The best service I ever received from any plumber or plumbing company. Dean (the owner) answered all our calls, managed to send someone immediately (Michael) who was efficient, professional, pleasant and a real pleasure to have in our house. The cause if our leak was found immediately, and measures were taken to close of specific taps and electricity so we could continue using our water and power even during repairs. Our geezer burst and in a few hours we had a new one installed and replaced. The room was left impeccably clean and it was such a positive experience. I highly recommend BrightServe plumbing. Simply the best out there The same day our geezer was installed, a crazy storm started. The drains all around the house were blocked and water started gushing into the whole house. Dean came immediately, with Michael, and in the middle of the storm, went into what was now a river flowing through our garden (knee deep) and manages to unblock the drains. At the same time we were filling buckets in the house and trying to get as much water out of the house that we could. As Dean and Michael finished, they immediately came into the house and started helping us get all the water out. They didn't stop sweeping, mopping, draining, squeezing and doing whatever it takes to help us. They really saved us and helped minimize the damage to our belongings. They came immediately even in during a crazy storm and were just there for everything we needed. I can't stress how helpful and kind they were to us. Wouldn't ever want to use any other plumbing company. BrightServe Plumbing - thanks for your relentless effort to help us through any water related crisis!

Dean had to break down and retile my shower due to a leak. A huge task considering they had to access via main bedroom and break tiles, etc... 1. Very professional with a project plan upfront giving me timing and duration for each workday, and I was kept updated with changes and delays. 2. They covered and protected floors, as well as fixed and loose furniture without me asking. 3. Worked around my schedule and the availability of my helper. 4. Workers and subcontractors that were left unsupervised at times respected my home and I could still work while they were here (zero shouting and loud music). 5. Nobody smoked in or outside the house and they cleaned up after each workday. It was painful having this done while living here but I am impressed with Dean's work ethic and follow through and the care and professionalism of his team. He even cleaned the floor tiles where my helper failed to get the adhesive off.

When the plumbing backed up BrightServe were on site within hours after using their very efficient booking system. We live in quite an old house and after working quite tirelessly to unblock the pipes it became apparent that the problem was bigger than expected. The Brightserve team sent cameras down and found roots had grown into the pipes that were deep in the ground. It took them just over a day and a half to dig a hole nearly 2 men deep and replaced all the compromised plumbing. The amazing part is that once they were finished they put my garden back to exactly how it was before. There is no way of telling there was a massive crater there before. Overall, a perfectly seamless experience that I would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

Initially, as the new tap I had bought was not right for the kitchen top, the existing kitchen tap was reinstalled incorrectly and the outside new tap that was installed was loose. This was rectified the next visit, the new tap was installed and the outside tap tightened. Then there was a need for a plate to be made for the kitchen tap as there was a whole around the base of the tap. I was a bit disappointed when the plumber arrived with a white plate, and it appeared that he already knew it wasn't right but perhaps taking a chance that I might just except it... This was sorted, changed to silver. The plate isn't flush with the concrete top, there is a gap underneath, the plumber didn't seem to think this was a problem, let's hope so....

BrightServe was very responsive to my initial contact (when I left a WhatsApp message about my plumbing problem). I was contacted and was able to discuss the issue and was given the necessary information that enabled me to make decision as to how to proceed. On the day (the very next working day since I only contacted them after hours the day before) a team was dispatched, and this team assessed the issue, and completed the repairs in a very professional manner. Throughout the process, communications was excellent. What was promised was done, at the expected price. Overall a very positive experience.

Honest, Reliable and Professional Dean and his team were amazing from the start of installation of our water tank. All his staff are friendly and helpful and even put up with my million questions. Staff, both those on site and those in the office, were always polite and helpful. The area that the work took place was left absolutely clean. Everyone came on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time. The work was well done and, as in past jobs, I am sure that it will prove effective in solving the problem. I felt that the repairs took longer than they needed to BUT, that is from the point of view of an individual who has very little idea of the complexity and difficulties involved. What a refreshing approach to Service! From their online booking page, followed up with an sms and a rate card so you know what expenses to expect, followed up with more sms confirming arrival times and who would be doing the job. They also explained what the issue was , how they fixed it and then gave me advice on how to avoid further issues like I had in the future.
