Good job, but expensive in my opinion - my "normal" plumber (who was not available) charged me just over R2k to replace an entire external gully and do the repair work on the paving around it, these guys charged me just over R1.5K to fix a leaking tap. A team of 5 people showed up for a tap repair (1 hour 30 minutes later than the agreed time), they didn't have the proper parts, even after sending photos and a video on what the issue is, and charged me for driving back to get the proper parts (this was "discounted" by around 45% after I objected). The team themselves were very blunt and not talkative/friendly - it was the end of the day, so they might have been tired. They also damaged my main municipality tap (they did mend it, hopefully it doesn't leak). The person i was in contact with over the phone was very friendly and tried to help as far as possible. The leaking tap was fixed and the work was well done, but I doubt i will make use of their services again.

My house flooded twice. I called Tanya immediately she dispatched a call out for me. The first time it was 2021Easter evening. Her husband and technician did not hesitate they came and assisted me. They brought the solution and helped me they also cleaned the mess as the water was all over. Second incident it was Jan 2022 the water pipe snapped in a different location my house was flooded it was a massive mess, Tanya and team came toy rescue I was hysterically I had never seen so much water coming out, the technician sorted everything out and cleaned the water out. I recommend Drip and Dry plumbing. They treat you like a family I didn't feel like I am a number. They prioritize their client and assist with insurance claims. Keep the good work

We’ve used Drip Dry on a few occasions at the office. Their team is always at the premises promptly. In cases where the plumbing issues were more complex than expected they went out of their way to find a cost effective solution. They even came back over the weekend because the whole system had to be re-routed and the costs did not increase as a result of this.
