They say they are open, only to find out the vet is in surgery. Then I was told to put a deposit down of R3500. My pet was just grabbed from my arms and put in a cold dark dirty cage, with other poor animals crying. It was the most horrific experience of my life. Took my pet and left in tears. I found the best vet ever, they took care of my pet and was happy for me to pay them on collection. And the price was half of what Vet care asked initially.

Today, 26 08 2023, we had to make the hardest decision, one we all dread..we had to set our furchild free. Dr Moodley, the gentleman who assisted and the receptionist all were very compassionate. It's the hardest thing to do to let a family member go, with people so understanding and caring it helped a little. Dr Moodley assisted us even before consultation hours...Thank you Dr Moodley and team.

Was greeted by a very aggressive dog that belongs to the vet. It took some time to get her dog under control. This upset my normally calm dogs. I complained. It was explained that the dog belongs to the vet and is there permanently. I left and visited the vet in Monkor road where there was a pleasant reception and my dogs were treated professionally.

Yes i agree that the vet is very expensive. She does worry more about money because upfront payment is mandatory, even if your pet is staying over at her facility. Her mannerisms is very pleasant and soft spoken.I have been to better vets

Service has really gone bad alot. The vet is always friendly, yet the two ladies manning the reception can really work on friendliness and maybe put some hip in their step. Not the reception you want in an emergency I'm afraid.

Very very friendly staff, very good prices, not Overcharging you at all and actually remembered me and my cat when I phoned to find something out. I can recommend them to anyone they really care about your animals.

Worst service I could have gotten had to take my cat to another vet very close on dying and all they can say is sorry they are way over priced and don't give a flying mmm about animals sound be closed down. ...

Terrible. They care more about the money than your animal. My dog died here and they showed no sympathy whatsoever. Please if you care about your animal do not take it here and do NOT leave it here.

Dr Moodley has looked after all my animals for 9 years now, She is compassionate, caring and fairly priced. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, kind and knowledgeable vet.

Our 7 weeks puppy was turned away when it was bleeding from another dog bite. The receptionist was rude and turned us away even though she confirmed that there is an opening for consultation.

We have been going here for approx 15 years and have always had good service. Dr Moodley is friendly and helpful and explains what is going on.

Amazing Vet, gave my dog (which was was ran over) a massage. My dog who could not move due to pain, was running 30min later.

Good prompt service,but very expensive though. Overnight stay with stiches cost R5850 and it was for a pensioners puppy.
