I was lucky enough to be referred to the Brisbane Travel Centre by a colleague. I still did my homework and contacted alternate travel agencies for my requirements but the alternate agencies were not interested in the extra work involved. It was extremely complex. The level of commitment to make my specifics happen in the time frame I needed it to happen in was seemingly an impossible ask from my side, and yet both Philline and Tanya pulled off the impossible with a level of industry knowledge and skill that I have not seen in any company in recent years - anywhere in the world. Massively impressed and forever grateful. They never dropped the ball, not even once and took all my calls at odd hours and weekends and even held my hand at some of the more perilous parts of my journey when I just needed someone to be on the other end of the phone in case something went wrong. I cannot possibly thank Tanya and her team enough for their professionalism and insider knowledge to get me where I needed to go in the time frame I needed to get there, during the most difficult times in Australia's aviation history. A rating of 20 out of 10 from me. When you absolutely need to be there - no matter what - Brisbane Travel Centre are in a class of their own.

I am not a traveller, so was quite nervous to plan our overseas move from Australia to Nicaragua! Tanya came highly recommended and with good reason! Tanya held my hand through out the whole process, answering all of my rookie questions and reassuring me. Tanya has an air of confidence about her and for that I am super grateful. Recently returned from 22 Days in Europe with a 15 day Scenic river cruise and Tanya Moss of BTC did a fantastic job organising our travel insurance, seating on our flights, tours before and after the cruise and the cruise activities as well. I approached Philine at Brisbane Travel Centre in 2022 to book flights for me and my husband to go to the UK. Normally I'm a "control freak" and like to make my own travel arrangements but I wasn't entirely confident doing so post Covid. It was with some trepidation therefore that I relinquished control to an agent. I needn't have worried. Philine was absolutely brilliant in giving me the various options and was responsive to every one of my emails asking for further information. I have since asked her to arrange flights for two subsequent holidays and would thoroughly recommend her and Brisbane Travel Centre to anyone.

Hands down best travel agency I have ever encountered. Tanya and Philine were patient, always reasonable and very well informed. They saved me a ton of money and were able to reroute my flights at the last minute when it seemed I just wouldn't be able to get home. When I dropped in to the office to say thank you in person tears came into my eyes. They really saved me. Wonderful work, kindness and generosity, and every detail of the trip was worked out perfectly. So glad I didn't try to book online myself! I'd give 20 stars if I could.

Finally a team of top grade travel consultants that know their job and that show great care towards the client. Tanya and Philline were both very professional giving a good range of options in order for me to choose the right airline and service. More importantly following up on each leg of the trip. This is pretty straightforward and down-to-earth attitude good customer service type of travel agent. No pressure or high sales like with Flight Centre and no surprise extra charges or inflated fares. They saved me eight hundred dollars against Flight Centre for same itinerary. Three years before I was happy with flight cost quoted BNE to DME return from Domodedovo back to Brisbane on QANTAS and Emirates and British Airways. But now due to Coronavirus problem, they close and working remotely.

Philine was so respectful, understanding and very helpful and made the perfect booking for our family. We were large families with different needs and Philine made it easy for us. Even after the flight was booked, she helped me with Emirates skyline points, ensuring my baby gets the front seat and offered has hotels options that could cater for our needs. Traveling with kids as it is very stressful however thanks to Philine I am so looking forward to it :)

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had a few change of mind decisions that they were able to incorporate and make our trip the best experience possible.
