Shameless Judge . Gave the wrong discussion and destroys father and son relationship. Juge you made me suffer with your wrong discussion you handed down on me ! I told you i never received a intervention order from the police , you made me look like a lier ! You did not ask me what i supposed have done wrong with fake allegations . You never gave me a chance, you have taken somebody else aside and never asked for me if these allegations was true or not, , you took another person side with no proof, and threw it in my face ! thank you so much you should not be on the judges seat I have gone into depression!! I hope there is a way to Sue the courts But i dont know how RIP father and son relationship . I no longer have him in my heart
Criminalsand efenders getting away with $500 fines.and me I didn't do anything wrong to no body just trying to avoid injury to my body from someone else tailgating my car .judge wasn't fair to me he didn't let me talk and defend my self .and he didn't let me read my statement he read it and he didn't careless. He had no mercy in his heart didn't consider my disability . at least he could reduce suspension licence from 3 to 2 or 1 the sentence .or even paying big fine.or driving on good behaviour for 12 months. I am always with law and rules .I am good citizen. But some rules are there to ruined people life not protecting them. I am very disappointed with this justice system
Staff were helpful, respectful, and understanding for a first-time offender like me. Don't know what the other review was complaining about with the toilets; they're the only toilets I've seen in Melbourne that were fully operational and not vandalised. Only bad thing I saw was there's some inconsistency between the judges. The female judge was more understanding and wanted the whole picture of the offender before choosing a sentence. The male judge seemed like he was just in a hurry to get through the cases. Overall my impression of here was positive. Hope I never see the place again.
I applied for a family violence intervention order and was told the matter would be heard between 10am and 11am the next day. I waited all day listening to traffic matters and my case wasn't heard. Consequently I spent the weekend couch-surfing while my ice-wrecked ex got to stay in my house. Thanks for nothing. You'd think an 'urgent' application would be treated as, I don't know, 'urgent'? They don't care about victims of family violence.
I have always been treated fairly by staff at the counter & also the presiding magistrate(s). The public toilets here have usually been left in a poor hygienic state and/or been vandalised. This maybe be the result from people attending court and being angry at their own situation while seemingly projecting this in a physical way onto other people's property. Beside that there is nothing notable to complain about!
Very professional and polite. You may experience wait times but when you are called to discuss your issue, they are polite and respectful. Clearly a busy place of work, and 'challenging' variety of client demographic. Despite this, the staff maintain patience and understanding. A great customer service experience, even when dealing with difficult experience. Thank you.
Pleasant security guards at point of entry. Front of house are well focused and move thoroughly. Duty officers are amazing immense amount of gratitude to indigo for assisting me today. Your a Gem Thank you for making today less stressful with your ethical and straight forward communication skills.
judges that let terrorists get bail but by all means offer me a jail sentence for unlawful assault. You so called administrators of law need to have a good hard look at yourselves before judging others and read the whole story and not just 1 side of it. You disgust me.
Mixed up my case with someone else's. Wasted precious court time unraveling the situation. Law clerk was overloaded and even said so in the open court. The court conduct and process - extremely unprofessional to say the least.
Very unprofessional and uncaring staff. So sad to see this is a place people come for justice. Court is scheduled at 1.30 but wait, wait and wait until 3pm, no one shows up.
Useless Absolute stuff around They are happy to take money for fees but can’t do their job What a stuff around I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with these clowns
Very unprofessional young lady, gives the wrong details and doesn’t seem to know anything, don’t rely on this assistance to get you what you need to know
Prefer not to be there but set up sorting it out accused of something I didn't do. Evidence says so.
Sit all day, just to be told it's ajorned asit was getting late. Total stuff around
I find that the Broadmeadows court is understanding and are very helpful
