Had comforter cleaned to remove stain and when I picked it up they told me it was gone. Removed it few days later from pkg to discover stain was NOT gone as they had told me. Called them immediately when I noticed and said I would like them to try again however I had company coming and would not be able to drop it off until Thursday and he told me that's "not fair' and assumed I was going to be returning with more stains on the comforter. He was VERY rude on the phone and when I told him forget it and i would not use his services again his reply was "thank you!" I paid $37 for nothing. Poor customer service. Had they been honest on Wed and told me stain wasn't gone I would have left it with them then to reclean. I even offered to take a pic today and send it to him so he could see stain I was talking about and was rude. I wilk never use this cleaner again.

Have a wedding on saturday and on tues took it to a cleaners in hamilton close to home. We were sure they ruined my husbands suit, it was now covered in stains front and back. Took it to pioneer on thursday and they did a rush cleaning for us. We were sure we needed to buy another suit. When we picked it up friday it was like new.
