The salesman at the centre desk was serving us then jumped to another customer. When my brother complained his answer was he is also a customer. Then gave us the wrong information. Then answered a phone call. ALL WHILE WE WERE STANDING IN FRONT OF HIM. We then asked for the manager at the cash desk the cashier said it is Kay an that she was in the back of the shop. We should go and look for her. NOT THERE. Then we asked another gentle man who said Kay was upstairs, he called her on the phone and asked her to come downstairs which she didn't do. As we were leaving the shop a lady Letitia assisted us. Letitia was the only person who was worth her wages. Gave us very good service. We got the prices we were looking for but found they were very expensive. We have been going there for years and always had good service. Well that appeard to be a thing in the past and we shant be going back. There are lots of other such business in and around the area.

Build it - Supreme has stood the test of time. A great local hardware. More than just a hardware. Great owner. Always friendly. Dirk at paint section always helpful, always have time. Great friendly service. The yard can be as difficult as most hardware shops are and for some reason nobody really get it right to get same service as inside. So yes, when someone get that right most of the time, then a 5 star will given. However, you will get good service inside. From the cashiers in the front, to plumbing section. The people through the years have always been great. Thanks Manny.

Initially planned to give a one star for the extremely shabby customer service received from a front desk staff; I requested for an item politely and in what looks like his disgust, he pointed at an area in the shop and looked the other way. I went to another gentleman whom with civility assisted with finding the products. Retail store staff need to be trained to be aware that they either encourage or discourage a customer’s repeated store visit.

Being a female trying to build or assist builders was a strenuous mission for me. I can now place an order telephonically, via email, get a quote same day and have it delivered the next day without a hassle. If anybody needs to know who to go to the person is Noor. Well done and I really appreciate your honesty, guidance and advise. If you doing renovations Noor is the guy to go and see.

This was a gem I didn't know about until today. This store is well stocked with a large variety of diy supplies. Friendly and helpful staff to assist and ample parking right outside with car guards for security. This store is wheelchair friendly. Do yourself a favor and go check out is store location.

Waited in a queue for 15 minutes while person behind the counter chatted and joked with colleagues. Eventually gave up and left. Although close by will rather travel the extra 10kms to the opposition where I get client service

Terrible service, forgot my mask at home and I asked tellers to give me a mask and will pay for it when I pay for the other items and they just ignored me. I won't buy there anymore. Their attitude is terrible.

They are well stocked with a wide variety of goods but the staff are not helpful enough or efficient. Its takes half an hour to check for simple items and asking for help doesn't yield good results either.

When you walk in, none of the employees make eye contact to help, I had to scream before they uttered anything, and even then they look annoyed. Their 9kg gas is also more expensive than the Engen garage.

Brilliant service all round, from security to sales team to management to cashier. Response on my query was excellent, early in the morning, but excellent...Will definitely be supporting you guys again.

I wanted to mount a Tv on the wall but i did not have or know the proper equipment to do the mounting. So went to Build it they helped me get the right tools and it was awesome

The short coloured guy in the plumbing section has such a bad attitude, he should not be dealing with people, zero people skills, I'll be shopping at Builders from now on.
