Had a vehicle reserved for months and was called the day before my reservation to be told there is a chance my rental will not be available. So there I go the day of because they didn’t give me a solid answer the previous day. Only to be told they did not have it available. They didn’t care to make anything better and the only solution they gave was to give me two other vehicles (I had a 12 passenger van reserved) with todays gas prices that is hardly a solution the problem. They ruined my family vacation.

Had some problems with my creditcard, which resulted in me not being able to rent a car with them. However they helped me getting through the maze that is the costumer service hotline to get my money back. One day later I resolved the issue with my creditcard and they set me up with a great deal. Will definitely come back!

Clearly this car hasn't been cleaned out at all. Every seat has a stain or cigarette burns. Tried calling them upon return to our hotel and noone answered. Make sure you check the backseat before you leave...
