perfect. Hence 4*. But I always get what I want :)
Very friendly staff but the layout of the shop is bit small
Only walked past wouldn't go in even if they paid me
Why have a phone number if you never ever answer it?
Great service from the pharmacist - many thanks :-)
Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful …
I felt the selection of products was excellent.
It closes at 6pm not 7pm. Please correct it.
Very slow staff. They don't care about time
Great service from the two ladies working
Oh no it's closing on the 10th December
Probably the best chips in Hackney
Great staff, very knowledgeable.
Never seen it open on time
