I’ve been a lash aficionado for over 13 years and through all my experience and knowledge of being the client of many different lash artists, Katie at Brisbane Lash Lab’s work is by far the best I’ve ever seen. Not only is she an absolute master of her skill but her professionalism, her politeness and nurture of your lashes as though they were her own is next to none. I’ve seen Katie for approximately 3 years now and I will never see anyone else. I book far in advance so I don’t lose her and ensure I’m always available for my appointments as cancelling would be foolish! Katie listens, she’s open to different lash styles and the retention between refills is awesome- minimum 4 weeks and up to 6/7 weeks in some cases (depending on your shed cycle and how well YOU look after them).. If she ever leaves the industry it will be a great loss- the feeling you have when you leave her studio and those lashes grace your face and frame your eyes is PRICELESS. Brisbane lash lab (BLL) are simply THE BEST lashes in Brisbane. I have been to over 6 different lash boutiques and since finding BLL, will never go anywhere else. I have tiny tiny lashes and these ladies give me lush long lashes every time that last well and truly until my next visit. BLL really prioritises lash health as well so they will tell you when you need to step up your game in your at home routines too. I would honestly never go anywhere else for my lashes. Katie has a beautiful salon/studio in Norman Park. She is so professional and a genuinely lovely person inside and out. She is a master at her craft and I am complimented on my lashes on a near-daily basis because they look super full but maintain that classy look. When they fall out, they don't look 'gappy' or missing, they still sit nicely. My lashes last a long time and can go even 5-6 weeks between refills and I am always happy with them.
