When I went into the store to buy my shoes they assured me I would be able to exchange them if ever there was a problem with sizing or style. However, when I tried to exchange them because they were the wrong size, I was told this was not possible. They took my shows and tried to stretch them manually, and when I went back to get the newly stretched shoes they told me I would have been able to exchange them before but because I stretched them now, I can't exchange them anymore. The girl that worked there was rude, disrespectful, and overall gave very bad customer service, I was not impressed. I called the location and they told me the manager would call be back, but it's been 5 months and I've heard nothing (the last 3 of those months we were in quarantine though). I will not be returning to this store, and none of my associates, friends, or colleagues will be either.

The worst shopping experience i’ve ever had. Very rude untrained staff. They don’t know how to use the application or how to search their inventories. Spent almost 15 minutes to bring the pair of shoes i asked for. Spent another good 10 minutes for them to enter my details and prepare the bill. And as a cherry on top, they were extremely rude, with annoying face expressions and mean gestures, they dropped the box in front of me with no respect. If you don’t want to ruin your day, don’t even bother going inside this store. This store single-handedly ruins the reputation of this brand. And as you can read other reviews, i am not alone!

Walked in here today and stood on the floor for 15 minutes. I then asked one of the girls for a size and she just told me we don't have that and didn't even offer an alternative. Continued to wait at this point, because what the hell let's see how long it actually takes for someone to acknowledge my presence. After 15 minutes one out of the 2 girls working finally approached me and tried to help. I was completely appalled by the lack of customer service at this location and expressed my frustration. I will never ever return here.

Had a terrible experience at the location downtown so I decided to go to this one. Customer service was more than perfect and the red hair girl (forgot to ask her name) was extremely helpful and solved my issue within just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend going to this boutique.

I went to Spring fairview and the customer service that Andro Razk offered was beyond expectations. His devotion, care, will to help and his work ethic made me love Spring. I now buy all my shoes there because of him. If you ever go to Spring, ask for him. He will never let you down.

Very cheap shoes. The prices went up so I thought maybe they were less cheap than before but no, tissue broke on a 60$ pair of shoes after the first day.
