Staff are nice and helpful which I'm really grateful, however today this particular security guard who claims to be a senior officer decided to power trip over a crying, scared and threatened powerless young girl, he's name started with B and has dark skin short and looks Indian. Who obviously did not care that my life was under potential threat of not being able to amend my DV because he was too busy proving he has power to bully someone, accusing me for being rude when I was speaking to him like a normal human being stating that I respect his job, well I guess even being immigrated to a different country with completely different cultural aspects they still don't respect females and with no hesitation to be nasty to someone helpless and vulnerable. Well how does it feel bullying a helpless female that was abused? I hope you're famous of your nastiness and that does make you feel like a man workout growing a few inches first.

So my brother and I went here in the immediate aftermath of a very tragic situation involving his girlfriend. He needed to do some court-related business due to her passing, and was in a bad state of mind. After this, he wanted to go to his/their unit and break up an old sofa using an axe and hammer as a cathartic experience. But. Well. He sent his backpack (with the axe and hammer) through the metal detector. And the guards were very pleasant as they firmly exited him from the building. They could have been rough but they were not. Pleasing to see. Thanks, friends.

WOEFUL! None of the Registry staff know how to do their jobs, they give you the run around and have no ability to be helpful WHATSOEVER. HOPELESS AND INCOMPETENT doesn't even begin to explain the lack of service I was subjected to in the 4 hours I was waiting for here. Considering Brisbane is supposed to be one of the largest courts - they are an embarrassment to the Justice Dept

The registry staff are not interested and cant be bothered they're just there to get their paycheck. Most of them are friends/relatives of the Registrar/Magistrates this is especially the case in Richlands and Ipswich but all over the JAG department....I should know I used to work there

They dont care about Gray areas or protecting yourself, they just want to beat down people and take our tax dollars whether it's right or not. Duty lawyer on level 6 even had a bit of the prosecutioners justice on his chin after lunch it seemed. Ooooh justice yahhh!

I've done all right here. I've never been jailed from this one and had had a couple come out better than expected and I was cheering, Yes mate, Oh wow

Great place to do some study or quiet reading, had to be here for summons, quiet and relaxing place Plenty of police around on a side note

As a victim of crime I'm appalled by how leniently criminals are sentenced, and the mistreatment of victims. I'm absolutely disgusted.

Facilities are nice. Coffee is terrible. More modern than the Magistrates Court.
