I live in the condos next to Walmart this is the closest Dry Cleaners to me. I went in with my Roots Varsity jacket. Explained what I wanted cleaned. Which was the fuzz on the cloth portion of the jacket. No problem he says. $30. Not cheap for one item. I picked up the jacket today. The jacket is identical to how they received it. Fuzz everyone. I voiced my displeasure with the woman working. Calmly and politely. She looks at me with a blank face. No apologies, no discount, no resolution, other than nothing can be done. I paid $30 plus tax for nothing. I understand there will be issues with every business at some point. What separates the good ones from the bad ones is customer service and making things right. This a bad business. Stay away from it. I have more pictures and a receipt.

I had a fantastic experience with Brant View Dry cleaner and Alterations! Their service is truly top-notch. The staff is professional, and they pay great attention to detail. My clothes have never looked better after their expert cleaning and alterations. The turnaround time was impressive, and the pricing was reasonable for the quality of work they provide. I highly recommend and Alterations for anyone looking for exceptional garment care. They've earned every one of these 5 stars!

The drycleaning remains crisp and pressed even months after it is completed. They recognize the customers, have never lost or misplaced an item, have been able to rush a special request order for earlier pickup, and are a hardworking, family owned business. I like that all the drycleaning happens on site. No middle man. We drive out of the way to drop off our drycleaning here. Always a good experience!

Have given this place a few chances, and unfortunately each time, they have really disappointed. *Edit re: owner’s response: I am 1000% certain I am leaving a review for the correct location. I do not wish to discuss further as I simply will take my business elsewhere going forward. The staff at this location are incredibly nice, however the services have always been of very poor quality.

Great Service from BrantView Cleaners! I came in today way before the promised time. I did not realize i was early but without question, they helped me out big time. Within 5 minutes they got all of my work attire ready for the week and went to work looking sharp. My white shirts look crisp! Thank you so much!

I had a very good experience here. I have been to a handful of different dry cleaners and have never had shirts come out this crisp. They did a fantastic job on my shirts and one of my peacoats. I would highly recommend Brantview Organic Drycleaners. 5 STAR!

They are the worst! Over priced, nickel and dime you and rude to top it off. There are so many other cleaners out there with better service and pricing. Don't waste your money!
