Took my Vt SS there to get control arm bush kit on rear end 461kms later the rear shock lower mounting bolt came off while driveing as pictured. this then prompted me to check other bolts while I fixed the issue. while I was doing that I found the top bolt for the same shock absorber wasn't much more than finger tight!! As where two wheel nuts on that same wheel that the shock came off of. were also finger tight. I found one nut on each wheel so tight on each wheel I had to invest in a cordless Milwaukee torque impact wrench just to get them off nuts should be able to be taken of with a hand tool. wheel nut should only be done up to around 120nm of torque I have another torque impact wrench it is capable of 420nm and it almost burnt out tying to get those wheel nuts off. This work was Dangerous a part like a shock absorber coming off while driveing could easily have resulted in an accident as could the wheel nuts. Also asked them to check work done by another shop and they missed a lot of very obvious things. i feel there incompetence could easily have been much worse and will be contacting the VACC as i feel every car they have touched should be checked. DONT GO THERE very simple.

I can’t give this amazing team enough stars as a woman I have been to multiple mechanics and seen as someone they could take advantage of but Stewart and the team of mechanics are just amazing! I had taken my car to a specific mechanic and mentioned an issue with my car to be told time and time again that there was nothing they could fault, Aaron gets in my car and immediately knows what the issue is and within the hour it was fixed and ready to be picked up. I will never go to another place for any of my tyre or mechanical needs the prices are transparent and well priced & honestly the customer service is a million times better!

Honestly, the best mechanics in Melton. I have been searching for reliability for my car and can't recommend these guys enough. They are efficient, reliable, professional, honest and caring. One of the best, genuine and customer friendly staff. I have called for service and was told price upfront on the phone itself, the manager also told me it is costing due to 120k service. I have anyway checked online and could see higher quotes thean quoted, but while paying the bill the manager advised it worked out to be cheaper and nearly $100 less. I don't think anyone would be as genuine as him, thankyou so much, will keep coming.

THE MOST AMAZING SERVICE, my tire on the way home received a tear in the side wall. This happened late afternoon and having a space saver on was not going to do the job getting to work the next day. I called into Bridgestone Select Melton to try my luck on getting 4 new tires and to my surprise they had 4 tires in stock suited for my car and we’re happy to fit them there and then to get me sorted. HIGH CLASS SERVICE.

I took my sons car in for 2 tyres to be fitted and the guys done a safety check on his vehicle, finding that extra work needed to be done. They quoted, ordered the parts in and it was fixed the next day! They even stayed open a little late, until we got there to collect the car as my son finished work late. Excellent friendly service. Have found myself a regular, reliable and trustworthy mechanic. I was regularly updated and consulted with during a major service and was even sent a video update with commentary that I could send my husband to review. I worked in the store while the service was completed, it is modern, clean and comfortable. Best experience with a garage yet.

Booked in for a log book service and brake fluid as the online reviews were all very good. Dropped off car at 9am, had a call before 10 advising that the only extra needed was a light bulb, add on $5. Another call by 11:30 advising car was ready for collection. Very happy with experience, will definitely be going back. The service was a good price also.

I had my Subaru Forester serviced by these great guys yesterday and I am more than happy to recommend them. Not only did they drop me off and offer to pick me up when my car was ready after a full service, they explained stuff and showed video of things that were unexpectedly wrong. Extremely bad customer service, specially the guy at the reception is appear racist, I booked my car with Melton bridge stone for an issue with my Car . when I took my car there early in the morning on the booking day The guy at the reception refused to fix my car without any obvious reason. I would not recommend this shop for anyone.

I had a problem with my car so I called up and they were able to fit me in later that day to check it out. They fixed the problem promptly and were well priced. There was a guy named Stu that was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I think he was the manager. I would recommend this place 100x over for any mechanical and tyre needs.

Great customer service. I had tyres replaced recently, team was very good and did great job. I been feeling tyre Wobbling for sometime, today i was worse so went back to them to have a look. They inspected the car straight away, found a bolt stuck inside one of the tyre, and fixed it under warranty. Highly recommended service centre
