I've been coming here for the last 1.5 years. I love that staff remember things about you, that you get great results and that their products work. I was initially a little bothered by all the upsells and products but I ended up getting them, and found them incredibly effective. Given the expense, I stopped using them when I ran out... And noticed insane differences within a week. The next time I went in, I stocked up on the fancy products again and my skin was back to its glorious self very quickly. As such, I've changed my opinion about upsells here. Their products are fantastic! Their services are great and I've found that they really take care of their clientele, particularly if you go there regularly. I have progressively moved all my beauty services to here and recommend them to everyone. Jayden and Tiffany are so, so lovely!

Thank you Brazillian Beauty for introducing my daughter Lucy and I to your beautiful organic skin care Australian Skin Institute (ASI) range. We have been using the cleansers, moisturisers, exfoliating foam, with the brushes as well as the mineral foundation powder. I have never liked powders but this one is fantastic. My daughter who is 14yrs is using their specially made for teens and acne issue range and she is stoked! We have gone from a very miserable teen to a happy confident young lady. Her acne was very angry and aggressive and the change is remarkable. The ASI range is so gentle yet still organic, unlike many others on the market ASI does what it says it will do. So thanks Andrew and your fabo team for an introduction that we are addicted to and are so excited about!

I would highly recommend MacArthur central salon to any one. In all the years I have been to salons in Brisbane and up north this is by far the best I have been to. The girls are very professional, always have a smile on their faces and are all very friendly and helpful, from when you walk in the door at the desk with Claire and Jess, having my wonderful treatments done by Kelea to leaving the salon where all the other girls greet you with a smile. The girls are all very knowledgeable in their products and any questions you have to ask they are always willing to help and make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Its also great knowing the girls are all highly trained and always under constant training to keep their skills up to a very high standard.

I booked a Brazilian wax appointment for 60$. Which I thought was pretty expensive (I usually pay 45$). I went anyway because it had to be done. The lady was very professional, but in my opinion lacks attention to detail. After the appointment, I still had spots of hair that was not removed during the waxing. I am very disappointed in the results because I chose this institute based on the good reviews. I basically had to buy drugstore wax to remove spots of hair the employee left untouched. To me that is unacceptable. I will not be going back to this salon again. Update: Tiffany, the Manager, took a good care of me. She offered me a complete refund, a facial LED treatment (which I did not have time to do, unfortunately) and a body lotion. Thanks again Tiffany!

If you want to achieve the lips YOU want I don’t recommend coming here!!! I thought I’d be coming home to my dream lips and instead I got refused service because my goal is not what the injector wanted! I want to achieve more volume in my lips (who doesn’t) especially my top one but was told that it wasn’t a “natural look” and they would not do what I wanted, so I left with NO SERVICE!!! I sat on a 30 min Skype call with the Dr in charge and was told if I was not happy with my current lips then perhaps I just have self confidence issues... This experience was a total waste of time, disappointed is an understatement!!!

If you want high class professional care in a friendly and safe environment, this Brazillian Beauty is the place to go! I have never been to a practice that makes you feel as though you are one of their family until I started treatment here. Nakita is so lovely and patient with me and my high demands and never makes me feel as though I trouble her with my requests. Everyone there is helpful, diligent and so kind. This Salon looks after men very well. The experienced team put you at ease and assist with any questions you may have and any issues that may arise. I have had several team members provide my treatments, and their experience with waxing and their professional matter of fact approach to what is a very personal part of life is extremely helpful. As a man in his 50's I am happy to own the health and well being benefits that come from this great team's work. I am more that happy to recommend their services to any man considering the benefits that hair removal can bring.

The worst and most expensive Brazilian I have ever had!!! The girl took so long which I don't mind if its done well but there was so much hair left unwaxed that I had to buy a wax kit on my way home to try and fix it myself. She asked me if I wanted the 'underneath' done- is this not a given when you book for a full Brazilian!? I was covered in hard wax when I left, which i had to rip off myself when I got home and she put no after lotion or anything on when she had finished. To make it worse, this cost me nearly $70!!!!!! Never again.

I have been attending this business for ten years (not steadily). So I was horribly disappointed when I encountered difficulties rebooking a routine appointment. Moreover, I received an obscure call from "the call centre" while at work announcing that "we no longer want a relationship with me". I work as a health practitioner, so I couldn't rationalize from a psychological perspective what this statement meant. Regardless, I'm very disturbed about the recent decline in customer service and general respect of loyal patrons.

First they attended melare , the woman who attended me was running, she did not have all the implements ready. outside they talked super hard and did not help the process of 45m 1h. I had a lifting that costs 119 dollars and the truth is that you don't see anything at all, you see it more when I curl my eyelashes. I went because I was doing it with girls who were starting to do it and they were divine and I said, if that's the case with a student, I can't imagine with a professional!

Good customer service but not sure how qualified the beauty therapists are.Do not do a peel here if you have sensitive skin and unless you trust your therapist. The 3rd time I had a peel here, had a new therapist and I ended up getting marks all over my face. Now I have the chance of ending up with scars on my previously clear skin and I will not have a peel here again. I am very disappointed, if I wanted my skin to end up looking like this, I would have done peel myself at home.

I ordered a block of 10 IPL treatments and during every single appointment I was constantly hounded to spend more money buying more products & services. In the end I hated going in because despite not having a job at the time & telling the therapists this, they still insisted on upselling. It felt like a very competitive environment and I felt they were insensitive to my needs plus the IPL didn't work. The hair grew back soon after. I do not recommend this salon at all.

Have been getting my waxing and IPL from Brazilian Beauty since moving to Brisbane and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else for my beauty treatments! The girls are absolutely wonderful, incredibly knowlegeable and always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. As for the service they provide - it is top of the range! They are very fast, the results have always been fantastic and they have a lot of good deals on treatments! Thanks ladies

My first experience with this store was extremely pleasant. The first thing that stood out when I entered the store was the friendly and private approach from the staff. Once inside the treatment rooms I felt more comfortable with its ambiance and cleanliness. After my treatment, the staff provided me with the relevant follow up care instructions. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a variety of beauty treatments.

Went here again just before my wedding day. They are so friendly and helpful, really make you feel at ease. The girl that helped us was wonderful and really professional. The tan is super natural looking, and they have an excellent selection of treatment options. Would strongly recommend to everyone to visit this brilliant business. Service: eye brow shaping — brows were not shaped. - staff were unable to locate brow scissors for trimming and shaping and therefore the service was not complete. All utensils required for service should have been accounted for prior to staring a service, so customer doesn’t get a partial service. - I was unable to find another brow salon that would only charge for a brow trim. - I was very unhappy.

I was nervous and anxious going in as I find it hard to trust new people with waxing as I've had some bad experiences but the lady here was absolutely lovely! She made me feel really comfortable and was talking to me the whole time to distract me from the pain. She was really professional it was a 10/10 experience and I highly recomend this place! Such a good experience here!

Came here with a last minute booking based off the good reviews. Had a Brazilian and left with patches. I asked if I was supposed to tweeze to fix it - and she said yes. I understand some hairs may be too short up top area, but when there’s a section of hair at the top/between the “lips” I feel like it’s unacceptable. No point in getting the wax and paying over $60.

My friend advised me to get my back waxed so went along to Brazilian Beauty at Macarthur Central. I was a little anxious for my first back wax but the ladies at Brazilian Beauty Macarthur Central were very kind and reassuring of the whole process. Suffice to say i was very pleased with the service and final results.

The woman who manages the place, I forget her name. Was the sweetest, most educated woman I've ever met in beauty. She knew in depth of all the products, performed the waxing so swiftly and professionally, made me feel so comfortable. I fell asleep in my facial it was that good! Can't recommend enough.

I did the twice PRP facial with Crystal. She is lovely and very professional cosmetic nurse. I am really happy with the results. I don’t recommend this place. After I’ve spend hundreds of $$...The staff are rude and they have refused to do a service for me because I was a little late last time. They are the fakest most rude people I’ve seen. Service is horrible. Do not go there!!!!

I got a spray tan here and was really happy with the service (it was my first time getting a spray tan and they explained everything well and put me at ease). The results were also great - a nice looking natural tan. Will definatly cone back again.
