I am so so stressed. I took my cat there over two days. Today they drew blood and said she was dehydrated and needed liquids. I wasn’t happy nor convinced because they had drawn blood and said that she was bruised during the procedure. I should have followed my instincts. She is howling and hissing ever trine i try to touch her. They would not let me go in with her. I am so unhappy with myself and them for allowing this to happen. They will not see us again. I am still not convinced she needed it and i expressly told them not to hurt her. I had a sense that they already had. Why don’t we listen to our intuition. So so so the hell in. I wish there was a way to express my anger at them right now.

Been to both Mark and Gary over the past couple of years, they are the most compassionate, caring and patient Vets I have ever dealt with, nothing is too much trouble they spend time with you and your furry child they explain everything in detail. They follow up on your pet after treatment. By far the best of the best , not to forget about the ladies behind the scenes no words can explain how dynamic they are as well as the rest of the staff. Having quite a bad experience with this vet. We took our dog to the vet last week Tuesday, they had to do bloods. It’s now more than a week and still no feedback. Gary, your service is shocking! Countless calls and us leaving messages, you dont return our calls. I’ve spent R4000 and still have no answers. I’ll come see you for a refund tomorrow!

Had the best experience here with Mark - I've never seen my cat so calm at the vet before. He just has a wonderful, emotionally intelligent way of dealing with animals. He takes his time and it doesn't feel like your pet is just another animal to get through in the day. The receptionist (sorry, forgot her name!) is also so great and kind.

Mark and his team have treated my dogs for ariund 15 - 20 years now. I’ve always followed their recommendations with great results in the health and well-being of the dogs. Took my old lady in to go to sleep today. Right from the receptionist, staff to the vet, all so sympathetic, caring and kind. Treated my baby girl from when she was a puppy to her final days 16 years later. So much kindness and love in what the people here do. The vets always give us various options and explain them fully, then help us to make the most appropriate decision on the best treatments for our beloved furbabies. Friendly staff. Our four legged family member received excellent treatment by professionals that actually care. We visited the vet on Friday and on Sunday we received a follow up call to find out how our boy was doing. We appreciated the call.

We visited them last year with my cat and rather than dignosing the actual problem they are(Doctor) more interested in selling the food. And concluded her condition -If she will be on this food then I can see her again for the same problem.

Always polite and attentive treatment by both staff and vets, especially during the Covid pandemic. All I dislike is the fact that I can't go into the consulting room with my dog and be present while he is being examined.

Always helpful. Busy. Just make sure. If you have an emergency that bryanpark can't treat. Rather go to a specialized vet. Otherwise you'll be paying 2 bills. As that happened to me.
