"Famous for it's crusty Parisian style croissants but other fare offered seems to be on par"
"I've tried quite a few French pastry shops in neutral bay, none of them as good as this bakery"
"Nice little bakery making their own bread pastries pies sausage rolls I ordered a chicken sandwich is very nice and well priced"
"Visited them on the afternoon of a Sunday when we were the only customers and about an hour remaining to their closing time"
"Visited this street cafe recently after an absence of about a year and oh dear, has it changed! A very defensive woman in charge who seemed to be still training the girls on the till and espresso machine"
Famous for it's crusty Parisian style croissants but other fare offered seems to be on par. Good sized portions. More of a quick pit-stop, take away and casual catchup vibe. Seating available both indoors and out though quite limited. You may have to wait just a bit, particularly on weekends, but it's worth the wait. 5 Stars!
I've tried quite a few French pastry shops in neutral bay, none of them as good as this bakery. Highly recommend their sausage roll, croissant and ginger creme brûlée tart. The coffee and got chocolate were excellent too. The cafe is kids friendly which toys to entertain them, located on a side alleyway with no cars.
Nice little bakery making their own bread pastries pies sausage rolls I ordered a chicken sandwich is very nice and well priced. Did not try the coffee will go back again. The sausage rolls look really good. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Place is clean . Looks like a popular place
Visited them on the afternoon of a Sunday when we were the only customers and about an hour remaining to their closing time. Coffee was good. The pastry was ok. Service was quick but a bit dismissal. No question if we want to have it in the
Visited this street cafe recently after an absence of about a year and oh dear, has it changed! A very defensive woman in charge who seemed to be still training the girls on the till and espresso machine. It wasn't very busy but the coffee
I know how hard it is to work for customer service and all but I'm able to distinguish the worker is migro aggressively racist or not. One of the worst experiences to have the girl who was very rude and passive aggressive and I sometimes
I love this place. As a bakery, Bourke Street is excellent, offering such a wide, tasty range of baked goods and the Neutral Bay Bourke Street is always well stocked. I've been to many of the Bourke Street cafes around Sydney and Neutral
Was disappointing after so many great visits in the past. I understand that times have been tough, but the friendly staff have gone and if you are proud of your produce, (in my opinion) you wouldn't offer an espresso in a paper cup.
Service was snobby, thought it was one off but I come to Neutral Bay every week and gave them chances on and off. Each time I get a stare and no smiles. Shame as I love the Barangaroo cafe when I was working there. More
Stopped here for a quick coffee and an almond croissant. The staff here are friendly and fast. There’s outdoor seating and indoor seating. Their menu looks delicious as well. Their pies looked so good in the window.
Amazing pies. Love the potato pie! Worth a quick stop on the way to work in the mornings. Not a fan of ginger in general but recommend trying the ginger brûlée tart - life changer. Convenient parking nearby
Top notch staff, great coffee, delicious bread and mouthwatering croissants and bacon quiches. Highly recommended eating in or takeaway. Heaps of parking available close by. Relaxed atmosphere.
Always great food at BSB (delicious lamb sausage rolls!) and excellent coffee topped with friendly service. This particular cafe has a quiet secluded location away from the busy main streets.
Sourdough bread bought from Neutral Bay obviously made by an apprentice. If you are not going to train your bakers to make artisan bread please dont sell this quality bread. More
Friendly service, I love the coffee here and they have nice savouries such as pies, and sandwiches. Plus they have a sinfully nice range of pastries yummm! Perfect place. More
Great coffee! oversize croissant not that great flavours / the girl at counter not the most sociable attitude even if I understand it is Sunday and it is busy but the
Great bakery products with thought of flavours & serving coffee but they’re short on fair value of its pricing on products regardless for the name of the business.
Same delightful day-brightening bread, cake and pastry products we all come to expect from bourke st BUT with a good dusting of outstanding staff! More
I went here at Thursday morning, a young man with brown long hair served me. He was lovely and very personable. I’ll definitely come back again! :)
The cafe is nice, I can’t comment on the coffee but had a sandwich there which was only average. Recommend think about improving food quality.
May be good at baked goods, but don't order anything else here. Avocado toast was disgusting, couldn't finish the meal and had to scrape half
Ideal brunch location on a Sunday. Indoor and outdoor tables. Excellent food. Bought a carrot cake for $30 to easily feed 7 or 8 people. More
Amazing food for a very reasonable price! Bacon and egg was amazing, as was the chocolate croissant and their coffee. Definitely coming back
I have never left a negative review like this in my life. Don’t really wish to give this place any stars at all after the interaction I’ve
I do like Bourke Street Bakery but the quality of this shop wasn’t what I expected. Customer service, coffee and croissant were decent.
Fantastic, very nice latte and services. And my favorite thing is there are many carpark spots next to the store, very convenient.
Beef pie is tasty but extremely difficult to eat. Completely breaks down the second you take a bite. Still delicious though.
Had a great Toasted Sandwich (no picture) OP had a Pie - best in Sydney is claim !!! Muffin and Creme Burle were awesome !!!
Luckily the special of the day was Chicken and Chorizo soup with delicious fresh bread. Perfection for a windy winter day.
Favourite local bakery for coffee and sandwiches. Freshly baked goods and exceptional service every time. A must go.
Excellent pastries !! Had a very nice coffee with my mother here, excellent and friendly service from all the staff
After living near to the OG Bourke St bakery, it's great to have a taste of this amazing bakery on the north shore
Standard as the rest. Coffee is ok and the sandwiches and pastries are the same as the other Bourke St bakeries
I like Bourke St bakery but somehow this branch isn't as good as the one on Bourke St or Marrickville.
Excellent food and very friendly staffs
