Bowling at this place is an absolute blast! Let me break down the sheer fun factor in a pin-striking list: 1. ** Exciting Atmosphere:** The energy here is off the charts! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the lively vibe. 2. ** Social Delight:** Whether you're with friends or family, bowling here is a fantastic social activity. It's all smiles and strikes! 3. ** Top-notch Lanes:** Impeccably maintained lanes make every roll smooth and satisfying. No worries about wonky pins or sticky surfaces. 4. ** Snack Attack:** The snack bar deserves a shout-out. Delicious bites to fuel your game and keep the good times rolling. 5. ** Cosmic Bowling Extravaganza:** When the lights go down, the fun goes up! Cosmic bowling here is a psychedelic party you don't want to miss. 6. ** Friendly Competition:** It's not just about the game; it's about the friendly competition. Who can score that elusive strike? 7. ** Groovy Tunes:** The music selection is on point, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the entire experience. Bowling here is not just a game; it's a memorable experience filled with laughter, camaraderie, and strikes galore! #BowlingFun #StrikesAndSmiles

Read the negative reviews for honest reviews. This place is by far TOO EXPENSIVE! That is why they don’t show the prices until you are there. 6 people $450. For a place that is old and a dump! Still the same owners and they changed their name only. Huge regret. $12 person per game. $7 for shoes. 2 hours - $450. 3 years ago that would have been $60-$80. The place still looks old dump and run down. No upgrades. This explains why the place was empty. I so regret spending all this money there and not go to a much better place for the money I spent. The positive reviews looks like it was a paid service. Read the bad reviews. Believe that no one would be leaving recently new good reviews to this place that’s been around for a long time. Specially when the place gets worst. This place use to be full even 3 years ago. Now there always many lanes available which explains why other bowling places are always packed. These people scare customers away with their prices. Also explains why you only see 2 people per lane and take their time. So the bill don’t shock you. I will NOT be going back to this place again and that is a promise. Or any Bowlero place.

We took our Family of 6 here tonight at first I was excited because the music was fun and the place seemed clean. Not even 2 hours but 2 games with six people over $200. But then there is more! On the tab it had a line for additional gratuity.. so I asked 2 different people if gratuity was added… both said no to my face my husband asked for a itemized receipt and we saw that 18% gratuity was already added. I totally would have given our waitress 20 % more if she hadn’t lied to my face… here is the takeaway for her, you were getting more I was just confirming what I already paid so I knew… we will not be back prices and liars equal losing business for me. I’ll be taking my bowling to main event. I know it’s not a big deal to lose one customer but when they all ganged up on me and told me simultaneously to have a nice night I knew what kind of business was being run in there.. so you have a great night!

They have improved this location so much since this company took over. Are used to have very sticky floors and under 10 of stuff and there was always a lane or two down video games didn’t work and the food, well we won’t even call it that. Now it looks like I got a whole new overhaul, there’s new stuff, and it’s just a much nicer place so I’ve come back to redo my old review that I had left but I guess since it changed names and no longer has the reviews of the old place so this is my new review of the all new bowling alley. Also if anyone is looking for a job I just saw on LinkedIn that they are hiring for an assistant manager so you should check it out if that’s in your wheelhouse. Also this summer coming up if you go to kids bowl free they will give you passes to bowl for free all summer long at this location. Google won’t let me add the website address so just look it up under kids bowl free.

Had a last minute birthday party of 7 on a Saturday night, and they were able to accommodate me (I made my reservation 3 + hours prior but stilll, it was same day for a busy evening). The food was AMAZING! We had the spinach artichoke dip (that comes with the tastiest soft yet crunchy home made chips btw), veggie pizza (delicious and not overwhelmingly vegetable), and the sliders (dressed little cheeseburgers which were AMAZING and tasted super fresh). We got the Superbowl group package, and the drinks were amazing and they kept us happy! Nice clean lanes too, evenly oiled which was a surprise. I am an avid bowler in my off time so I was able to use my own ball; but all my guests were able to find a suitable house ball for the evening. It was a great time! Extra thank you to I think Michelle for taking my reservation and making sure we were happy and taken care of ❤️

Plenty of open lanes. Not very cheap or friendly, but it is cool, clean and comfortable. I visited a second time a week later (early afternoon on Wed. Oct. 5) and the experience was similar with one exception: The man attending the desk seemed in a brighter mood the second visit. This made all the difference. He told us about a Veteran's discount that he hadn't mentioned on the first trip, and asked if he could get us anything to drink. Even though we didn't take him up on the drinks, the welcoming attitude was refreshing. He made us want to return more often even though this ally is a bit out of the way for us. I think we were the only people bowling Wednesday, but the experience was great even though my bowling wasn't. We will definitely bring friends and family.

My first and last time there: the waitress never came to our table. We asked for a waitress since we arrived, and we played a whole game and the waitress never came. When we left, the manager took our payment and I was so upset that I didn't even bother complaining in any way. I just told him "the waitress never came to our table, just fyi. That's why we're leaving. Thank you." What he said next was less than an apology, he just uttered something without even looking at me but staring at the screen. Almost ruined my night. But I feel sorry for them... absolutely everyone seems unhappy with their jobs. If that was the manager's attitude just imagine the employees. Sad. Also, it's an an unattractive place to say the least. What a shame.

This Bowling alley is one of the decent remaining. Most staff here are very nice and greet you as you walk in. Balls here are in poor shape. Shoes are disgusting. I recommend Wednesday, Arcade prices are 1/2 off all day. Which helps off set the cost for actually Bowling. With rental of gross shoes and charging by the game it can be costly for a family to enjoy. Food & drinks are over priced for it all being frozen food. And adult beverages do not have a great saling point either!! I grew up Bowling every Saturday morning on a league, I love the sport and the challenge it brings. Just wish to see some of that nostalgia be brought back in from the 80's!! It could be so much more, disappointing that it's not.

  • Trevor Hart

Overpriced wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy, your better off going to Main Event or some other alley the charges you per hour per lane. This place will charge your party of 5 like you’re all individuals on separate lanes. Expect to pay over $100 for 2 people if you play more than 2 games. They also asked debit or credit then refused to charge me for multiple games because I refused to use credit. Then asked not use a specific card due to specific bank. Again you’re better off at MainEvent or any other lanes besides here. Also you cannot customize games ie (name, kid bumpers, etc) you have to request the front desk to control the game after you pay. Kid bumpers are not automatic!!!

  • Justin Thompson

Prices are really high unless you go during one of their special discount times. For their normal price you would think they would have better bowling balls and lanes... good luck trying to get the ball to spin and curve!!! They have pretty good drinks and decent food however. The atmosphere is enjoyable and it is family friendly. The staff does seem kinda lost and we stood around waiting to checkout for 20 minutes because they were waiting on a manager to come price things properly or that's what I gathered. The tables are also set up to where the odd lane table is close to the lanes but the even number tables are up top so it's not a very organized setup for first time visitors.

  • Josh

This was our first time at Bowlero and we enjoyed our experience. We came on a Friday night and it was not too crowded and the lightning and music made a nice vibe. My main complaint is the price. For 2 people, 2 shoes and 3 games, we payed nearly $100. In my opinion, this is a ridiculous price to pay just for bowling. Especially given that the bowling balls were in pretty rough shape. The lanes were decent at least. We each had just 1 drink and that was another $20. I would recommend looking for deals/coupons. Otherwise, there are a lot of cheaper places out there. Also, the people at the counter weren’t too friendly and seemed like they didn’t want to help us.

  • Ro G.

Bowlers was cool. Pricey but cool. I personally didn't experience all they had to offer. However members of my party enjoyed their drinks. I liked the music. Atmosphere was decent too. Nothing too crazy. The employees were great! From getting us checked in to the bar service... all very pleasant and engaging. Oh and they offer military discounts so all my vets and military families....thats a plus!! We didn't have any food or play in the arcade so can't give stars for that. I'd come back...after 10 on Fridays for the $25 unlimited bowling. Which...to me is kind of late but I could just be old. Lol.

  • Derrick Davenport

This Bowlero location is pretty disappointing, their staff has some of the worst attitudes I've experienced at a bowling alley. Treating customers as if they're a bother, overall atmosphere isn't bad, good music and just your average joe bowling with very oiling lanes. My advise from a business consultant. The #1 most important factor on a Profit & Loss statement of a business will always be its employees. Who you choose to hire and how they present themselves is your brand and determines the trajectory of your businesses success. Hire people that want to work and are happy to be of service.

  • Rachael Dicons

The exterior and the area look pretty run down, and our car was broken into while we were there. The first employee I interacted with was awful, didn't know how to apply coupons correctly very slow and rude. She kept grabbing my phone and walking away with it. Then was annoyed when I asked her not to do that again. Another employee came to help (blue hair, not sure if it was the manager), she was much friendlier and was able to easily apply the promotion price and comped our shoes for the trouble. Other than those issues - the interior facility is nice and fairly well kept.

  • Steven Golden

The kitchen waitstaff and cooks were absolutely wonderful as they went above and beyond to take care of me and my crew. Maquentha G., Misty R., and Alex W. were all pivotal parts of my second Bolero experience. They suggested sold, pre-bussed tables, and even went out of the way to correct something that I didn't consider to be an issue. But, since it wasn't to their level of excellence, they initiated a correction that said they care. This type of excellence is a direct reflection of good leadership. Thanks you all for making our night wonderful with great service.

Wow! Thank you Brittney and team! Booked online at the last minute with their Celebrity Kids Party. Did not know what to expect as I had not been there in 10 years. Wow! Well done updates and technology. Greeted as we entered! Britney orchestrated everything and anticipated our needs. Wish I had a chance to learn everyone's names on the team but each performed and cared for the kids wether fixing hair or getting shoes, helping take pictures. Food stayed hot and drinks always attended! Thanks to each and everyone! Effortless and very enjoyable for all!

  • Amanda Grubb

I have been coming here for a while however we came as a group for my little nephews birthday yesterday and it was amazing! To start, walking in the front desk worker was very sweet! Then when we went to register and get our shoes Britany was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, quick, and very patient with all of us! She was also so just as sweet and the front desk woman! She was very polite and speaking to her was like speaking to an old friend! I hope these two ladies are there each time we go!! Thank you ladies! From Vikki (size 3)

  • Natalia Cole Przybylski

Is nice but really expensive, we go bowling often and we usually spend 50 60 in other places for the same stuff that we had here, but here we spent $100 ... Food was expensive like for example a cup of 8oz of soda was over $3 and I'm talking about a very small soda... I was afraid to ask for a beer maybe 6 7 ... also the arcade games were between $1 and $3 a game I have two kids if they wanted to play one game it would have been between $ 2 and $6 is crazy! I was surprised that the place was nice but empty on a Sunday, now I know why! $$$

  • Janae LeMalle

Never again will i come here. The service was absolutely awful. I asked for multiple things to eat and drink and was told they don’t have it. Then when i finally found something that they had it took 1 hour to get it out, keep in mind it was a brownie… There excuse was there were many people ordering however there is about 10 people in the alley…tell me who was ordering. To tip it all off i was charged a service fee when they didn’t even bring it to my table. Awful place don’t recommend at all!

  • Lincoln Wariner

3 friends and I went on a Friday night expecting it to be a little more expensive than usual but our combined total for 1 game and shoe rentals for 4 people was more than $80. I have been bowling at many different places but charging more than $10 *per person per game* (not just per hour for a single lane like a typical bowling alley) is beyond absurd. I can understand $80 if we got food and drinks but for just a single game and rentals, 20 minutes of fun is not even slightly worth it.

  • Kayla Cofield

We just had my husband's birthday party and I was very impressed with the service! The whole team went above and beyond for us! I thank you all greatly for your attention to our needs. The them was 80's and the manager was kind enough to put on the 80's playlist! You guys rock! Everything was wonderful from the decorations set out, the food was yummy and the service was amazing. Thank you all!! If you're looking for a great place to host a birthday, this place is great!!

  • Llia Olsen

Fun. Went on a Thursday for a work Party. I woukd anticipate Friday - Sunday to be a lpt busier. The food and drink were a good companion to the bowling. We had the Crispy Chicken fingers and Pizza and a few pitches of various drinks. The bowling balls had multiple finger sizes on one ball. Unusually my larger than average thumb prevents me from using smaller balls with less weight, but here I was down to 12lbs I believe which was great. No more sore arms the next day.

  • Houston Guy

The business sign is very visible from the street but the actual driveway to enter is very small and tight. If you're driving too fast you will miss the entrance wich is hidden next to the body shop. The prices on a weekday were $8.38 per game, and $6.99 per show rental. The interior is roomy and clean. The lanes, shoes and balls are in good condition. Arcade area available. A negative is that they add a mandatory service charge (tip) to all food purchases.

  • Samantha Patton

The prices were not as advertised online. We saw online for $2.50 per game and $5 shoe rental; when we arrived it was $5 a game and $8 shoe rental. I had fun it’s just I wish the pricing was less deceptive. I will probably call next time to make sure if the deals online they are offering in store. I will probably go back again because we did enjoy ourselves playing rounds; we ended up getting unlimited games for $49 for 2; $24 per person.

  • Michael McMahon

We went on a Tuesday afternoon. and it was very pricey. it was four of us we got two pictures of beer. And we bowled 2 games. We rented shoes for four people and we spent over $150. But from what I understand on Tuesday after 8 p.m. It is $2 night everything cost $2.22 your shoe rental per game I'm not sure what they all give you or what all is available for $2.22 but you might want to call and go on Tuesdays after 8 p.m.

  • River Luis

Way too expensive. I will be finding another place. Not coming back. Food cost was $300 for stuff that is not even worth paying for and they automatically add at 20% tips on top of your tab. Bowling was also expensive too. $400 for 3 games for a party of 10 people. That is not including shoe rentals. $700+ to celebrate a birthday is way too expensive. I will be finding somewhere else to bowl and entertain my family.

  • michelle Cheli-Stickle

If you enjoy bowling Bowlero is a super fun place to go, whether you're with friends or family! My daughter's birthday celebration started off with us going bowling and the staff was great and the facility is clean and very fun. They do have snacks, food and a bar where you can enjoy an alcoholic beverage as well. Come join the fun at Bowlero off 249 by the Dairy Queen in Houston Texas.

  • Jennifer Garza

All the black girls that work at this 249 location are rude to different descendants. Especially Stephanie, she’s terrible. She treats whites and Hispanics like they’re insignificant. Meanwhile, she treats black people like they’re the best thing since sliced bread. Sad. I literally seen her give the best service to black people while she gives others (that aren’t black) the worst service.

  • Ashlie Christie

We had a wonderful experience! The staff were very friendly and quickly attentive. Atmosphere was fun and energetic. I was certainly impressed with the food, I had a hamburger and better than other bowling alleys I’ve been to. Will definitely be back and 5 star recommended! Thanks so much to the staff that made our time pleasant!

  • Nikki Ware

The alley is nice. Music is good. My only concern is that I had to walk to the other side of alley to get drinks and food however, tab included 20% gratuity, without any waitstaff. Also the bumpers are manual so if adults are playing with children, you either have to have the bumpers up the entire game or down the entire game.

  • Raymond (Deathminder)

Below average bowling center. Not very clean. There were two empty drinks on the table at our lane that were never collected before or during our stay. The worst part was the bowling shoes. They were like wearing skates. Shoes in that condition should be free. The one good thing was their blue long island drink, it was tasty

  • Rosa Navarro

Good place to go have fun with the family or just adults!! They are constantly updating their promotions, so there's always discounts. The food is more of finger food, and their alcoholic cocktails are more to the sweet side then alcohol side, so if you're are not a sweet tooth pers, n I don't recommend getting cocktails.

  • Dr. Chantail Green

Hubby and I enjoyed our date night at Bowlero's! It was not crowded on a Friday evening around 4:30 pm to 7:30. Now when we were leaving more people began to come in and I thought to myself "We are leaving at a good time." Yesssss, I avoid the loud crowds sometimes so hubby and I can hear and enjoy good conversation …

  • S Luckey

I really appreciated the patience of the staff for my large party. Eric was essential in making sure we understood the rules and had a good time. Eric made the process of getting shoes for a large group efficient and also final payment at the end a breeze! Will definitely be back thanks to his kind demeanor.

  • Jalen Butler

I received the best customer service in the universe from Brittany she did everything in her power to make sure me and my sister had a grand time at the bowling alley. It was immaculate please if you decide to bowl come bowl with Brittany she will make sure you have a good time with your family and friends.

  • ana gonzalez

Although the place is cool for bowling, the front desk could have done a better job at guiding our group to get a much better deal which we asked about multiple times and not mentioned. As we were leaving they had a sign posted with something that would have benefited a big group we had. Service was meh.

  • Vanessa Skuter

Newer, clean, great music, super friendly staff - Brittany at front desk is amazing! Great alternative for weekend day bowling - when other alleys are fully booked they have lots of room! Super accommodating with turning lights on if you’re more serious, or keep the cool night bowl vibe for extra fun!!

  • Kashston Klips

Went last night with the family $25 a head unlimited bowling! The problem I had was the video games are about $5 each! We also ordered food the $30 tray wasn’t worth $30 and the big bowl of Kool aid was $35 NO liquor was inside the fish bowl just a juice bowl! Only thing I enjoyed was the family time!!

  • Elsie Hibbler

Hi this was my first time visiting this place my family was visiting from NC and they really enjoyed themselves my server was pleasant her name was Stephanie she knows how to treat customers with Respect and interact with us we where a little loud I hope she will be there our next outing

  • Lyndsey Lee

A pretty penny to bowl now a days! 30$ for the appetizer platter and the street tacos were definitely mini sized.. should’ve said “actual size” on the menu. Guess I should’ve ordered a burger for double the price.. The moscow mules were delish and the atmosphere was fun!

  • Christie Witherspoon

I had the pleasure of having Emily as my server, because of her customer service I will be back. Not tk mention a clean location and beautiful lanes. This will be the new hang out spot for sure. The manager is super cool. Thank you for this New location and great lanes.

  • Micheal White

I went here bowling with my family with a great deal that I found on Groupon! There was no wait at the time we went on Friday. The lady that got us our shoes had a great attitude and got us set up. The business was clean and we had a great time bowling. A++++

  • Shanita Holloway

A little disappointed. Where we were to bowl the tables had food and needed to be cleaned. The arcade area was temporarily out of order. Food was not pleasing and the staff could care less. No one seems to be happy to work there. Bowled one game and was out.

  • Camron Dutton

Just wanted to come back and say that Stephanie was a wonderful server Saturday I meant to leave a review earlier but I had so much fun I been in bed all day with a hang over you guys made my night and thank you again Stephanie for ya wonderful service

  • Cass Lord (Wibben-Meyer)

Outrageously expensive!! Over $100 for 4 people to bowl 2 games. Service was terrible too - we ordered a pitcher of beer and it took an entire game to arrive and was, again, outrageously expensive! The shoes were nice I guess? I will never go back.

  • Robert Ocanas

This used to be a great place back about 5/6 years ago. Now it's over priced and I think they still using balls from early 2000. They're so old and worn out. It's over $5 for a small drink and over $8 for a beer.. fortunately that's all I bought.

  • Rell Mo'neek

Bowling for 2- I thought I wanted to play 2 games, and the price was $65, Sorry ma'am just give us 2 please, lol, at the $47 rate. Seen like a older facility, staff did clean tables immediately after group left. Front desk group was polite .

  • Jeremy Duncan

Not a good place. Went on a Thursday night at 7pm. Everything is priced as though it’s a new venue but the facilities have not been updated what so ever, only the name. The place was dirty and cramped. The ball returns are broken, the lanes

  • Angel Villegas

On December 9th we payed for the unlimited play pass 34$ dollars a person a lane, they said i had tilll they closed. I went outside to my car for approximately 60 min waiting for a friend, went back inside my spot was taken I left my shoes

  • Ian Jimenez

I used to go to this bowling alley as a kid. It used to be more family centric. I feel like it has more of a club vibe. Additionally 1 game and shoes for 2 people was $50, which came out to be less than 20 mins of bowling

  • Merceydeez GucciAlwayss Adams

Omg!!!!! Ammmmaazzingggg to the night shift crew tonight you all rock!!!! From Amy in the bar to the closing manager thank you for making my daughters birthday even more magical.... love lane 18 Marley and Merceydeez

  • Patrice White

They made changes since the last time I've been. It looks good. We ordered fries, they took forever to come. When we finally did get them, they weren't hot and they were super greasy. Wouldn't order those again.

  • Roger Adame

It was okay. Extremely overpriced food and games inside. Just like any other entertainment place that has a captive audience. But I the bowling aspect definitely works. No difficulties there with the bowling

  • Shelby Jones

Had my son's birthday party here about a week ago. It was a blast! The place was clean and well kept, decorated so nicely. The service/party event host was phenomenal and the food and drinks were on point!

  • chris davis

Beware they are extremely expensive for no reason! $300 for one game Saturday night. Ppl smoking weed in restrooms, staff let teenagers take over. No a family friendly place. Didn't even finish the game.

  • Kesnet Petit

Management and team was outstanding. This was my first time here with friends, I'll be bringing my family next weekend.. ask for Britney whenever you get here she's one of the managers here

  • Oliver Cana

The music is good.. u will have a good time but the food is bad bad and the drinks i know for sire they didnt put the alcohol in mine.. but the place is fun.. its better than main event

  • Jamie Wibbenmeyer

Expensive, no help and expensive. Over $100 for 3 adults and 1 child to play 2 games And $25 for a pitcher of beer that you have to wait 20 minutes for? Will not be returning..

  • Celia Rangel

It was great my whole family had fun,the drinks are good! The bar attended looked like she dont like her jod wish they had Sunday deals during the day and not just after 6pm.

  • Michele Baker

Great place to bowl but the young lady behind the bar (Emily, with the crooked teeth and pigtails ) was so rude to my elderly dad and uncle. Most likely won’t be coming back.

  • Rebecca Espinoza- Sanchez

Was a little worried at first. A bunch of teens just chill. Have a metal detector but wasn't a bad time. Actually had a lot of fun. Drinks bartenders and other workers cool.

  • Melissa Herold

Great place to bowl. Scheduled a work event here, and the staff was amazing. Everything was on time and went as scheduled. Great venue for personal or work. Highly recommend

  • Jessica Rojo

Britney was amazing! Super busy but she was still able to take care of us. She’s courteous and professional. We will continue coming to this location. Family fun time …

  • 1 2

Amazing place. Britney was awesome and very friendly. She made our first outing as a family a very memorable one.. we will for sure come back. Food very good.

The service was great and had a great time! I prefer the Woodlands location because the atmosphere is a little nicer but I'd still go here for convenience

  • Baby Girl

This is a really fun place , you don’t feel crowded . The front guys are really nice ! It’s clean in there too !’ me and my friends had a good time .

  • Hailee Alexis

Britney the manager was SO helpful and nice! She was helping us from start to finish! She was everywhere! The tables were clean and food was great!

  • TONY CHAVEZ

Great service every time. Loren is always quick at the bar and Britney the manager always checks us in with a smile on her face. Highly recommend

  • Jon Balter

Nice place to bowl. I thought the TVs were a little too busy and it was a little wild. Also, the drinks were very high in price.

  • Cynthia Cates

$85 for two games for 3 people. I liked the scoring board. Lane was a bit too slippery. They had it very, very warm inside.

  • Lisa Williams

Went for my bday . Had great time but somewhat pricey. Charged 324.00 for 8 people to bowl only. Food and drinks were good

  • DM Hill

Our group had an amazing time. Loved the cheese pizza and fruit punch. The staff are so accommodating. Will go back here.

  • Blanca Figueroa

Celebrated grand daughters birthday there. They did a great job with presentation and food. We all had a great time!

Killing it. 8/15 another awesome time. We got memberships. Love to come here. Back at it again... Love this place!

  • Tooonsicle

Had a blast and the atmosphere was great. Lady behind the bar was extremely helpful, and the bolwing was perfect.

  • April Hicks

For a family of 5 it would have cost us $196 to bowl. Sadly we left and found something else to do with the kids.

  • José De Edimburgo

Place is old, but it's fun. Food service sucks tho, super slow and cashier is rude . Still I would come back.

  • Keith Evans
