I was really bothered as to where to get my cars wheel alignment as I am not stupid when it comes to mechanical stuff and I know there are plenty of shops that don’t do this job properly. But these guys were really nice to deal with and I was keeping an eye on the job getting done. My car needed 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment which needed shims. Some places just won’t do it or tell you thy need em because it’s too hard. But Matt was very nice and well up to the job taking his time to get it right. Sam the boss, Graham and the two tyre fitters Tej and Blayne were not afraid to tell me what was going on. I asked questions and told em stuff relating to my car and they all listened. That’s why I got their names and did this review. The cars running great now. Thanks guys for the friendly service and good team attitude. Oh I asked another bloke to ask the mechanic to check the ball joints before doing the wheel alignment and he went and checked them. He didn’t have to do that because it wasn’t his job. Incredible service and helpful. Highly recommend for honest reliable work. Have used this super team for tyres and always received great service and value. I had an issue with my battery recently and due to my location and need, looked at going to 2 other retailers for a replacement. The other 2 attempts epic failure promised yes we can fit it now to being told oh this is way to complicated. Rang the crew at Beaconsfield Bridgestone and issue sorted in less than 60 minutes. This is incredible because I live 30 minutes away. No fuss and better price than others by a considerable amount. So pleased with this team. Have been to other Bridgestone locations and Beaconsfield are by far the superior outfit. Thanks as always.

Ran over some road debris at night, called around the nearby autocare centres the next morning to get an undercarriage inspection. Was turned away by most (understandably, due to the last minute nature) but the friendly crew at Bridgestone Select Beaconsfield were kind enough to slot me in on such short notice. Service was quick and efficient with a smile, they kept me fully informed about what was found during the inspection, and at the end of it all, they even refused to accept payment for helping me out. Couldn't speak more highly of the team here. Come try them out for yourselves, you won't be disappointed.

We started a few months ago bringing 1 of our vehicles for some repair and a service, very impressed they fixed issues others did not. Brought our 2nd vehicle few weeks later for same reason, again impressed ongoing issues we're sorted, yesterday had a breakdown on a 3rd vehicle, needed it done urgently, they did it. Having experience with many different mechanics Sam, Graeme and the team are a step above the rest, cannot fault a single thing. Brilliant job gentleman, service and communication is all we ask for and you always give it... thankyou, keep up the good work

Great mechanical repair shop, diagnosed an issue from the computer logs missed by other mechanics in almost no time (I think they actually read the logs or understood them) and fixed it. Very good price on regular service items, great communication before performing any works, and then all works agreed on executed perfectly and fast. These guys are on it, they even fixed a door holder issue that other mechanics had failed on when I asked if it could be fixed, I didn't ask and found it fixed anyway and not even listed as an item in the report. A+

Approached Bridgestone Beaconsfield with a seriously damaged tyre on my work ute, and was blown away with the Professionalism, down to earth attitude, and speedy service offered by the Awesome Team. Awesome customer service. My wife got a roofing screw in her tyre on the way home from Officer. Rang Tyrepower Berwick, couldn't fit us in for this 10 minute job. Rang Jims Mobile Tyre repairs, none servicing the Berwick area. So popped into Bridgestone Direct Beaconsfield. Guy at the counter very friendly and helpful. Fit us in straight away, fixed it in about 5 minutes and we were on our way. Thanks so much

I’ve been using Graeme and the team a while now. They don’t have someone working at the desk to sign you in and all that stuff but they do have old fashioned to the point professional and well priced goods and service. Never have they been other than committed to getting the job done right. I’ll be going to them for as long as they are there.

Can't recommend this place enough, dealership service said we had a unrepairable puncture and needed another tyre, went here and puncture was repairable and at least another 5000 klms on the other tyre so instead of $609 quote from dealership we walked away at cost of $35, thanks Graham and team for your great service.

Extremely impressive auto shop. Get the job done quick, fair prices and very friendly and helpful staff. We come every now and then and they offer great advice. Last time we ran over some glass and needed our tyre fixed and they told us to bring it down immediately and did it for us straight away! Highly recommended.

Stopped on the way to the city and asked the guy that I had a light on dash. Indicating I had an issue with my tyres. He said leave it with me and came back a few a mins later. All your tyres have more air and the light was off. Thankyou so much

So great to have a tyre place close, great efficient service, very nice staff. Slow leak in my tyre fixed in 15mins whilst I waited ant they checked the other tyres as well including spare in the boot. Thank you Graeme & staff great job.
